Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コンパクトな血液培養装置であって、 軸線を中心に回転可能であり、複数の容器を受け入れるために、頂面に複数の ウエルを有するターンテーブルと、 前記ターンテーブルを前記軸線を中心に回転させるための機構と、 前記ターンテーブルが前記軸線を中心に回転されたときに、各容器内の微生物 の成長を検知するための少なくとも1つのセンサーステーションと、 を含む装置。 2.前記ターンテーブルが、前記ウエルからなる複数の同心円列を含み、 同同心円列の各々は、前記1つの列内の複数の容器の各々が前記少なくとも1 つのセンサーステーションを通過するときに、前記1つの列内に含まれる前記複 数の容器内の微生物の成長を検知するために、前記少なくとも1つのセンサース テーションと対応している、請求項1に記載の血液培養装置。 3.前記複数の容器の各々が基部と首部とを含み、同基部が、前記ターンテー ブルの前記頂面に設けられた前記ウエルのうちの1つに収容される、請求項1に 記載の血液培養装置。 4.前記ターンテーブルが、同ターンテーブルの外周に取り付けられたモータ ーによって回転せしめられる、請求項1に記載の血液培養装置。 5.前記複数のウエルのうちの1つが、前記センサーステーションを校正する ための校正容器を含む、請求項1に記載の血液培養装置。 6.前記ターンテーブルが、迅速取り外し装置を使用して前記軸線上に取り付 けられており、同迅速取り外し装置は、前記ターンテーブルが前記装置から取り 外され且つ別のターンテーブルと交換できるのを可能にする、請求項1に記載の 血液培養装置。 7.前記ターンテーブルの回転が前記機構によって定期的に停止せしめられ、 その結果、各容器が少なくとも1つのセンサーステーションに位置決めされて、 前記容器内の微生物の成長が検知される、請求項1に記載の検知培養装置。 8.前記ターンテーブルが前記回転させるための機構によって前記軸線を中心 に回転せしめられるときに、各容器が、少なくとも1つのセンサーステーション を通過して、同容器内の微生物の成長が検知される、請求項1に記載の血液培養 装置。 9.前記複数のウエルの各々が、前記ターンテーブルの底部を貫通している孔 を有して、前記少なくとも1つのセンサーステーションによる前記容器への視認 可能なアクセスを提供する、請求項1に記載の血液培養装置。
