図3に、裏側に磁石11を固着した挟持具10を示した。一般に文具や家庭日用品の分野では磁石11を取付手段としたものが多く見られるところである。取付けるべき相手方がスチール等の磁性体の面であれば、磁石11の吸着力によって挟持具10を任意位置に取付け得る。しかし、非磁性体の面であると吸着しないから、この場合は、その面に磁石吸着用の補助鉄板12を貼付けて、その補助鉄板面12に磁石11を吸着させ挟持具10を取付可能としている。この補助鉄板12は、引き剥がし可能で引き剥がしたものは再度新しい取付位置に貼付けて使用できることが望まれる。そこで、従来知られる水洗可能で、水洗後に水分を取ると、再び粘着力を発現するウレタンエラストマーを粘着剤とした反復使用可能な両面粘着シート13を用い、その両面粘着シート13の一方の面に、両面粘着シート13の大きさよりも一回り小さい補助鉄板12を貼付けることが考えられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記した欠点を解消し、磁石の吸着力をさほど弱めない適宜厚さの補助鉄板であっても、容易に引き剥がして、繰り返し使用できるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明は、磁石を非磁性体の面に吸着させるため該非磁性体の面に貼付けられる補助鉄板であって、厚さが0.5〜1mm、幅が5〜15mmとした複数の補助鉄板片で構成される補助鉄板群と、上記補助鉄板群と同形若しくは僅かに小形で、その片面に上記複数の補助鉄板片を互いに略平行かつ端面同士を突合せて貼り付けた第1の両面粘着シートと、上記第1の両面粘着シートよりも大形で、その片面に上記第1の両面粘着シートを貼付けた合成樹脂シートと、上記合成樹脂シートと同形で、その片面に上記合成樹脂シートが貼付けられたウレタンエラストマーを粘着剤とする反復使用可能な第2の両面粘着シートとからなり、上記第2の両面粘着シートの一端部側から補助鉄板片の並び方向に向けて順次引き剥がし可能としたものである。

【作用】
非磁性体の面に貼付けた第2の両面粘着シートの一端部側をめくり、そこから補助鉄板片の並び方向に向けて引き剥がすと、補助鉄板片の厚さは曲げに対し剛な0.5〜1mmであり、一つの補助鉄板片の幅は使用者の力で十分に引き剥がすことができる5〜15mmであるから、補助鉄板片毎に順次引き剥がすことができる。複数の補助鉄板片は第1の両面粘着シートに貼り付けているため、第2の両面粘着シートが剥がされた後も一体化しているから、その儘再使用したい場所に貼ると、平らな補助鉄板群の面が形成されることになる。第1および第2の両面粘着シートとも粘着面を露出させることはない。

図1は本発明になる磁石吸着用貼付補助鉄板の実施例を示す分解斜視図であり、1は補助鉄板片1a,1b,1c,1dからなる補助鉄板群、2は第1の両面粘着テープ、3はポリエスレルフイルム等の合成樹脂シート、4はウレタンエラストマーを粘着剤とした反復使用可能な第2の両面粘着シートである。

本発明で、補助鉄板片1a〜1dの厚さは0.5〜1mmとする。その理由は、0.5mm以下では磁石の吸着力が強くならず、しかも腰が弱く曲がり易くなって不可であり、1mm以上では過大に過ぎて不経済であるからである。また、補助鉄板片1a〜1dの幅は5〜15mmとする。補助鉄板片1a〜1dの幅が広きに過ぎると強力な引き剥がし力を必要とするし、幅が狭ければ狭い程弱い引き剥がし力で済む反面、所望の補助鉄板群1の大きさとする際に多数の補助鉄板片1a〜1dを併設する手数が増し面倒であり、いずれも不可である。

図2は、非磁性体の面に貼った本発明になる磁石吸着用貼付補助鉄板の断面図である。図2からわかるように、上記の補助鉄板片1a〜1dは、補助鉄板群1と同形若しくは僅かに小形とした第1の両面粘着テープ2に、互いに略平行かつ端面同士を突合せて貼付けられる。その第1の両面粘着シート2は、それよりも大形である合成樹脂シート3の片面に貼付けられる。その合成樹脂シート3は、この合成樹脂シート3と同形であるウレタンエラストマーを粘着剤とする反復使用可能な第2の両面粘着シート4の片面に貼付けられる。

【発明の効果】
上記のように、本発明によれば、非磁性体の面に貼付けた第2の両面粘着シートを、その一端部側から補助鉄板片の並び方向に向けて引き剥がし力を与えさえすれば、使用者の力でもって十分に引き剥がしが可能である。このように全体を引き剥がしたあとも、複数の補助鉄板片は第1の両面粘着シートに貼り付いていて一体に連結されているから、その儘再使用したい場所に貼り変えることができる。そのときの補助鉄板群の面は平らな面とすることができるので、磁石の吸着力も十分発揮でき、滑落させなくする。また、第1および第2の両面粘着シート共、粘着面の露出箇所をなくしているから、ゴミ等の付着による汚れを与えなくできる。
