Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生検検体を患者の位置から取る生検針において、軸線を有する外側管状排管 と、前記外側排管と共軸でありこれに相対的に変位可能に収容される内側管状排 管と、前記内側排管と共軸でありこれに相対的に変位可能に収容される探針とを 備え、各前記内外排管と前記探針は末端を含む末端部と前記末端部から延びる基 端部とを有し、各前記内側排管と前記探針は、末端部がそれぞれ前記外側排管の 末端部内にありかつ前記外側排管の末端から軸方向外方に間隔をおいて前記位置 内に延びており、前記探針の前記末端部は前記位置で前記検体を切断する切り込 みくぼみを含み、前記内側排管の前記末端部は前記検体を前記切り込みくぼみに 捕捉する手段を含み、さらに、収縮位置から伸長位置へ変位するよう前記内側排 管の前記末端部に支持される止血インサートを備え、前記インサートは前記内側 排管の前記末端部から分離して前記内側排管と探針の前記末端部の除去に伴い前 記位置に留まり、前記インサートは、前記内側排管の収縮位置における前記外側 排管の前記末端部に収容される前記内側排管の前記末端部に前記インサートを設 けるための半径方向外面を有する、生検針。 2.前記インサートの材料はコラーゲンである、請求の範囲第1項記載の針。 3.前記インサートの材料はトロビンを含む、請求の範囲第1項記載の針。 4.前記インサートは前記軸線にたいし横断面が弓形である、請求の範囲第1項 記載の針。 5.前記内側排管の前記末端部は前記インサートの支持手段を含み、前記支持手 段は、前記内側排管の前記収縮位置から前記伸長位置までの変位中前記内側排管 の前記末端部とともに前記インサートに係合して前記インサートを前記位置に変 位する押し手段を含む、請求の範囲第1項記載の針。 6.前記内側排管の前記末端部は外面を有し、前記支持手段は前記外面の半径方 向内方にかつ前記末端から前記内側排管の前記末端部の軸方向内方に延びるくぼ みを含む、請求の範囲第5項記載の針。 7.前記内側排管の前記末端部の前記くぼみは、前記押し手段と、内端と前記内 側排管の前記末端間で軸方向に延びる表面手段とを設ける軸方向内端を有し、前 記インサートは前記インサートを前記内側排管の前記末端部に半径方向の支持す るため前記くぼみの前記表面手段に係合する軸方向に延びる表面手段を含む、請 求の範囲第6項記載の針。 8.前記インサートは前記軸線を横断する横断面が弓形であり、前記インサート の前記軸方向に延びる表面手段を設ける円周方向対向側縁を有する、請求の範囲 第7項記載の針。 9.前記内側排管の前記末端部における前記くぼみの前記軸方向に延びる表面手 段は前記軸線を介し直径面に1対の円周方向間隔面を含む、請求の範囲第8項記 載の針。 10.前記インサートの材料はコラーゲンである、請求の範囲第8項記載の針。 11.前記内側排管の前記末端部は円周方向に間隔をおいた軸方向に延びる側縁 を有する弓形壁を含み、前記側縁は軸方向内外端と、前記側縁の前記内端と前記 弓形壁の前記側縁により設けられる軸方向に延びるインサートくぼみ縁との間に 円周方向に延びる内端縁を有し、前記インサートは前記内外端間の前記インサー トくぼみ縁に接し、前記壁は前記検体を前記切り込みくぼみに捕捉する手段を設 ける、請求の範囲第1項記載の針。 12.前記インサートの材料はコラーゲンである、請求の範囲第11項記載の針 。 13.前記インサートは前記軸線を横断する弓形であり、前記インサートくぼみ 縁に接する円周方向に間隔をおいた軸方向に延びる側縁を有する、請求の範囲第 11項記載の針。 14.前記インサートくぼみ縁は、前記軸線を介し直径面にある、請求の範囲第 11項記載の針。 15.前記弓形壁は前記壁の前記側縁の前記外端を介し傾斜面間にある軸方向外 端縁を有する、請求の範囲第11項記載の針。 16.前記インサートは前記傾斜面で前記壁の前記外端縁を共面をなす軸方向外 端を有する、請求の範囲第15項記載の針。 17.前記インサートは前記軸線を横断する弓形であり、前記インサートくぼみ 縁に接する円周方向に間隔をおいた軸方向に延びる側縁を有する、請求の範囲第 16項記載の針。 18.前記インサートは前記インサートくぼみの前記端縁に係合する軸方向内端 を有する、請求の範囲第17項記載の針。 19.前記インサートくぼみ縁は、前記軸線を介し直径面にある、請求の範囲第 18項記載の針。 20.前記インサートの材料はコラーゲンである、請求の範囲第19項記載の針 。 21.前記弓形壁は半径方向外面を有し、前記インサートは前記軸線を横断する 弓形であり、前記インサートくぼみ縁に接する円周方向に間隔をおいた軸方向に 延びる側縁を有し、前記壁と前記インサートの前記外面は前記軸線にたいし同じ 曲率半径を有する、請求の範囲第11項記載の針。 22.前記弓形壁は前記壁の前記側縁の前記外端を介し傾斜面間にある軸方向外 端縁を有し、前記インサートは前記傾斜面で前記壁の前記外端縁を共面をなす軸 方向外端を有する、請求の範囲第21項記載の針。 23.前記インサートくぼみ縁は、前記軸線を介し直径面にある、請求の範囲第 22項記載の針。 24.前記インサートは前記インサートくぼみの前記端縁に係合する軸方向内端 を有する、請求の範囲第23項記載の針。 25.前記インサートの材料はコラーゲンである、請求の範囲第24項記載の針 。
