Is also taken additionally.
The object of the present invention is to use the evaporator described at the beginning as a cooling medium without much loss of cooling capacity.
To reduce the risk of leakage.
According to the present invention, the additional inner wall plate provided on the cooling chamber side replaces the inner wall of the cooling chamber evaporation wall.
Forming and making metal surface contact with the inner metal plate, and the surface contact area between the inner wall plate and the inner metal plate.
Evaporator characterized by having a joining surface by welding or brazing inside the zone
Is provided.
Specific embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims. For example, according to the first specific example,
inner wall
The joining surface between the plate and the inner metal plate is striped or striped flat area distributed on the evaporation wall.
Limited.
In addition, a thin separation layer is provided between the inner wall plate and the inner metal plate between the adjacent joint surfaces.
By the method, the safety of the intended joint surface restriction is enhanced.
This separation layer is preferably curved in conformity with the curved extension direction of the cooling medium flow path.
Is wider than the cooling medium flow path.
In another embodiment of the invention, an additional outer wall plate forming the outer wall of the evaporator is located along the separation layer.
Between the outer wall plate and the outer metal plate.
An additional welding or brazing interface is provided inside the surface contact area
Safety measures are provided.
Similar to the inner safety measure, the outer mating surface between the outer wall plate and the outer metal plate is
It is preferable to take safety measures that are limited to the striped or island plane areas that are distributed.
Yes. Similarly, a thin outer separating layer is provided between the outer wall plate and the outer metal plate. Separation
The layer is extended in a curved shape in conformity with the curved extension direction of the cooling medium flow path.
It is preferably wider than the body channel.
Strong metal joint between inner metal plate and outer metal plate is roller welding after roll bonding

In the evaporator that bulges out, the joint surface between the inner wall surface and the inner metal plate is
It is made by the same operation as roller welding with the outer metal plate.
The problem set according to the invention is solved in a simple manner. Use additional plate for inner wall plate
When using an additional plate for the outer wall plate in some cases, use the roll bond method.
For example, welding at three or four positions can be performed simultaneously with the existing equipment using the same operation.
Applied and does not require additional finishing costs.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. These are schematic diagrams

The compressor 1 shown in FIG. 1 has four compressor walls 2 which correspond to each other.
It is formed by bending a large compressor sheet bar. The evaporator is on the outside
, Is surrounded by a heat insulating layer 3 of which only the cross section is shown. Normally behind the cooling chamber 4
The lateral boundaries are defined by a back wall not shown in detail.
The structure in which the evaporator wall 2 is partially shown in section can be seen clearly from FIG. Evaporator
The wall body 2 includes an inner metal plate 5, an outer metal plate 6 and an inner wall plate 7. Inner metal plate
There is a cooling medium channel 8 between the outer metal plate 5 and the outer metal plate 6. The cooling medium flow path 8 is shown in FIG.
Thus, it has a cooling medium inlet 9 and a cooling medium outlet 10.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the inner metal plate 5 has outer metal on both sides of the cooling medium flow path 8.
It has a strong metal joint 11 with the plate 6. This joint is in the welded state in the drawing.
However, it is shown larger than the actual ratio for clarity. Cooling medium flow path
Shown therein is a separating layer 12 which allows blowing of a cooling medium,
This separating layer is also shown to be larger than the actual proportion.
Bonding surfaces 13 and 13a are present between the inner metal plate 5 and the inner side wall plate 7.
Is due to the welding method in the drawing and is also shown larger than the actual
You. A thin separation layer 14 is provided between the joining surfaces 13 and 13a.
FIG. 3 shows the evaporator wall 2 shown in FIG. 2 but having a wall structure without a separating layer.
Have been. The cooling medium flow path 8 has its boundary shown by a solid line and is substantially bent.
It is extended in a curved shape. Circular or elliptical solid gold in the enlarged bend area
The genus junction 11 is made as a relief. Here, the cooling medium flow path 8 is correspondingly shown by a chain line.
There are many branches as shown more.
A pair of dotted lines indicate the edges of the separation layer 14 and are separated into curved shapes corresponding to these dotted lines.
Layer 14 is extended. It can be seen that the separation layer 14 is wider than the cooling medium channel 8.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a cross section of the separation wall 2. This separation layer 2 is an inner wall plate 7,

Here, the cooling medium passage 8 is correspondingly shown by a chain line
This separation layer 2 is an inner wall plate 7,
It comprises an inner metal plate 5, an outer metal plate 6 and an outer wall plate 15.
In such an evaporation wall body 2, the inner wall plate 7 and the outer wall plate 15 are made of aluminum (A
199.5%), each of which could have a thickness of 0.6 mm.
The inner metal plate 5 is made of aluminum containing zirconium having thicknesses of 0.2 and 0.6 mm.
It consists of aluminum (AlZr). Furthermore, the outer wall plate 6 having a thickness of 0.5 mm is made of aluminum.
(Al99.5). Between the outer joint surfaces 17 adjacent to each other and with the outer wall plate 15
A thin outer separating layer 16 is provided between the outer metal plates 6, and the separating layer 16 is
The cooling medium channel 8 is adapted to the curved extension and is also extended in the curved shape. However
However, the separation layer 16 is wider than the cooling medium flow path.
The joint surface 17 between the outer wall plate 15 and the outer metal plate 6 is formed of the inner metal plate 5 and the outer metal plate 6.
Made by the same operation as roller welding between.
