Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling work by respectively fitting orthogonal joints having two fitting groove lines along the left and right side edge parts of a bottom wall and vertically fitting the lower end edge parts of the left and right side walls in the remaining fitting grooves of the orthogonal joints so as to form a water channel U-shaped in section. SOLUTION: A full length of a panel material 1 is cut to a certain dimension according to the width of the bottom wall (a) of a water channel and the heights of left and right side walls (b). Then, between adjacent panel material 1, a fitting projecting part 1a is fitted in an opposing recessed part 1b, the panel materials 1 placed in parallel are connected in sequence while back and front sides are integral, and the bottom wall (a) of the water channel and the wall surfaces of the left and right side walls are constituted. Then, orthogonal joints 2 having two fitting groove lines are fitted respectively along the left and right side edge parts of the bottom wall (a) and, by vertically fitting and connecting the lower edge parts of the left and right side walls (b) in the remaining fitting grooves of the orthogonal joints 2, the water channel is formed. Thus, connection between the panel material 1 as common members is made smooth and assembling work in a real work site is facilitated.

In the above-mentioned water channel structure, when the unit materials 100 are connected to each other, the pair of engagement grooves 101 are made to face each other between the adjacent unit materials 100.
It is necessary to insert the long connecting member 102 from the end into the inside. However, since the connecting member 102 is relatively thin and long, when heat deformation or the like occurs, extra resistance is generated when the connecting member 102 is inserted into the engagement groove 101, which may be time-consuming. there were. Particularly in a waterway where it is necessary to assemble a large number of unit materials 100 on site, the assembly work may be time-consuming and wastes time.

The width of the panel material constituting the above water channel is not limited to the width of the panel material 1 described above.
For example, the panel material 1 ′ shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 may have a wide width. The panel material 1'shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is formed by forming three regular quadrangular cross-sectional patterns in parallel, and forming a fitting convex portion 1a and a fitting concave portion 1b on the side surface thereof. Is. By configuring the width of the panel material to be wide as described above, it is possible to reduce the labor of connection work when configuring each bottom wall a and both left and right side walls b, and
The weight of the wall surface per area can be further reduced. In addition, although the said Example was comprised as the water channel for agriculture, the water channel of this invention may be comprised as something other than agriculture.

As described above, according to the present invention, the fitting convex portions and the fitting concave portions formed along the side edge portions of the panel materials are fitted to each other so that the panel materials arranged in parallel are sequentially connected to each other. The bottom wall and the left and right side walls of the water channel, and the right and left side walls are vertically connected along both side edges of the bottom wall through a right-angle joint to form a water channel having a substantially U-shaped cross section. Therefore, it is possible to quickly construct each wall surface of the water channel by simply repeating the fitting connection of the fitting convex portion and the fitting concave portion of the panel material, and to connect the respective wall surfaces to each other with the right-angle joint. It can be easily performed through the fitting structure. Therefore, as compared with the conventional water channel structure in which the unit members are connected to each other through the long connecting member, the panel members, which are common members, can be smoothly connected, and the assembling work at the site can be further improved. You can do it in a short time.
