Detailed Description of the Invention

The present invention is an alkyl (alkenyl) sulfate as an anionic surfactant,
And a cleaning or cleaning composition containing crystalline layered silicate as a builder.
Or its components, as well as its manufacturing method.
Formula: NaMSiXO2X + 1・ YH2O [wherein M is sodium or hydrogen, and x is

It is. ] The crystalline layered sodium silicate shown by is a conventional builder
Suitable as a substitute or partial substitute for phosphates and zeolites
I know. Such crystalline layered silicates are disclosed, for example, in European patent application publications.
It is described in EP-A-0164514. M is sodium and x is 2 or

G, Germany)]. Such powders typically have a bulk density of less than 600 g / l,
A large proportion of fine particle components having a particle size of less than 0.1 mm (usually more than 30% by weight).
The ability to recrystallize certain crystalline layered silicates, especially disilicates,
It is known from European patent application publication EP-B-0320770. Before recrystallization
There may be many crystalline forms different from
There are still more crystals. The important thing here is to prepare a concentrated solution of layered silicate.
It is to be. This is because in dilute solution and when exposed to water for a long time.
In particular, hydrolysis occurs at relatively high temperatures, and the layered silicate decomposes to form low molecular weight molecules.
This is because it becomes a fragment of quantity. Once such a fragment is generated
Then it cannot be converted to crystalline layered silicate. From the above
The patent applicant also applied a cleaning or cleaning composition containing a crystalline layered silicate to a spray.
It concludes that it should be obtained by drying. Such a spray drying process
,
The gas introduction temperature should be 70-300 ° C, preferably 100-200 ° C.
Other components that may be present in the spray dried slurry are, for example, anionic surfactants.
Agents (eg alkyl benzene sulphonates and alkyl sulphates).
However, according to International Patent Application Publication WO-A-92 / 18594, a crystalline layered system is used.
Conventional spray-drying of silicate-containing slurries results in damage due to physical structural damage.
The action of the crystalline layered silicate is impaired. Therefore, crystalline layered silicate is
Must be combined in a cleaning or cleaning composition by the method.
To ensure that the advantageous properties of the crystalline layered silicate are maintained, the crystalline layered silicate
Special parameters must, of course, be present in the spray-drying of a slurry containing totes. Only
However, such parameters are given in EP-B-0320770.

When it is subjected to the mist drying method, it is known that the resulting granular detergent has insufficient redispersibility.

Compositions are described which are preferably obtained by extrusion.

And a terry (FT) cloth piece was used.
Washing conditions: Tap water hardness 23 ° d (equivalent to 230 mg CaO / l, calcium: mug
Nesium ratio 5: 1); amount of each detergent used per washing machine 98g; washing temperature 90 ° C; bath
Ratio (laundry kg / l washing liquid) 3.5: 20; rinse 4 times with tap water; spin dewater and dry;
25 times of washing.
The primary detergency of detergents M1 and C1 and M2 and C2 were comparable. make up
Except for dirt, compare M1 and M2 or C1 and C2 with C3.
The primary detergency was also the same. For cosmetic stains, M1, C1, M
2 and C2 showed significantly higher primary detergency than C3 (reflectance units 8-1
0 difference).
In the prevention of film formation (% by weight of ash; Table 3), the detergents M1 and M2 of the present invention are used.
Showed clearly better results than the comparative formulations C1 and C2. For discoloration prevention
Even so, the detergents M1 and M2 of the present invention are better depending on the type of textile product.
The results are shown (Table 4). Especially surprisingly, the detergents M1 and M2 according to the invention
The evenness is better than comparative formulations C1 and C2, in some cases 4-8.
It was even better after weekly storage (30 ° C./80% relative humidity) (Table 5). Persistence
The same result was obtained for (Table 6).
Dispensability assessment is based on the dispenser of a domestic washing machine operated under severe conditions.
This was performed by simulating the conditions corresponding to the singing compartment. Test 100g of detergent
Place in the Spencer [Zanussi Dispense Mouth], 1 minute later, tap water 10
1 was introduced for 80 seconds. The residual amount (g) is shown in Table 5.
Persistence was evaluated as follows: First, water 301 was poured into a tub-type washing machine.
Then, 98 g of detergent was added and dissolved by stirring. Then laundry (wool, cotton,
Variety of easily maintained delicates made of polyamide and polyacrylonitrile
Of the dark textile) and the machine was heated to 30 ° C. At that temperature
Once reached, the agitator was turned on to wash the laundry for 10 minutes. Then drain the washing liquid
After washing, the laundry was rinsed with water 301 three times and spin-dried for 15 seconds. Then wash
It was dried in an infrared dryer. Five skilled testers evaluated the following criteria (average value):
1 point: Good enough with no visible residue
2 points: Residue is visible but not problematic and acceptable
3 points: Residue is visible and undesirable
4 points or higher: Increased number and quantity of undesired and clearly visible residues
