Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a special composite false-twisted yarn having clear and non-slipped slub parts and crimped ground parts and giving a woven or knit fabric having new excellent appearance and touch, when woven or knitted. SOLUTION: This composite false-twisted yarn is produced by singly or triply winding at least one multifilament yarn B (yarn B) on the periphery of at least one multifilament yarn A (yarn A) and subsequently again singly or triply winding at least one multifilament yarn C (yarn C) on the periphery of the formed textured yarn to randomly form doubly, quadruply and sextuply wound parts comprising the yarns B, C on the yarn A as the whole body of the composite false-twisted yarn. The quadruply wound parts have parts having the crimped yarn A and parts not having the crimped yarn A, and at least one of the yarns B and C comprises single filaments each having a cross section in which a depressed part is formed between the adjacent two pro jections. The twisting direction of the outermost layer at each wound part of the composite false-twisted yarn is the same as the twisting direction of the doubly wound part at the quadruply wound part in which the yarn A is not crimped, and is reverse at the quadruply wound part and the sextuply wound part in which the yarn A is crimped.

2. Description of the Related Art A woven or knitted fabric using a yarn having a slab is characterized by its appearance and feeling and is widely used. As an example of a yarn having a slab, Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 62-21887 discloses that when a yarn (core yarn) is false twisted, it has a dry heat shrinkage ratio of 3% or more larger than that of the core yarn in the twisting region. There has been proposed a special entangled yarn in which a slab is fixed to a core yarn and is obtained by supplying a yarn (wrapped yarn) and performing a composite false twisting process.
However, although this special entanglement yarn has a slab formed by winding yarn having a dry heat shrinkage ratio that is 3% or more higher than that of the core yarn, the sheath yarn is 1 or 3 times as thick as the core yarn. It is not a clear slab because it is only wound, but when it is made into a woven or knitted product, the slab becomes unclear, and there is a drawback that the morphological change is poor.

Further, in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 1-20254, a double layer, a double layer, and a double layer obtained by false twisting at least three kinds of yarns at the same time are disclosed.
A composite fancy yarn having double and six-fold winding portions has been proposed. In this composite fancy yarn, the yarn on the sheath side is wound twice, four times, and six times with respect to the yarn arranged on the core side.
As shown in, the number of yarns to be wound is simply increased by one and the three yarns are simultaneously false twisted. Moreover, since there is no crimp in the core yarn, there is little change. The slab effect could not be emphasized even when weaving and knitting. Furthermore, since the slab (wrapping part) is not fixed, there is a drawback that a nep occurs due to the displacement of the slab during weaving and knitting.

The twist direction of the outermost layer of each winding portion of the special composite false twisted yarn of the present invention is such that the triple winding portion of the yarn B is different from the double winding portion of FIG. The quadruple winding part (b), which is the portion in which the yarn C is wound around the single layer, is overtwisted in the same direction, and conversely, the single winding of the yarn B is performed. In the quadruple winding part (2), which is the part in which the yarn C is triple wound around the portion, and in the part in which the yarn C is triple wound around the triple winding part of the yarn B. A certain six-fold winding portion (c) is not untwisted because of strong winding due to the reversal of the twist, and is in the opposite direction. That is,
With respect to the double winding part, the twisting direction of the outermost layer of each winding part is the same for the quadruple winding part where the yarn A has no crimp, and the quadruple winding where the yarn A has crimp. The turn and the six-fold turn are in opposite directions.

Further, in the special composite false twisted yarn of the present invention, at least one of the yarns B and C is a yarn composed of a single yarn having a special cross section. In the present invention, the special cross section means that there is a concave portion between two adjacent convex portions such as a cross shape in FIG. 2 (a), a trilobal shape in FIG. 2 (b), or a 5-10 leaf cross section. What you do. By knitting and weaving a composite yarn containing a yarn composed of a single yarn (a special cross-section yarn) having such a cross section, it is possible to obtain a cloth with a sharp feeling that cannot be obtained by using an ordinary round cross section yarn. In particular, if a special cross-section yarn having a sharp convex portion is used, the sharpness can be further emphasized.

