The utility model provides a wrist-worn device, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the wrist-worn device generally includes a wrist band 100 and a device main body 200, one end of the wrist band 100 is connected with one end of the device main body 200, and the other end is a free end, the device main body 200 may be a watch body (for example, a common watch dial, an intelligent watch dial, or a bracelet main body), or a health monitoring module (generally, a watch body with a non-screen display function, for example, a monitoring sensor for monitoring a heart rate, a blood pressure, and the like of a user, or a sensor for monitoring a motion state, a walking step number, and the like). In the present invention, the wristband 100 has an arc-shaped wearing state, and the wearing state thereof is naturally maintained, that is, the wristband 100 maintains the arc-shaped wearing state even in a non-wearing state. Without loss of generality, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wrist bands 100 are generally provided in two, and the apparatus body 200 is connected between the two wrist bands 100; of course, in other embodiments, only one of the wristbands 100 may be provided and have a curved shape, as will be further described below.
The worn state of the wristband 100 in the present invention is that the wristband 100 has only one form in a natural state, that is, the wristband 100 is only naturally maintained in an arc state, which is different from a papa ring, and a papa ring can have two forms in a natural state, one is a straight strip form, and the other is an arc (ring) form, and a papa ring in the straight strip form can be converted into the arc (ring) form after the papa ring is used to flap the wrist, so as to implement wearing. It should be noted that, the wrist band 100 of the present invention is "maintained in the arc state naturally" and not limited to the deformation capability of the wrist band 100, at least, the free end of the wrist band 100 can be deformed and opened outwards under the action of external force, so that the user can wear or remove the wrist device on or from the wrist, and when the external force disappears, the deformation of the wrist band 100 can be recovered to the arc wearing state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wristband 100 includes a wristband portion 100 and a memory metal portion 120 disposed on the wristband portion 110, wherein one end of the wristband portion 110 is configured to be connected to one end of the device main body 200, and the other end is a free end, and the memory metal portion 120 has a memory state of being arc-shaped in a natural state, so that the wristband portion 110 is naturally maintained in an arc-shaped state, and the wristband 100 is naturally maintained in a wearing state, so that, on one hand, a wristband buckle and its related connecting structure can be saved, thereby saving material cost and assembly cost; on the other hand user need not to carry out the counterpoint lock joint of wrist band buckle when wearing, and the user need not to unbuckle just can excise wrist strap 100, enables the user and can wear the equipment with the wrist convenient and fast ground or excise in the wrist to promote user's use and experience.
It will be appreciated that the memory metal is superelastic, in that under an external force, the memory metal has a much greater deformation recovery capacity than the normal metal, i.e. the large strain generated during loading (e.g. during wearing/removal) is relieved with unloading, thereby returning to the (arcuate) memory shape.
In one embodiment, two wristbands 100 are disposed in one device body 200, one end of the band body 110 of one wristband 100 is connected to one end of the device body 200, one end of the band body 110 of the other wristband 100 is connected to the other end of the device body 200, and the two wristbands 100 together enclose a wearing space of the wrist-worn device. Alternatively, referring to fig. 3, the free ends of the wrist bands 100 are close to each other but not in contact, that is, there is a gap between the free ends of the band bodies 110, in which case, the user opens or stretches the wrist bands 100 so that the opening between the wrist bands 100 can be accessed by the wrist, and the wrist-worn device can be conveniently and quickly worn on or removed from the wrist. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, in the wearing state, the free ends of the two band portions 110 are stacked (see fig. 1); in other embodiments, the free ends of the two belt body portions 110 can be shifted and parallel; in other embodiments, the free ends of the two belt body portions 110 can be butted.
