【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明に係る外壁改
修構造によれば、既存の外壁面を新規外壁で改修する
前に、改修する既存壁面上から既存の躯体を構成する土
台と軒桁もしくは妻梁を連結するように、長尺状補強材
を斜め配設し躯体に固定すると共に、補強材を覆うよう
に新規外壁を既存壁面上に形成したので、既存躯体の強
度を向上させ、躯体の強度向上と、外壁の改修を同時に
行える。建物は水平荷重、垂直荷重の両方に強くな
り、地震等の振動や、台風等の外圧に強い構造となる。
既存外壁を解体する必要がないので、施工工数を省略
できると共に、工期を大幅に短縮することができ、しか
も施工中の居住に何等支障を来さない。既存外壁上に
新規外壁を形成するので、施工が簡単でコストを節約で
きる。既存外壁と新規外壁の2重壁構造となり、断熱
性、防音性、防火性に富む構造となる。補強材は裏面
に粘着テープを有するため、固定具にて打設する前の仮
止めが容易に行え、また既存外壁面の微小な凹凸はその
弾性の有効な範囲内では吸収でき、さらに補強材の弛み
を防止できるため、強力な補強とするのに有効なもので
