Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold various paper sheets positively sheet by sheet to stack them regardless of the paper quality, low stiffness and length of the paper sheets by providing engaging holding protrusions for taking in and conveying the paper sheets while holding the tip parts of. the paper sheets led to a stacking case. SOLUTION: Engaging holding protrusions 32... for holding the tip of a bill A, a paper sheet, engagedly are protrusively formed on the belt outer surface of a take-in belt 25 of a bill stacker, every constant space in the longitudinal direction of the belt 25, and an engaging recessed part 33 of a V-shape is formed between the engaging holding protrusion 32 and the belt outer surface. The tip part of the bill A led into a carry-in part is received into this engaging recessed part 33, and the bill A is taken in and conveyed along the belt outer surface up to an inner part of a stacking case 22 while holding the tip part of the bill A engagedly. Even if a bill with low stiffness, a deformed bill in a poor state, a large-sized bill or a long bill is led into the stacking case 22, take-in action is performed while maintaining a horizontal state by holding the tip part so as to perform carry-in action without a tip hanging state.

As a result, at the time of stacking the paper sheets, the leading end portion of the paper sheets guided to the stacking portion is taken in and conveyed while being held by the front end holding means, so that the paper sheets guided to this stacking portion are the leading ends. The sheets are held and conveyed to the stacking position while being pulled, and the paper sheets are carried straight into the space of the stacking section to perform a stable stacking operation one by one. Therefore, even if weakly stiff paper sheets, deformed poor-quality paper sheets, large-sized paper sheets, or long paper sheets are guided to this stacking portion, a reliable take-up operation without a drooping state is performed. It can be carried out, and stable accumulation can be carried out by eliminating the occurrence of jam caused by the drooping.

Further, when an engaging and holding projection for holding the leading end of the paper sheet is formed on the take-in and carrying belt, the paper sheet can be naturally taken in along the belt surface. Further, when the engagement holding projection is allowed to switch between the engagement position and the retracted position according to the take-in position of the paper sheet, the paper sheet is engaged and held to the stacking position and guided to reach the stacking position. By releasing the engagement holding action at the time point, it is possible to align the sheets at the optimum stacking position and perform the stacking operation.
Similarly, if the paper sheets carried into the stacking unit are configured to be suction-held, taken in, and conveyed, a stable conveyance operation suitable for holding and conveying the planar paper sheets can be obtained. Further, if the sheet is configured to be closely held by the high-adhesion holding member having high contact resistance and taken in and conveyed, the sheet is brought into close contact with the member in a planar manner, and similarly stable holding and conveying can be performed. can get.
If such a paper sheet stacking device is internally configured in the depositing / dispensing device, a stable depositing / dispensing process operation of the banknotes stacked in the inside can be performed.

Further, in the case where the bill is conveyed while holding the leading end of the bill by forming the engagement holding projection on the take-in belt, the bill can be naturally taken along the belt surface. Further, when the engagement holding projection is configured to be switched to the upright / tilting position according to the bill taking position, it is possible to securely engage and guide the bill to the stacking position while grasping the leading end of the bill. It is possible to perform the stacking operation by aligning the banknotes to the stacking position by releasing the engagement holding action when the stacking position is reached. Similarly, when the banknotes carried into the stacking case are suction-held and taken in and carried, a stable planar carrying operation suitable for taking-in and carrying planar bills can be obtained. Further, when the bills are configured to be closely held by the adhesive material and taken in and conveyed, the bills are brought into close contact with the material in a planar manner, and similarly stable take-in and conveyance can be obtained. If such a banknote stacking device is internally configured in the depositing / dispensing device, it is possible to perform stable depositing / dispensing process of the circulation banknotes that are internally stacked.
