Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform reinforcement of a building frame and repair of external wall simultaneously by coupling together vertical and horizontal frames diagonally by a long steel plate from over the existing external wall, allowing them to intersect each other followed by securing, and affixing a new dry type exterior wall material from the upper side thereof. CONSTITUTION: On the external wall of an old building frame A, a plurality of reinforcing members 2 consisting of long steel plate etc., are installed between vertical members B such as main column or stud and horizontal members E, G such as gable beam or girth in such a way as intersecting aslant followed by securing. Thereon a new, dry type exterior wall material 3 is affixed in such a fashion that the reinforcing members 2 are not exposed, and thereby the external wall of the building frame A is accomplished. This allows enhancement of the aseismatic strength of the building frame A without pull-down of the existing external wall, and repair of the external wall can be performed in a short time. Thus it is practicable to make reinforcement and repair of the building frame A at a low cost.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this kind of outer wall repair has been performed by removing all the existing old outer walls and forming a new outer wall on a wall base material such as an existing skeleton or furring strip, or an existing outer wall. The structure in which a new outer wall is attached directly to the material or through a new furring strip or a waterproof sheet has been common.

However, in such a repair, the old outer wall that has become old and the new outer wall are replaced, or the new outer wall is formed on the existing outer wall that has been damaged.
It is only the technical idea of hiding the existing outer wall, and the technical idea of reinforcing the existing frame of the old building or the existing outer wall to improve the strength has not been taken into consideration at all. For this reason, the building of the renovated building is subject to a burden, which is weak in strength, especially extremely inferior in seismic resistance. Sometimes occurred.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides a foundation and a gable beam or a body forming an existing frame on an existing outer wall before repairing the existing outer wall with a new outer wall. The main pillar is the base, the first set of reinforcements made of long steel plates used in pairs to connect the inserts diagonally.
Upper and lower ends of the main pillar, that is, the main pillar, where the girder or the crossing with the girder is arranged as a fixed point so as to intersect at the midpoint of the main pillar, and then the intersection of the first set of reinforcements Place the second set of reinforcements at the midpoint of the main pillar with the first set of reinforcements as the fixed point, with the base crossing the girder, or girder as the fixed point. The present invention proposes an outer wall repairing structure in which a new outer wall made of dry wall material is formed on an existing outer wall so as to cover the reinforcing material while being fixed to the body.

FIG. 9A shows an example in which a waterproof sheet 13 is interposed between the reinforcing material 2 and the new outer wall 3 to improve the waterproof performance. Further, in FIG. 9B, furring rims 14 serving as a mounting base of the new outer wall 3 are arranged between the reinforcing member 2 and the new outer wall 3 at an appropriate pitch, and the thickness of the furring rim 14 itself is used. In this example, an air cycle path is secured.

That is, the heat insulating layer 15 improves the heat insulating performance and the airtight performance of the entire structure and prevents the occurrence of dew condensation due to the temperature difference. In addition, the heat insulating layer 15 is formed by the thickness of the reinforcing material 2 itself or the overlapping of the reinforcing materials 2,
Since there is a step with the surface of the existing outer wall 1, this step is eliminated by disposing the heat insulating layer 15, and the surface is made flat, so that the construction of the new outer wall 3 is facilitated and the raised surface is made flat. It is something to make.

The heat insulating layer 15 is formed of polyurethane, for example.
It may also be formed by sequentially laminating synthetic resin foam such as polyisocyanurate, phenol, vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene, and board-shaped panels such as gypsum board, rock wool board, glass fiber, and inorganic material board such as sheathing board. In addition, since the heat insulating layer 15 is made of in-situ blown foam type synthetic resin, it is possible to easily eliminate the step due to the thickness of the reinforcing material 2, and moreover, it is possible to blow and foam even in a narrow place or an end portion. Further airtightness and heat insulation can be achieved, and the construction is easy and the cost can be reduced.

As described above, according to the outer wall repairing structure of the present invention, the foundation and the eaves girder that compose the existing frame from the existing outer wall to be repaired before the existing outer wall is repaired with the new outer wall. Or, to connect the girders, a long reinforcing material is obliquely arranged and fixed to the body, and a new outer wall is formed on the existing outer wall so as to cover the reinforcing material, improving the strength of the existing body, The strength of the body can be improved and the outer wall can be repaired at the same time. The building is strong against both horizontal and vertical loads, and has a structure that is resistant to vibration such as earthquakes and external pressure such as typhoons.
Since it is not necessary to dismantle the existing outer wall, the number of construction steps can be omitted, the construction period can be greatly shortened, and there is no hindrance to living during construction. Since the new outer wall is formed on the existing outer wall, construction is easy and cost can be saved. It has a double wall structure consisting of an existing outer wall and a new outer wall, and has a structure with excellent heat insulation, soundproofing, and fireproofing. If you use a long metal plate that is formed into an arbitrary shape or processed to make it difficult to twist and loosen, the reinforcement will be a strong reinforcement and the reinforcement will be linear even during construction. Since the shape is maintained, construction is extremely easy. If horizontal and vertical reinforcements are provided, seismic resistance of aged building can be improved. Since two sets of one pair of reinforcing members are arranged in a staggered manner, the load due to vibration can be evenly distributed to each fixed portion, which provides strong reinforcement. There are features and effects such as.