Further, as described above, since at least one of the yarns B and C is a yarn composed of the special cross-section yarn, the slab portion (each winding portion) can be made difficult to shift. . FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining that the slab portion (each winding portion) of the special composite false twisted yarn of the present invention is hard to be displaced. FIG.
(A) is a cross-section yarn and round cross-section yarn, Fig. 3 (b) is an example in which cross-section yarns are in contact with each other. In either case, the contact area between single yarns is large, and Since the single yarns are held in the recesses, the yarns do not slip easily, and the slab as a whole has a structure that is extremely unlikely to slip. Furthermore, FIG.
In the case where the yarn axes are in contact with each other as shown in (c), the contact area increases due to the deformation of the special cross-section yarn, and the repulsive force to return to the original and the pressing due to the winding of the slab portion Since they work with each other, they form a slab that is hard to slip like the former.

The special cross-section yarn may be used for either of the yarns B and C. If it is used for the yarn B, the yarn B is located between the yarn A and the yarn C, so that the deviation of the slab portion is prevented. The effect is improved and the yarn C is exposed at random from the gaps of the yarn C in the single winding portion of the yarn C, that is, in the areas (a) and (b) of FIG. It can express a sharp feeling. On the contrary, if the yarn C is used as the yarn C, the yarn C is located in the outermost layer of the special composite false-twisted yarn, so that it is possible to obtain a woven / knitted fabric having a unique sharpness which is rich in variation that has never been seen before. Further, if the special cross-section yarn is used for both the yarns B and C, the effect of preventing the deviation of the slab portion is improved and a woven or knitted fabric having a unique sharpness can be obtained.

Since the heavy winding portion and the 6-fold winding portion are formed at random, it is possible to give a slab effect with a great variety to the cloth obtained by weaving and knitting. Moreover, since the false twist crimp is applied to the yarn A which is the core yarn, the soft and swelling span-like feeling can be expressed, and the yarn B,
By using the special cross-section yarn for at least one of C, the deviation of the slab portion is eliminated, and it is possible to give an unprecedented unique sharpness due to the varied slab portion. Further, by using a special cross-section yarn having a convex portion with an acute angle, it is possible to obtain a woven or knitted fabric with a sharper feeling.

The special composite false twisted yarn of the present invention has a double wound portion having a bulge and two kinds of slabs having different thicknesses.
Since the double winding portion and the six-fold winding portion are randomly provided and a special cross-section yarn is used for at least a part of the winding yarn, a clear and various slab portion is obtained in the fabric obtained by weaving and knitting. It is possible to express the feeling of spots, swelling, and span tone, as well as to give a unique sharpness. Further, the shape of the special cross section yarn and the repulsive force due to the deformation can prevent the slab from being displaced.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. The slab displacement was evaluated by the following method. While mating two commercially available satin washers in the opposite direction,
Thread the marked slab over the quadruple winding portion and the six-fold winding portion surrounded by the double winding portion and the next double winding portion, and pass 1/30 g of the actual fineness. 3m with a load of (gram)
The vehicle was run at a speed of / min and the deviation of the mark part after passing the washer was observed. Each measurement was performed at 10 points, and the number of moved slabs and the deviation rate shown in the following equation were used for evaluation. Deviation rate (%) = [(X−Y) / X] × 100 where X is the length of the slab before running and Y is the length of the slab after running.

This yarn is used for the warp yarn and the weft yarn, and the warp yarn density is 70 yarns / 2.54c by using a water jet loom.
Weaving was a plain weave with m and weft density of 45 threads / 2.54 cm. The resulting woven fabric was rich in morphological changes due to the random thickness unevenness of the slab, and had a soft and swelling span touch and a subtle sharpness, giving it an unprecedented texture. In addition, there was no nep in the preparation and weaving process, and weavability was good.

The special composite false-twisted yarn of the present invention has substantially three kinds of slabs having random thickness irregularities and bulges formed by the yarn including the special cross-section yarn. It is possible to add a variety of forms to the knitted fabric, a span-like feel with a soft and swelling feeling, and a variety of crispness that has never been seen before. Moreover, since the deviation of the slab itself is eliminated due to the characteristics of the special cross-section yarn, no nep occurs during knitting and weaving, and it is possible to achieve economical effects and work efficiency by reducing defects.
