Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.標的に対する抗体媒介式エフェクター機能を補強するための方法であって 、抗−抗体結合特異性と標的に対する結合特異性とを有する多価結合性物質を抗 体及び前記標的に結合させて、この結合した抗体にそのエフェクター機能を媒介 させる方法。 2.前記抗−抗体結合特異性がアイソタイプ特異性である、請求項1記載の方 法。 3.前記抗−抗体結合特異性が1又は複数種のアイソタイプの定常領域に対す る特異性である、請求項2記載の方法。 4.前記結合性物質がイムノグロブリン結合性ドメインを含んで成る先の請求 項のいづれか1項記載の方法。 5.前記結合性物質がポリペプチドの多量体を含んで成り、各ポリペプチドは イムノグロブリン重鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含んで成る第一ドメインとイムノ グロブリン軽鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含んで成る第二ドメインとを有し、この 多量体内での第一ドメインと第二ドメインとの会合が抗原結合性部位を形成して いる、請求項4記載の方法。 6.前記各ポリペプチドの第一ドメインが、そのポリペプチドの第二ドメイン と会合して抗原結合性部位を形成することができない、請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記標的がヒト細胞である、先の請求項のいづれか1項記載の方法。 8.標的に対する抗体媒介式エフェクター機能の補強における多価結合性物質 の利用であって、この結合性物質が抗−抗体結合特異性と標的に対する結合特異 性とを有する、前記利用。 9.前記抗−抗体結合特異性がアイソタイプ特異性である、請求 項8記載の利用。 10.前記抗−抗体結合特異性が1又は複数種のアイソタイプの定常領域に対す る特異性である、請求項9記載の利用。 11.前記結合性物質がイムノグロブリン結合性ドメインを含んで成る請求項8 〜10のいづれか1項記載の利用。 12.前記結合性物質がポリペプチドの多量体を含んで成り、各ポリペプチドは イムノグロブリン重鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含んで成る第一ドメインとイムノ グロブリン軽鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含んで成る第二ドメインとを有し、この 多量体内での第一ドメインと第二ドメインとの会合が抗原結合性部位を形成して いる、請求項11記載の利用。 13.前記各ポリペプチドの第一ドメインが、そのポリペプチドの第二ドメイン と会合して抗原結合性部位を形成することができない、請求項12記載の利用。 14.前記標的がヒト細胞である、請求項8〜13のいづれか1項記載の方法。 15.多価結合性物質であって、抗−抗体結合特異性を有する結合性部位と標的 に対する結合特異性を有する結合性部位とを有し、且つポリペプチドの多量体を 含んで成り、各ポリペプチドはイムノグロブリン重鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含 んで成る第一ドメインをイムノグロブリン軽鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含んで成 る第二ドメインとを有し、その結合性部位はこの多量体における一のポリペプチ ドの第一ドメインとこの多量体における別のポリペプチドの第二ドメインとの会 合により形成されるものである、前記多価結合性物質。 16.前記ポリペプチドの第一ドメインが、そのポリペプチドの第二ドメインと 会合して抗原結合性部位を形成することができない、 請求項15記載の方法。 17.抗体をその抗体が結合特異性を有していない標的に対して結合させる方法 であって、請求項15又は16記載の多価結合性物質を抗体及び前記標的に結合させ ることを含んで成る方法。 18.標的に対する抗体媒介式エフェクター機能の補強のための医薬品の製造に おける、抗−抗体結合特異性と標的に対する結合特異性とを有する多価結合性物 質の利用。 19.前記抗−抗体結合特異性がアイソタイプ特異性である、請求項19記載の利 用。 20.前記抗−抗体結合特異性が1又は複数種のアイソタイプの定常領域に対す る特異性である、請求項19記載の利用。 21.前記結合性物質がイムノグロブリン結合性ドメインを含んで成る請求項18 〜20のいづれか1項記載の利用。 22.前記結合性物質がポリペプチドの多量体を含んで成り、各ポリペプチドは イムノグロブリン重鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含んで成る第一ドメインとイムノ グロブリン軽鎖可変領域の結合性領域を含んで成る第二ドメインとを有し、この 多量体内での第一ドメインと第二ドメインとの会合が抗原結合性部位を形成して いる、請求項21記載の利用。 23.前記各ポリペプチドの第一ドメインが、そのポリペプチドの第二ドメイン と会合して抗原結合性部位を形成することができない、請求項22記載の利用。 24.前記標的がヒト細胞である、請求項18〜23のいづれか1項記載の利用。