Further alternatively, when two wristbands 100 are provided, the radian of the band body 110 of each wristband 100 is smaller than pi, that is, the band body 110 of each wristband 100 is provided in a minor arc; it can be understood that, due to the presence of the device body 200, the two wrist bands 100 can enclose a shape stably surrounding the wrist of the user without an arc of pi, so that the wearing stability is ensured and the material of the wrist bands 100 is saved, thereby reducing the material cost. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in some embodiments, even when two wristbands 100 are provided, the radian of the band body 110 of each wristband 100 may be greater than or equal to pi, that is, the band body 110 of each wristband 100 may be provided with a major arc.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, only one of the wristbands 100 may be provided, that is, one device body 200 is provided with one wristband 100, the free end of the band body 110 of the wristband is disposed near the other end of the device body 200, and the radian of the band body 110 of the wristband 100 is greater than or equal to pi, that is, the band body 110 of the wristband 100 is disposed in a major arc. In this case, the user opens or breaks the free end of the wrist band 100 to form an opening between the free end and the device body 200, which is sufficient for the wrist to enter and exit, so that the wrist can freely enter and exit the wearing ring, and the wrist-wearing device can be conveniently and quickly worn on or taken off from the wrist. It can be understood that if the radian of the band body 110 is too small, it is difficult to achieve stable wearing of the single-wrist band wrist-worn device, and if the radian of the band body 110 is too large, a part of the free end of the band body 100 is stacked inside the device main body 200, which may cause discomfort to a user during wearing and affect user experience; in this embodiment, optionally, the radian range of the band body portion 110 is 1.3 pi to 1.8 pi, and the radian range is moderate, so that both the wearing stability and the wearing comfort can be achieved.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 8, when the free ends of the two belt body portions 110 are stacked, at least one of the two opposite surfaces of the two free ends of the two stacked belt body portions is provided with protrusions 111, and the protrusions 111 may be in a flat point shape, a thorn shape or a barb shape; generally, the protrusions 111 are provided in plurality to form a protrusion group; it can be understood that the addition of the protrusions 111 increases the friction between the opposite surfaces of the two free ends of the stacked body, and reduces the probability of displacement between the two free ends of the stacked body in the length direction of the band body 110, thereby improving the wearing stability of the wristband 100, and particularly, since the increased friction is generated when the two opposite surfaces are displaced in a sliding manner, the connection force between the two free ends of the stacked body in the direction perpendicular to the outer surface of the band body 110 is not increased (the conventional magic tape mainly increases the connection force), that is, when the two free ends of the band body 110 are pulled outward (the force is applied nearly perpendicular to the outer surface of the band body 110) to wear or remove the wristband 100, the protrusions 111 do not cause any obstruction, thereby causing no additional labor to wear or remove the wristband 100. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the two opposite surfaces of the two free ends of the stacked layers may be further adhered by a hook and loop fastener.
Particularly, for the thorn-shaped or barb-shaped bulge, the bulge is preferably a soft rubber bulge. Because the user acutely throws the wrist at the in-process of wearing, can cause the extrusion force that produces the vertical direction between wrist strap 100 looks lamination both ends and the relative displacement inertia of horizontal direction, the extrusion force of vertical direction can make the protruding vertical direction of flexible glue extruded, and horizontal direction relative displacement inertia can make the protruding horizontal direction of flexible glue stretched, thereby increase the protruding area of contact between another group flexible glue arch that sets up on wrist strap 100 and/or the opposite side wrist strap 100 of flexible glue, and then increase frictional force between the wrist strap 100 looks lamination both ends, thereby prevent wrist strap 100 looks lamination both ends to stagger and avoid wrist strap 100 from the wrist slippage. Optionally, especially all be equipped with the flexible glue arch in two relative surfaces at the both ends of overlapping mutually, wrist strap 100 is worn at the wrist and is rocked the in-process, and the extrusion force of vertical direction and the relative displacement inertia of horizontal direction cause two sets of flexible glue archs all to extrude deformation to glue together the winding, make wearing of wrist strap 100 more stable firm. Therefore, the wristband 100 of the present invention does not need a buckle aid and does not worry about slipping.
In other embodiments of the present invention, a soft or hard glue material may be used for the flat protrusions.
Therefore, the memory metal part 120 of the present invention can realize that the wrist-worn device can be stably supported and worn on the wrist of the user without buckling the wrist strap; the protrusions 111 at the end portions of the band body 110 can prevent the both end portions of the band body 110 from being dislocated, thereby preventing the wrist band from slipping off from the wrist due to the increased size of the wrist band, further increasing the wearing stability; in addition, the arrangement of the memory metal part 120 and the protrusion 111 also avoids the wrist strap buckling operation in the wearing process and the unbuckling operation in the removing process of the traditional wrist wearing equipment, so that the wearing and removing process becomes easier.
In an embodiment, a mounting cavity is formed in the band body 110, and the memory metal part 120 is received and mounted in the mounting cavity, that is, the memory metal part 120 is disposed in the band body 110, so as to provide physical protection for the memory metal part 120 through the band body 110.
