貨物ハッチ装置
発明の技術分野
本発明は貨物ハッチ、特にトイーンデッキハッチに関するものである。
発明の背景
トイーンデッキ(船倉内の甲板)によって上下に分割される船の貨物船倉はい
わゆるハッチによって相互に分離されると共に、上方には開放空気に対して閉じ
られており、下部船倉が貨物で一杯になると、この下部船倉を覆い、トラック等
のための輸送駆動面として使用し始め、艙口の横、前方、及び船尾の空間が一杯
になった後は、上記ハッチを物品の積載面として使用している。従って、荷物は
艙口面を含む船倉の全ての表面に一杯になっている。船艙の艙口は数個のハッチ

発明の要約

貨物の形式に適合させる必要があることはもちろんであり、下のプラットフォー
ムでの積込み、積降ろしを簡単化するため、頂部の開口を最も大きくし、順次一
層小さくすることも好適である。
積載プラットフォーム、及びそれを受理する座を標準化し、これ等を交換可能
な荷物支持体として機能できるようにすれば一つの根本的な利点が達成される。
荷物を乗せて吊り上げたプラットフォームと直ちに交換できるよう空の積載プラ
ットフォームを海岸に設けることができ、また再び積込みを行うため、予め荷を
積んだプラットフォームを海岸近くに設けることができる。船上では、積載プラ
ットフォームは余分な空間を必要とせず、上述したように荷物ハッチ内に一体化
される。ハッチ素子は積載プラットフォームの寸法を変更することなく、該当す
る艙口に容易に適合させることができる。船、即ち船倉の利用性は損なわれるこ
とがなく、輸送用箱、袋、梱包等の一般貨物でも問題なく積み込むことが可能で
あり、必要な昇降能力が不足する場合には、積載プラットフォームを使用しない
ままにすることができる。
本発明から生ずる利益の中の一つとして、従来必要としたような一般貨物の間
に強く手をさし入れることは、も早必要ないから物品の損傷を最少にする利益が
ある。艙口の下で積載プラットフォームを使用することによって著しい時間の節
約が達成される。このことは、作業に必要な時間、日数を減らすことができ、従
ってコストを減少させることを意味する。装置を取り換えたり、修正する必要な
くプラットフォームを1個宛吊り上げることができるから労働力を減らすことが
できる。

好適な実施例の詳細な説明
図1は本発明の主要な要旨を示す。船のデッキ1内に艙口2があり、その端縁
には通常の、即ち既存のハッチのように艙口フレーム、又は艙口ビーム等の衝合
部3を設け、ここに図示するようにハッチ素子4の端部がビーム3に休止する。
ビーム3の位置を適切に選択することによって、既存のハッチの上側に相当する
ハッチ素子の上側がデッキ1の上側とほぼ同一レベルになる。
図2、及び図3による構成において、本発明によりハッチ素子4を中央に配置
し、通常のハッチLを両端に配置することができる。図2、及び図3は基本的に
同一であるが、図2による船倉の自由開口は12.7m×7.4mであり、図3の自由開
口、13m×10.5mより小さい。
ハッチ素子4は艙口のフレームビーム3に適合された端部5を有し、ハッチ素
子4は既存のハッチの外側寸法に対応する外側寸法を有する。ハッチ素子4の端
部5と端部5との間には本発明により配置された積載プラットフォーム7の長さ
に適合させた凹形座6を設け、この座6の位置にロック装置8を設ける。この座

図1はクレーン等の昇降ヨークの端部の補助手段によって相互に連結された昇
降支柱11により、負荷「貨物」を乗せるパレットと共に積載プラットフォーム
をハッチ素子4における座6からどのようにして上昇させるかを示す。積載プラ
ットフォーム7の短辺に、ステー14(図7参照)用のポケット13(図8参照
)を設け、細長輪郭部17を有する側方支持体としての支持スタッド16を細長
