(Prior Art) Partition load-bearing walls usually have a reinforcing structure as shown in FIG. 9. That is, braces C as reinforcing bars are arranged in an X-shape between the left and right independent columns A, and columnar partition base materials B are placed at appropriate intervals.
By erecting multiple pieces, strength is ensured. Therefore, the partition base material B is
Since it is necessary to create a structure that allows the brace C to penetrate at the position where it intersects with the brace C, for example, in the case of metal partition base material B, the 10th
As shown in the figure, a cut d was made from one side to the front of the base material body b, which is made of a plate material with a U-shaped cross section, at the intersection of the braces C, and this part was cut out over a predetermined width. After that, a reinforcing plate E is fixed to the side surface part to form an opening D. The brace C is passed from the originally open back side of the base material main body b to the front side having the opening D.

For this reason, the conventional partition base material B is
This requires double work, including forming the base material and pasting the reinforcing plate E, which is troublesome, and the back side of the base material body b is originally open along its longitudinal direction as described above. Because of this, it has the problem of not being strong enough.

(Purpose) In view of these problems, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a wall base material that is easy to install and can also improve its strength. It consists of a pair of left and right underlayment bodies that are formed by vertically dividing a hollow column into two, and each of these left and right underlayment bodies has a notch formed at a predetermined position for inserting the brace. , in that both base material bodies are fixed to each other at both ends thereof.

First, one base material main body 1 located on the left side in FIG. 1 is formed into a substantially L-shaped cross section by vertically bending a long and wide metal plate along the longitudinal direction. The end of one side wall 11 of the base material main body 1 located on the near side in the figure is integrally formed with a fitting piece 12 extending in parallel in the same direction as the other side wall 13. The end portion is provided with a groove portion 14 formed by once bending the end portion inward and then bending the end portion outward again with a slight width. The groove portion 14 is for fitting the fitting piece 12 into the groove portion 14, and is formed to have a width equal to or slightly deeper than the width of the fitting piece 12.

Further, the base material main body 1 is cut out at a predetermined position in its longitudinal direction, that is, at a position intersecting with the brace 3, over a certain width from the end of the fitting piece 12 to the one side wall 11 connected thereto. In particular, it has a notch 15 formed therein. This notch 15 has an area large enough to allow the brace 3 to pass through, and forms a pair with a notch 25 formed in the other base material main body 1, which will be described later.

The other base material body 2 located on the right side in Figure 1
basically has the same structure as the base material body 1 described above, except that the notch 25 is formed slightly above the notch 15 of the base material body 1 described above. There are differences in In the figure, reference numeral 22 indicates a fitting piece formed at the end of one side wall 21 of this base material body 2, and 24 indicates a fit groove formed at the end of the other side wall. Thus, both base material bodies 1 , 2, the positions where they intersect with the braces C are confirmed at the wall construction site, and after the above-mentioned notches 15 and 25 are formed at these intersecting positions, the respective positions are placed in the corresponding positions in the runner between the independent columns. It is fitted in such a way that the fitting pieces 12, 22 are opposed to the mating fitting grooves 14, 24.

In this state, the brace C is inserted into the notches 15 and 25 of both base material bodies 1 and 2.
Then, using an appropriate tool or the like, insert the fitting piece 12 of one base material main body 1 into the fitting groove 24 of the other base material main body 2, and insert the fitting piece 22 of the other base material main body 2
are forcibly inserted into the insertion grooves 14 of one of the base material bodies 1, respectively, and as shown in FIG. 2, by integrating both base material bodies 1 and 2, an opening for inserting the brace is provided. A prismatic base material is formed.

The base material bodies 3, 4 are formed by bending the base material bodies 3, 4 into a letter shape, and short width connecting pieces 32, 42 are vertically bent and formed at one side end of the base material bodies 3, 4. In addition, these base material bodies 3 and 4 have cutout portions 35 and 45 for inserting a brace having a desired width from a predetermined position on one side end to one side of the L shape.
is formed. The pair of base material main bodies 3, 4 configured in this manner is arranged such that the connecting pieces 32, 42 and the other end portions 31, 41 are connected to each other so that the connecting pieces 32, 42 are on the inside. Then, both 32 and 41, and 42 and 31 are fixed together by riveting or spot welding, thereby forming a prismatic base material.

As for such a coupling means, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the fitting pieces 61 of the base material bodies 6, 7 are formed into a tooth shape, and the fitting pieces 61 are fitted into the fitting grooves 64. It may be a bonded structure. In this case, each of the fitting pieces 61 is provided with a protrusion 61a, and the protrusion 61a is inserted into the fitting groove 64.
It is even more effective if it is connected to the bent end 64a of the.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, a pair of left and right underlayment bodies each having an opening for inserting a brace at a predetermined position is fixed to each other at both ends to form a hollow prismatic shape. Since it has a body structure, its entire circumference is covered with a plate-like material, which increases its strength as a base material.
In addition, since openings for inserting the braces are cut into the main bodies of both base materials at predetermined positions before the fitting process, there is no need to fix the reinforcing plate after forming the openings as in the conventional method. As a result, the construction work can be simplified accordingly, and the work can be done easily at the construction site.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the opening can be easily formed at a desired position in the base material, so it can be installed vertically without avoiding not only braces but also water supply, equipment piping, wiring, and attachments of the structure. It is possible.