Optionally, the memory metal part 120 includes a memory metal wire and/or a memory metal sheet. In order to save materials, the memory metal part 120 is usually made of memory metal wire or memory metal strip. Referring to fig. 5(d), 5(e), and 5(f), in an embodiment, the memory metal part 120 includes a plurality of strip-shaped memory metal parts 120a (filament-shaped or narrow-sheet-shaped) parallel to each other, the memory metal parts 120a are strip-shaped extending along a length direction of the ribbon body 110, and at least two of the memory metal parts 120a are respectively disposed near two opposite sides of the ribbon body 110. In another embodiment, the memory metal part 120 includes an elongated memory metal part 120a (in a shape of wire or narrow sheet), and the memory metal part 120a is continuously bent in a parent phase plane to have a plurality of bent portions, and is bent to form a ring shape with one side of the parent phase plane as an inner side. Referring to fig. 5(g), in another embodiment, the memory metal part 120 includes two elongated memory metal parts 120a (filament or strip), each memory metal part 120a has at least one bending portion in the parent phase plane, and is bent into a ring shape with one side of the parent phase plane as an inner side, and the bending portions of the two memory metal parts 120a do not intersect. Referring to fig. 5(h), in another embodiment, the memory metal part 120 includes two elongated memory metal parts 120a (filament or narrow sheet), each memory metal part 120a is continuously bent in a parent phase plane and has a plurality of bent portions, and is bent in a ring shape with one side of the parent phase plane as an inner side, and the bent portions of the two memory metal parts 120a intersect. Referring to fig. 5(a), in another embodiment, the memory metal part 120 includes an elongated memory metal member 120a, and the memory metal member 120a is bent once into a U shape and bent twice into an integral arc shape. It should be noted that, in addition to the above-described configuration of the memory metal part 120, the memory metal part 120 may have other configurations, for example, but not limited to, those shown in fig. 5(b) and 5 (c).
Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, the mounting cavity penetrates the free end of the band body 110, and the wrist band 100 is further provided with a cap 140, and the cap 140 is fitted over the free end of the band body 110. In this embodiment, the cap 140 is disposed to prevent the memory metal part 120 from being exposed at the free end of the band body part 110. Optionally, the material of the cap 140 may be soft glue, hard glue or metal. Further alternatively, the connection between the cap 140 and the band body 110 may be, but not limited to, a heat press connection, an adhesive connection, or the like.
Alternatively, when the memory metal part 120 is provided as a memory metal wire, the end of the memory metal wire is provided in a spherical or quasi-spherical shape to reduce the sharpness of the end of the memory metal wire and reduce the probability of the end of the memory metal wire penetrating out of the belt body part 110. It will be appreciated that the ball or ball-like structure of the end of the memory wire is thickened, i.e. its diameter is greater than the diameter of the memory wire.
Optionally, the cap 140 is formed with a positioning groove 140a for receiving the ball-shaped or ball-like end of the memory wire, so as to prevent the end of the memory wire from separating from the cap 140 and reduce the sliding of the memory wire in the relative installation cavity. Further alternatively, referring to fig. 6, the cap 140 is in the form of a clip and includes two clip portions 141 oppositely disposed, and a surface of each clip portion 141 facing the other clip portion 141 is provided with a half of the positioning groove 140 a.
Further, the material of the band body 110 includes fabric and/or soft glue and/or hard glue. It should be noted that the band body 110 may be made of two or more materials, besides the single fabric, the single soft glue or the single hard glue (particularly, when the single hard glue is used as the material of the band body 110, the band body 110 is a strip sheet as a whole, and has sufficient flexibility). For example, referring to fig. 7, the band body 110 may include a fabric body 110a in a band shape and a soft glue edge 110b covering the edge of the fabric body 110a, the fabric body 110a has better air permeability, the soft glue edge 110b can provide better shaping effect, and can prevent the edge of the fabric body 110a from being stripped and reduce the dirt of the edge of the band body 110 (compared with fabric, soft glue is not easy to be dirty, and even if dirty, it is easy to be scrubbed); optionally, a soft glue film layer may be further disposed on the inner side of the fabric body 110a, so as to isolate sweat and the like through the soft glue film layer, thereby reducing the probability that the fabric body 110a is stained by sweat and the like; further optionally, the soft adhesive film layer is provided with air holes, which is beneficial to ensuring good air permeability of the belt body part 110.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the wrist band 100 further includes a connecting portion 130, the connecting portion 130 is disposed at one end of the band body 110 for connecting with the device main body 200, and the connecting portion 130 is fixedly connected to the memory metal portion 120. It is understood that the connection portion 130 may be provided with a structure for connecting with the apparatus body 200 on the connection portion 130, which is advantageous for stabilizing the connection structure between the wristband 100 and the apparatus body 200.
