Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to take out piece by piece of conical bobbin winding paper tubes smoothly when those conical bobbin winding paper tubes jointed in a rod shape as the result of mutual fitting are set in an automatic bobbin winder complete before being taken out. SOLUTION: Pushed holes 15 are provided on the outer peripheral surface 14 of a conical bobbin winding paper tube 13 in which the outer diameter of an upper end opening 11 is smaller than the outer diameter of a lower end opening 12 and pushed up projections 17 are formed in positions on the inner peripheral surface 16 opposite to the pushed holes 15. Those pushed holes 15 and projections 17 may be set in such positions where the inner diameter d of the inner peripheral surface 16 becomes equal to the outer diameter D of a curving position 19 bending to an opening 11 on the top end of an outer peripheral surface 14 appearing as a straight line including to a shaft core 18 in a sectional surface including the axial core 18 of the conical bobbin winding paper tube 13. Then, the upper end surface 24 continuing to the opening 11 by bending from the curving position 19 of the outer peripheral surface 14 of a fitted-in conical bobbin winding paper tube 13' hits the projection 17 of the conical bobbin winding paper tube 13 fitted outside thereof and stops, and as a gap is formed between those outer peripheral surface 14 and inner peripheral surface 16, those conical bobbin winding paper tubes 13, 13' can be separated from each other very simply.

However, in the state where the conical thread-wrapping paper tubes having a constant wall thickness between the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface are spliced in a rod shape, one of the conical thread-wrapping paper tubes spliced in and in contact with the rod shape is Since the peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the other conical wound paper tube are firmly adhered to each other over the entire surface, they cannot be taken out one by one unless they are strongly pulled out by hand during use. Therefore, even if the thread winding device that winds the yarn around the conical thread winding paper tube is automated, the cone shape thread winding paper tubes are smoothly taken out one by one when being set in the thread winding device from the end of the rod-shaped splicing paper tube. It was impossible to do so, and the removal was forced to be done manually, which was an obstacle to the automatic operation of the bobbin winder for 24 hours.

Therefore, the inner peripheral surface of one conical thread-wrapping paper tube, which is spliced in a rod shape, and the outer peripheral surface of the other conical-shape thread winding paper tube do not come into close contact with each other, and a slight gap is formed between them. An attempt was made to improve it.

As one of the attempts, an end edge portion of a conical wound paper tube is sandwiched between a pair of embossing rolls corresponding to unevenness, and a ring-shaped ridge 2 is formed so as to surround an opening 12 at the lower end thereof.
7 is formed on the inner peripheral surface 16 (FIG. 3). In this case, a gap 23 corresponding to the height of the ring-shaped ridge 27 is formed between the inner peripheral surface 16 and the outer peripheral surface 14 of the two fitted paper tubes 13 and 13 '. However, the outer peripheral surface of the conical thread-wrapping tube 13 'fitted in the opening 12 at the lower end of the conical thread-wrapping tube 13 is
Since it is tightly attached to the ring-shaped ridge 27 of the inner peripheral surface 16 of the conical wound paper tube 13 that is fitted onto it, they may not be easily separated.

As another attempt, there is one in which the peripheral edge of the opening 11 at the upper end is folded toward the inner peripheral surface side, and a cylindrical projection 26 which projects long toward the opening 12 at the lower end is formed inside (FIG. 3). . In this case, the opening 12 at the lower end of the conical spool paper tube 13
Since the conical-shaped thread-wrapping tube 13 ′ fitted in the above-mentioned cylinder comes into contact with the cylindrical protrusion 26 protruding inside the conical-shaped thread-wrapping paper tube 13 that is externally fitted and stops, the inside of the conical-shape thread-wrapping tube 13, 13 ′ is stopped. A gap 23 is formed over the entire surface between the peripheral surface 16 and the outer peripheral surface 14, and these conical wound paper tubes 13 and 13 'can be separated at any time without requiring special force. However, the top opening 1
The long cylindrical projection 26 is formed by folding back the peripheral edge of 1 deeply to the inner peripheral surface side.
Is very difficult to form. Therefore, the long cylindrical body (26) is adhered to the peripheral edge of the opening 11 at the upper end, and the cylindrical projection 2
However, the tubular body (26) thus bonded is likely to fall off, and the tubular body (26) that has fallen off is likely to cause a trouble in the bobbin winding process or the rewinding process.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above, according to the present invention, when the cone-shaped wound paper tubes, which are fitted and spliced in a rod shape, are set in an automatic winding device and taken out, they can be smoothly and automatically taken out one by one without requiring any manual operation. To do so.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The push hole 15 and the ridge 17 are attached using a pointed jig. That is, in the conical wound paper tube 13 made of pulp fiber, the pressing hole 15 can be easily formed on the outer peripheral surface 14 by pressing a pointed jig such as a cone, a nail or a needle.
A ridge 17 is formed on the inner peripheral surface 16 by being pushed up by the tip of the pointed jig.

