【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は木材の連結具、さらに詳細には梁、モ
ヤ、ケタあるいは土台等における木材の端部の連

従来梁などの主要骨組みとなる木材の端部の接
続は第10図にその一例を示すように複雑な形状

作業が複雑で熟練を要すると共に能率が悪く、1
日に3組程度しか作ることが出来なかつた。

本考案は上述のような問題点を解決し、安価で
しかも接続作業の容易な連結具を提供することを
目的とする。

すなわち1枚のコ字形の基板1で構成した第1
の挿入部1−1と、この第1の挿入部1−1のコ

コ字形の先端部分を前記折曲げた線の先端部分に
設けた切り込みの奥で前記第1の露出部2に対し
て直角に前記アームプレート1−2側に折り曲げ
ると共に、前記アームプレート1−2の先端部分
を前記第1の露出部2と反対側にかつ前記第1の
露出部2の先端の折り曲げ部分と一平面となるよ
うに折り曲げ、これら両折り曲げ部分の接合部を
溶接して形成した第2の挿入部3と、前記第1の
挿入部1−1のコ字形の上側部の先端部分を組み
合わせた木材に合わせて直角に現場折り曲げ出来
る第2の露出部5とした前記基板1のコ字形の垂
直部で前記第2の挿入部3及び第2の露出部5と
反対側の側辺で前記基板1が互いに直角となるよ

して1枚の第2の挿入部3を形成する。さらに前
記コ字形の基板1の上側部の先端部分を組み合わ
せた木材に合わせて現場折曲げが可能なように切
り込み4を入れて第2の露出部5を形成する。こ
のような形に形成された基板1のコ字形の垂直部
の側辺部で第2の露出部5と反対側の側辺をつき
合わせて溶接し、各基板1間が直角になるように
構成する。この場合、本実施例では一平面上に来
る2枚の基板1は最初から第2図ロ示のように連
接して形成し、この左右対称をなす中心線6に沿
つて同図イ示の基板1を直角に溶接して構成した
