通過の際引留クランプにかかる曲げモーメントを主とし
て鋼スリーブで受けさせるようにしたものである。併せ
てアルミスリーブの口元をラッパ状にし、アルミの素線
切れを防ぐようにもなっている。この構成によってプロ
テクタ無しの場合の主要な問題は解決されるが、引留ク
ランプが金車に当接する際ジャンパソケット取付部の電
接面に傷を生ずる恐れなしとしない。たとえ微小な傷で
あっても、金車通過後に結合したジャンパソケットとの
間に導電性能の面で負の効果を生ずることは明らかであ
る。これの対策が重要課題として残された。2. 鋼スリーブ及びアルミスリーブを貫通する孔が穿ってあ

部では鋼スリーブSとアルミスリーブAの間に環状空隙
があるので、ここは二つ割り部材から成るアルミカラC
で充填補強してある。4本のボルトB1は鋼スリーブと
切線方向で接し、引手側の単一ボルトB2はジャンパソ
ケットJ、アルミスリーブA、アルミカラC、鋼スリー
ブSの4者を貫通可能である。延線作業時はジャンパス
リーブは未組込であり、ボルト孔B1,B2だけがあ
る。 これを対象にして使用する保護金具は図1,図2
に示す如く、一端をピン3で枢着され、他端は閉塞可能
な1対の半円金具1,2から成り、これに短冊状当金1
a,2aを固着したもので、自由端へ閉塞したとき図4
の如く、当金1a,2aがベニア板4を介し、アルミス
リーブの両電接面を押圧するようになっている。当金部
1a,2aには前記のボルト孔B2に対応する貫通孔1
b,2bが穿ってあり、挿入ボルトで保護金具の軸方向
ズレを防止する。半円金具1,2の自由端については、
対向する両端縁に係合用切込1c,2cを設け、これに
対応する形の両頭金具(図示せず)をはめ込んで締めつ
け係止する場合を図3に例示した。この保護金具は地上
で引留クランプに装着し、金車通過後にベニア板4とと
もに撤去する。撤去作業は高所の宙乗り作業となるが、
長さが短く軽量のものの取外しであるから、従来のプロ
