Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(イ)先端及び開口端を備えかつフィルタ材料でつくられた円錐体を提供す ることと、 (ロ)ベースに取り付けられた複数の同心の環状部材を有しかつ最も外側及び 最も内側の環状部材を有する支持要素を提供することと、 (ハ)円錐体及び支持要素の中心軸線を支持要素に最も近い円錐体の先端に合 わせることと、 (ニ)円錐体の一部を、成形スリーブを円錐体の内側に置くことによって二つ の同心の環状部材間の円形の区域内に挿入しかつ成形スリーブを二つの同心の環 状部材間に挿入することと、 を備え、同心の環状部材がほぼ円筒状で内部及び外部を有する流体フィルタの製 造方法。 2. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、成形スリーブが 環状の成形スリーブである流体フィルタの製造方法。 3. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、円錐体の第2の 部分が、成形スリーブによって、最も内側の環状部材の内側の円形の区域内に挿 入される流体フィルタの製造方法。 4. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、円錐体の第2の 部分が、最も外側の環状部材の外側に装着された成形スリーブによって、最も外 側の環状部材の外部に形成される流体フィルタの製造方法。 5. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、円錐体の第2の 部材が最も内側の環状部材の内部の区域内に挿入され、円錐体の第3の部分は成 形スリーブを最も外側の環状部材の外側に装着することによって最も外側の環状 部材の外部に形成される流体フィルタの製造方法。 6. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、円錐体の複数の 部分の各々は、複数の形成スリーブによって、二つの同心の環状部材間の別個の 円形の区域内に挿入される流体フィルタの製造方法。 7. 請求の範囲6に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、円錐体の第1の 追加の部分が成形スリーブによって最も内側の環状部材の内部内の円形の区域内 に挿入されかつ円錐体の第2の追加の部分が最も外側の環状部材の外側に装着さ れた成形スリーブによって最も外側の環状部材の外部に形成されている流体フィ ルタの製造方法。 8. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、円錐体の第2の 部分が、最も外側の同心の環状部材の外側にある支持要素のベース部分に取り付 けられている流体フィルタの製造方法。 9. 請求の範囲8に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、支持要素のベー ス部分に取り付けられた円錐体の第2の部分が、超音波振動によって取り付けら れる流体フィルタの製造方法。 10. 請求の範囲8に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、支持要素のベ ース部分に取り付けられた円錐体の第2の部分が、円錐体の一部を支持要素のベ ースの溝内に挿入することによって取り付けられる流体フィルタの製造方法。 11. 請求の範囲9に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、超音波振動が エネルギ導波器を通して導かれる流体フィルタの製造方法。 12. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、支持要素が円 錐体より低い熔融温度を有する流体フィルタの製造方法。 13. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、支持要素が二 つないし四つの同心の環状部材を有する流体フィルタの製造方法。 14. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、流体フィルタ が血液フィルタである流体フィルタの製造方法。 15. 請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、成形スリーブ が自動機械によって二つの同心の環状部材の間に挿入される流体フィルタの製造 方法。 16. 請求の範囲6に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、複数の成形ス リーブが自動機械によって別個の円形の区域内に挿入される流体フィルタの製造 方法。 17. 請求の範囲7に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、成形スリーブ の各々が自動機械によって挿入される流体フィルタの製造方法。 18. 請求の範囲7に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、成形スリーブ の各々が、ベース及び成形スリーブを備える自動機械の一部であり、成形スリー ブが引っ込み可能である流体フィルタの製造方法。 19. 請求の範囲18に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、円錐体の開 口端は成形スリーブが引っ込められた状態で、自動機械のベース上に部分的に置 かれ、その後成形スリーブが伸ばされる流体フィルタの製造方法。 20. 請求の範囲19に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、スリーブが 伸ばされた後支持要素が円錐体の方向に移動され、支持要素は円錐体がひだ付け されるまで各成形スリーブと連続的に接触する流体フィルタの製造方法。 21. 請求の範囲20に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、支持要素内 に挿入された円錐体の各部分は支持要素のベースに取り付けられる流体フィルタ の製造方法。 22.(イ)先端及び開口端を備えかつフィルタ材料でつくられた円錐体を提供 することと、 (ロ)ベースに取り付けられた複数の同心の環状部材を有しかつ最も外側及び 最も内側の同心の環状部材を有する支持要素を提供することと、 (ハ)円錐体及び支持要素の中心軸線を支持要素に最も近い円錐体の開口端に 合わせることと、 (ニ)円錐体の一部を、成形スリーブを円錐体の上に置くことによって二つの 同心の環状部材間の円形の区域内に挿入しかつ成形スリーブを二つの同心の環状 部材間に挿入することと、 を備え、同心の環状部材がほぼ円筒状で内部及び外部を有する流体フィルタの製 造方法。 23.請求の範囲1に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、更に、 (a)一体のキャップ部分及びほぼ円筒状の壁部分を有する組み立てられていな いハウジングと、別個のベース部分とを提供することと、 (b)別個のベース部分に接着剤を付与することと、 (c)円錐体の一部を含む支持要素を別個のベース部分内に及び接着剤内に挿入 することと、 (d)一体のキャップ部分及びほぼ円筒状の壁部分を別個のベース部分に取り付 けることと、を含む流体フィルタの製造方法。 24.(イ)一体のキャップ部分と及びほぼ円筒状の壁部分を有する組み立てら れていないハウジングと、別個のベース部分とを設けることと、 (ロ)別個のベース部分に接着剤を付与することと、 (ハ)フィルタ要素を別個のベース部分内にかつ接着剤内に挿入することと、 (ニ)一体のキャップ部分及びほぼ円筒状の壁部分を、接着剤が、一体のキャ ップ部分及びほぼ円筒状の壁部分と別個のベース部分との間に、一体のキャップ 部分及びほぼ円筒状の壁部分とフィルタ要素との間に、そして別個のベース部分 とフィルタ要素との間に配置されるように、別個のベース部分に取り付けること と、を含む流体フィルタの製造方法。 25.請求の範囲24に記載の流体フィルタの製造方法であって、流体フィルタ が血液フィルタである流体フィルタの製造方法。
