Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の工程:すなわち、 a)アルケニル芳香族モノマー単位を50重量%超える量含むアルケニル芳香族 ポリマー材料を加熱して溶融ポリマー材料を作る工程; b)上記溶融ポリマー材料中に、高圧下で発泡剤を混和して発泡可能ゲルを作る 工程; c)低圧下で発泡可能ゲルを発泡させてフォーム構造を作る工程 を含み、且つアルケニル芳香族ポリマー材料が重量平均分子量100,000− 165,000を有するアルケニル芳香族ポリマーを含むことを特徴とし、また 発泡剤が発泡剤の総重量を基準として無機発泡剤を50重量%以上含むことも特 徴とする、アルケニル芳香族ポリマーフォーム構造を作る方法。 2.発泡可能ゲルを最適発泡温度まで冷却し、次にダイを通して低圧域に押出 してフォーム構造を作る請求項1記載の方法。 3.発泡剤が、発泡剤の総重量を基準として、無機発泡剤を70重量%以上含 む請求項2記載の方法。 4.発泡剤が、二酸化炭素である請求項3記載の方法。 5.アルケニル芳香族ポリマー材料が、アルケニル芳香族モノマー単位を70 重量%以上含む請求項1−4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.アルケニル芳香族ポリマー材料がポリスチレンを含む請求項1−4のいず れかに記載の方法。 7.アルケニル芳香族ポリマー材料が、多分散指数2.0−3.5を有する請 求項1−4のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.アルケニル芳香族ポリマー材料が、多分散指数2.05−3.0を有する 請求項1−4のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.フォーム構造が、90%を超える独立気泡である請求項1−4のいずれか に記載の方法。 10.フォーム構造が、平均の気泡の大きさ0.1−5.0mmを有する請求項 1−4のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.フォーム構造が、密度10−150kg/cm3を有する請求項1−4のいず れかに記載の方法。