Depending on the amount of pressing, the tip of the pointed jig may protrude toward the inner peripheral surface side, and a small hole 22 corresponding to the shape of the tip may be formed on the inner peripheral surface 16. However, even if such a small hole 22 is formed, a ridge 17 having the small hole 22 as an apex is formed on the inner peripheral surface 16.

In the conical wound paper tube 13 having the pressing hole 15 and the ridge 17 as described above, when another conical wound paper tube 13 'is fitted into the opening 12 at the lower end of the conical wound paper tube 13, the conical pyramidal shape is inserted. The spool paper tube 13 ′ comes into contact with the cylindrical projection 26 protruding inside the conical-shaped spool paper tube 13 which is fitted to the spool paper tube 13 ′, and stops. At that time, the inner peripheral surface 1 of the two conical spool paper tubes 13, 13 '
6 and the outer peripheral surface 14, a gap 2 depending on the height of the ridge 17.
You can do 3. In that case, the cone-shaped spool paper tube 1 in which it is fitted
The outer peripheral surface of 3'is a ridge 17 of the conical wound paper tube 13 to be fitted.
Even if they come into close contact with
The external force applied to separate the 3'is a ridge 17 which is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface 14 of the fitted conical wound paper tube 13 '.
Since it works by concentrating on one point, it is possible to easily separate them without requiring a particularly strong external force to separate them.

In particular, the pressing hole 15 and the ridge 17 are bent into the opening 11 at the upper end of the outer peripheral surface 14 which appears in a straight line inclining with respect to the shaft core 18 in a section including the shaft core 18 of the conical wound paper tube 13. When the inner diameter d of the inner peripheral surface 16 is equal to the outer diameter D of the bent portion 19, the bent portion 19 is bent from the bent portion 19 of the outer peripheral surface 14 of the conical wound paper tube 13 '. The upper end surface 24 leading to the opening 11 comes into contact with the ridge 17 of the cone-shaped spool paper tube 13 to be fitted and stops. Therefore, in that case, the outer peripheral surface 14 of the conical thread winding tube 13 ′ that has been fitted is not pressed at all by the ridges 17 of the conical thread winding tube 13 that is fitted, and these conical thread winding tube 13 ′ are not pressed. The 13 and 13 'can be separated very easily.

The push hole 15 formed by using a tip jig such as a cone, a nail or a needle has a tapered cone shape in a cross section including the center line 20, and there is a cone-shaped wrapping paper. The material forming the outer peripheral surface 14 of the tube, for example, the pulp fiber surface layer forming the outer peripheral surface 14, the fine fibers by the fine flockies sprayed and flocked on the outer peripheral surface 14 to prevent the yarn from slipping off. The powder surface layer, the anti-slip resin coating film applied to the outer peripheral surface 14 to prevent the yarns from slipping, and the like are also pushed into the bottom side of the pressing hole 15 by the pointed jig, and they are projected to the outer peripheral surface 14. Because there is no such thing, cone-shaped spool paper tube 1
The thread to be wound around and unwound on the outer peripheral surface 14
The trouble of being caught or caught by a foreign substance protruding from the body is prevented. Therefore, the cone-shaped spool paper tube 13 according to the present invention is suitable for winding the ultrafine fiber multi-filament yarn which is easily caught even by a slight protrusion.

If a plurality of the pressing holes 15 and the ridges 17 are radially attached around the axis 18 of the conical thread winding paper tube, two conical thread winding paper tubes 13 and 13 'to be fitted are provided.
The gaps 23 are evenly formed between the outer peripheral surface 14 and the inner peripheral surface 16, which is suitable for an automated bobbin winding device. In addition, the conical wound paper tube 13 to which the present invention is applied may have a rounded inflection point 19 that bends to the opening 11 at the upper end of the outer peripheral surface 14 (FIG. 1) or may be angular.
