Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の諸工程すなわち、 a)供給物を少なくとも10重量%の非蒸留性炭化水素を含む重質留分と蒸留 性炭化水素を含む少なくとも1種の軽質留分とに分留し; b)この重質留分を上昇管反応器の第1帯域中の熱い再生触媒と、少なくとも 5:1の触媒:供給物の重量比および少なくとも565℃(1050°F)の温 度で、接触させて重質留分が熱反応および触媒反応の双方を受けるようになし; c)上記の上昇管反応器の急冷帯域において触媒/供給物混合物を、上記の第 1帯域に加えた非蒸留性炭化水素の少なくとも100重量%の量の上記の少なく とも1種の軽質留分と共に、上記の接触工程の後2秒以内で急冷し; d)接触分解生成物および使用済み分解触媒を上昇管反応器から除去し; e)使用済分解触媒を触媒再生帯域中で再生して熱い再生分解触媒を作り、こ れを重質留分の接触にリサイクルし;そして f)分解生成物を回収する; 諸工程からなることを特徴とする非留出性および留出性の炭化水素を含む重質 供給物の接触分解方法。 2.軽質留分がガス油および真空ガス油の範囲で沸騰する炭化水素供給物、ナフ サ沸騰範囲の炭化水素、および通常はガス状の炭化水素からえらばれる請求項1 の方法。 3.重質留分が500℃以上で沸騰する物質を少なくとも50重量%含む請求項 1の方法。 4.軽質留分を、第1帯域に加えた非蒸留性炭化水素の100〜1000重量% に等しい量で加える請求項1の方法。 5.軽質留分を、第1帯域に加えた非蒸留性炭化水素の200〜750重量%に 等しい量で加える請求項1の方法。 6.急冷工程が上昇管反応器の温度を0.5秒以内に少なくとも56℃(100 °F)減少させる請求項1の方法。 7.急冷工程が上昇管反応器の温度を0.5秒以内に少なくとも83℃(150 °F)減少させる請求項1の方法。 8.急冷工程が上昇管反応器の温度を0.5秒以内に少なくとも111℃(20 0°F)減少させる請求項1の方法。
