【発明の効果】本発明によれば、殺菌槽内に回転可能に

体配管、エア配管を捻れることなく接続することができ
る。これによって、回転体に収容保持されるトレーの隙
間に連続して熱水または冷水をスプレー供給することに
より、回転体の回転中、製品に常時熱水または冷水を噴
霧供給することができ、揺動回転型スプレー式レトルト
殺菌機に適用して顕著な効果を発揮するものである。

記加熱殺菌及び冷却処理中、回転体及びスプレーノズル
を揺動回転させる揺動回転型スプレー式レトルト殺菌機
において、 殺菌槽を内外に貫通して配置される回転体の回転中心軸
を大、中、小の3重管構造となし、この3重管構造の各
管相互間に電気配線通路、液体通路、エア通路を互いに
独立して形成し、電気配線通路には殺菌槽外でスリップ
リングを介して外部電気機器に接続させ、エア通路及び
液体通路には殺菌槽外でロータリージョイントを介して
外部エア供給排出手段及び外部液体供給排出手段に接続
させるようになしたことを特徴とする揺動回転型スプレ
ー式レトルト殺菌機への配線・配管接続構造。
