I've been We are convinced that the reinforced earth wall embankment using the sheet pile according to the present invention will be more popular because the construction method is simpler than the conventional reinforced earth wall embankment using the wall panel.

The size of the concrete skin was 1.5 square meters, and it was necessary to take sufficient safety measures when assembling with heavy machinery and when working near the house.

It is intended to be used. The points to be considered for that purpose are as follows. 1. Shortened the range of driving the sheet pile. 2. While the sheet pile hardly sinks, the back gome embankment part is subject to large compression due to its own weight or settlement due to consolidation of the foundation ground, so that the joint between the sheet wall sheet pile and the embankment reinforcement material The quality of the followability greatly affects the stability of this structure. How to handle it. 3. Simplified protective fence.

The sheet piles can be driven in such a way that the sheet piles do not have earth pressure and can stand on their own in consideration of ordinary wind loads. Therefore, the noise inside the pile and the usage period of heavy equipment are shortened. 3. A slide type joint is installed on the sheet pile in order to obtain followability to the settlement of the embankment at the joint between the sheet pile and the embankment reinforcement. The structure of the joint is a structure in which a long shaft bolt with a stop spring or a reinforcing bar is inserted from the upper hole between the iron plates having a pair of upper and lower holes protruding from the sheet pile. See FIG. 4 and FIG. 4. The joints are arranged at regular intervals on the left and right. Further, since the earth pressure becomes higher in the upper and lower parts, the interval is made smaller in the lower part, if necessary. FIG.
reference. 5. (Construction order) As shown in FIG. 7, first, the sheet pile is driven into an amount such that it can stand on its own in consideration of the wind load without earth pressure. Next, embankment 7 is constructed. Next, the reinforcing material of 8 is installed, the long shaft bolt of 9 is inserted from above, and the reinforcing material and the sheet pile are tightly connected. This bolt is a device that stops the stopper spring from jumping up when passing through the hole in the lower mounting plate. Next, embank 10 and compact. And 11.1
2 embankments, 13 reinforcements, 14 bolts, 15 buried soil, and so on. It is also possible to insert a material that reduces wall friction between the wall and the embankment.

However, since the sheet pile hardly sinks, at the joint between the reinforcement material of the embankment and the sheet pile, the reinforcement material descends along the bolt axis of the mounting portion as shown in FIGS. There is no power. The arrangement of sheet piles can also be applied to curved parts. Once the sheet pile is installed, the sheet pile serves as a protective fence. It is easy to manage the vertical wall surface of the sheet pile.

No heavy equipment was needed to stack two blocks, and the labor of managing upright walls was saved. 3 There is some noise at the time of hammering the sheet pile, but since the hammering is shallow, it ends in a short time and is useful for noise prevention. 4 After installation of the sheet pile, no safety fence is required and safety management is easy. 5 The construction period is shortened and the construction cost is also reduced. 6 It can also be applied to construction in densely populated areas. 7 Use of decorative sheet piles also helps to beautify the environment.