Alternatively, the connecting portion 130 may be made of metal or rigid plastic to ensure a certain structural rigidity of the connecting portion 130 and ensure the stability of the connection between the wristband 100 and the device body 200. When the connecting portion 130 is made of metal, the connecting portion 130 can be connected to the memory metal portion 120 by welding or screw locking; when the connecting portion 130 is made of a hard plastic material, the connecting portion 130 may be connected to the memory metal portion 120 by means of adhesion or screw locking, or the memory metal portion 120 is integrally formed with the connecting portion 130 by means of insert molding, so as to save the installation process of the connecting portion 130 and the memory metal portion 120 and effectively improve the connection stability between the memory metal portion 120 and the connecting portion 130. In particular, when the connecting portion 130 and the memory metal portion 120 are connected by means of screw locking, the specific arrangement may be: referring to fig. 16, the memory metal part 120 is configured as a memory metal wire, the connecting part 130 is provided with a fixing hole 132 through the fixing hole, the end of the memory metal wire is provided with a screw hole, and the connecting screw 400 and the end of the memory metal wire are respectively inserted into the fixing hole 132 from both ends of the fixing hole 132 and are locked in the fixing hole 132.
In one embodiment, the wristband 100 may be formed by: after the memory metal part 120 and the connecting part 130 are connected into a whole, the memory metal part and the band body part 110 are integrally formed (the band body part 110 is usually made of soft rubber) in an insert injection molding mode; therefore, the injection molding mode is beneficial to batch preparation of products, the production efficiency is improved, and the connection stability between the 130 connecting parts can be ensured. Of course, in other embodiments, the wristband 100 may be formed by: the installation cavity is formed on the band body 110, the memory metal part 120 fixed with the connecting part 130 is inserted into the installation cavity, and the connecting part 130 is connected and fixed with the band body 110.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 9 to 11, the memory metal part 120 includes an elongated memory metal part 120a (which is usually configured as a memory metal wire, but may also be configured as a memory metal narrow piece), the memory metal part 120a includes a first metal segment 121, a second metal segment 122 and a third metal segment 123 connected in sequence, wherein the first metal segment 121 and the third metal segment 123 both extend along the length direction of the band body 110 and are arranged in parallel, the second metal segment 122 is arranged at the free end of the band body 110, and the second metal segment 122 is provided with a bending portion 122 a; however, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, referring to fig. 13, a plurality of bending portions 122a disposed on the second metal segment 122 may also be disposed. It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the memory metal member 120a is substantially U-shaped (except that the closed end thereof is provided with the bending portion 122a), the open end thereof is used for fixedly connecting with the connecting portion 130, and the closed end thereof is provided at the free end of the band body portion 110. In this embodiment, the second metal segment 122 of the memory metal part 120, which is provided with the plurality of bending parts 122a, is disposed at the free end of the belt body part 110, and the structural strength of the bending parts 122a is high, so that the structural strength of the free end of the belt body part 110 can be improved, and the structural stability of the product is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 12 and 13, an end of the first metal segment 121 far away from the second metal segment 122 and an end of the third metal segment 123 far away from the second metal segment 122 are both connected to the connecting portion 130 and are disposed close to each other; in this way, the minimum distance between the free end of the first metal segment 121 and the periphery of the connecting portion 130 and the minimum distance between the free end of the third metal segment 123 and the periphery of the connecting portion 130 are increased, so that the free ends of the first metal segment 121 and the third metal segment 123 are wrapped by the connecting portion 130 (usually made of hard plastic), and the structural strength is increased, in addition, the free ends of the first metal segment 121 and the third metal segment 123 are arranged close to each other usually in a bending manner, so that the strength of the memory metal element 120a can be enhanced, meanwhile, the bending can reduce the sliding of the memory metal element 120a in the band body portion 110, and is favorable for the stability of the whole structure of the wrist band 100.
