Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constantly strong attraction force even in the case where a surface to attract a magnet is curved, by embedding a plurality of magnets into a non-magnetic frame and connecting the adjacent magnets for free bending. SOLUTION: A plurality of circular magnets 6a, 6b are embedded into two non-magnetic frames 7a, 7b, and the adjacent magnets 6a, 6b are connected for free bending. A bending portion 8 is connected for freely bending using a soft, thin band-shaped flexible material 9. The non-magnetic frames 7a, 7b are made of a resin, and a thin band-shaped soft resin sheet is used for the flexible material 9. In connecting the magnets 6a, 6b for free bending, the magnets are narrowly connected at the center in the direction of thickness of the frames 7a, 7b made of the resin, so that the entire body flexes in the longitudinal direction. Thus, a flexible magnet may be provided which may obtain a strong attractive force even in the case where a surface to attract the magnet is curved.

However, such a conventional magnet is preferable when the surface for attracting the magnet is flat,
If the surface that attracts the magnet is curved, both sides of the magnet will be detached, and the attracting force at the ends will weaken, or the attracting force will disappear, resulting in a strong attracting force as a whole. However, there is a problem that the function as a magnet is significantly deteriorated.

Therefore, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-90910, it is considered to connect a plurality of magnets with a linear flexible material such as a rope so that the magnets can be bent. However, when a flexible material such as a rope is used between the magnets, there is no pressing force between the magnets when paper is stuck, and there is a problem that a sufficient attraction force cannot be obtained.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention embeds a plurality of magnets in a non-magnetic frame,
The means is to flexibly connect adjacent magnets. Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the surface for attracting the magnet is curved, it is possible to bend along the curved surface, so that it is possible to give a strong attractive force to the end of the magnet. Will be able to fully fulfill its function as.

Still another aspect of the invention has as its means that the bent portion is foldably connected by a soft thin band-shaped flexible material. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the bent portion can sufficiently withstand repeated bending stress and can flexibly bend along the curved surface, even if the surface for attracting the magnet is curved, it is strong. Adsorption power can be obtained.
