However, in the above-mentioned multi-use bag for mixing, the temporary adhesive portion is separated in each chamber during distribution, but is peeled off during use so that a different kind of content is separated. It is necessary to have a structure that can be mixed, but to date, its function has been fully demonstrated,
The reality is that no sufficiently satisfactory multi-bag for mixing has been proposed. For example, the above-mentioned actual development 5
In the bag with a partition described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-53062, since the easily-openable temporary adhesive portion is formed by pressure bonding with a heat seal agent or an adhesive, the contents come into contact with it. Since it is inevitable, it cannot be applied to the filling and packaging of foods, etc., and it cannot be applied to chemicals such as adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives. In addition, in the package described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-105272, the double bag for mixing described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-66845, etc., a method for forming an easily-openable temporary adhesive portion is used. As a weak seal, regardless of pressure bonding with a heat-sealing agent or an adhesive.
This is a method for forming an easily-openable adhesive part by sandwiching a tape having a tape-forming property and an easing-peeling property. In this method, the tape is fed out and positioned on a bag-making machine. In addition to the difficulty, it is unavoidable that the seal strength is lowered in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion where the tape is engaged.
Furthermore, in the two-component mixing packaging bag described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-16536, a substance that lowers the bonding strength is previously prepared in accordance with the location where the partition seal is formed in the bag. There is a problem that the coating step is required and the position of the partition seal is limited, so that it is not convenient because a highly accurate seal machine is required. Therefore, in the present invention, in the mixing multiple bag, the structure of the temporary adhesive portion, the adhesiveness, etc. are improved, and each chamber is partitioned at the time of distribution, etc., but peels off at the time of use to mix different kinds of contents. It is an object of the present invention to provide a multiple bag for mixing that has a temporary adhesive portion that can be used as a product.

In the above, a method of heat-sealing the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion when constructing the bag body and a method of providing an easily openable temporary adhesive portion for partitioning the bag body into two chambers or more As a method for heat sealing, known methods such as bar seal, rotary roll seal, belt seal, impulse seal, high frequency seal, ultrasonic seal, and the like are known. Can be done in any way. Thus, in the present invention, the condition for heat-sealing when providing the easy-opening temporary adhesive portion that divides the bag into two chambers or more is that the outer peripheral end of the bag is configured. Conditions for heat-sealing the peripheral area and its heat
Differences may be made in tosile temperature, pressure, heating / pressurizing time, etc., and the easily-openable temporary adhesive portion is formed under the condition that one or more conditions are relaxed. In particular, in the present invention, a strong seal portion and an easily-openable temporary adhesive portion are formed by using different kinds of films in combination as the films forming the facing surfaces forming the innermost layer surface of the bag. This has the advantage that the heat seal conditions to be adjusted can be easily adjusted. As described above, in the present invention, as the heat seal condition, the condition for heat seal when providing the strong seal portion in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion when forming the bag body, The condition of heat-sealing when providing the easily openable temporary adhesive part that divides the bag into two or more chambers is changed, and the latter easily openable temporary adhesive part is relaxed under the condition relaxed from the former condition. It is characterized in that the easily-openable temporary adhesive portion is formed as a weak seal portion as compared with the seal portion at the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion.

In the present invention, in the bag for mixing contents described above, the seal strength of the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end can be easily made stronger than the seal strength of the easy-open temporary adhesive portion. As a result, the easy-opening temporary adhesive portion does not peel off due to the impact of a drop, and the contents do not mix before use, and when the easy-opening temporary adhesive portion is peeled off during use, the When the pressure of the contents is applied to the strong seal part of the peripheral part, the strong seal part of the peripheral part of the outer peripheral edge part is peeled off, and the contents are mixed without jumping out of the bag. Is something that can be done. Thus, in the present invention, in the above-mentioned bag for mixing contents, what is the difference between the seal strength of the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end and the seal strength of the easy-open temporary adhesive portion? What is better is the type of packaging material, packaging form, bag size, filling amount of contents, shape of the easy-open temporary adhesive part, distribution form such as the presence or absence of an outer box, and physical tests such as drop test and mixing test. As a result of various examinations on the dynamic load, the seal strength of the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end is more than the seal strength of the easy-open temporary adhesive portion.
If the condition of at least 500 g / 15 mm or more is satisfied, it is possible to prevent mixing before use and jumping out of the contents during use. Then, specifically, how much the difference between the seal strength of the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end and the seal strength of the easy-open temporary adhesive portion should be set is actually tested by a prototype. It should be decided according to each case.

By the way, in the present invention, the seal shape of the strong seal portion and the seal shape of the easy-open tentative adhesion portion provided in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion are as shown in the above-mentioned drawings. Although it may be a straight line having a predetermined seal width, in addition to the above, by making an arbitrary seal shape according to the kind of contents to be filled and packaged, the easy-open property and the easy peeling property of the temporary adhesive portion can be obtained. 7 to 12 show the seal shapes of the strong seal portion provided in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion and the easy-open temporary adhesive portion in the bag for mixing contents according to the present invention. It is a top view showing a few examples. As shown in FIG. 7, the strong seal portion 7 provided in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion has a linear shape having a predetermined seal width, while the easy-open temporary adhesion portion 8 has a predetermined seal portion.
It has a width and is V-shaped. Thus, in the bag for mixing contents as described above, the portion of the V-shaped protrusion 11 is used as the starting point of the easy peeling property.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8, as in the case of FIG. 7, the strong seal portion 7 provided in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion is formed into a linear shape having a predetermined seal width. And on the other hand,
The easy-open temporary adhesive portion 8 is formed into a linear shape having a predetermined seal width, and V is further provided at a predetermined position of the linear seal portion.
A character-shaped notch 12 is provided. Thus, in the bag for mixing contents as described above, the seal width of the V-shaped notch portion 12 becomes narrow, so that the seal strength of this portion is the same as that of the other portion. It is weaker than the tensile strength, and therefore this portion serves as the starting point of the easy peeling property.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the strong seal portion 7 provided in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion is provided in the above-mentioned FIG. 7 and FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the line seal portion 7'is not a solid seal portion, while the easy-open tentative adhesive portion 8 is a linear one having a predetermined seal width. . Thus, in the bag for mixing contents as described above, it is illustrated that the strong seal portion can be configured even if the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end portion is used as the line seal portion 7 '.

The present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the following examples. Example 1 A composite film D was prepared by sticking a 30 [mu] m-thick easily openable heat-fusible plastic film to a 12 [mu] m-thick stretched polyethylene terephthalate film. The easily-openable heat-fusible plastic film is a polypropylene film having a thickness of 24 μm on the surface to be bonded to the polyethylene terephthalate film, and an ethylene-acetic acid film having a thickness of 6 μm on the opposite heat-bonding layer side. The thing which consisted of the co-extrusion film used as the vinyl-copolymer film was used. On the other hand, a composite film E was prepared by adhering a polypropylene film having a thickness of 30 μm to a stretched polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 μm. next,
The above-mentioned composite film D and composite film E were superposed with the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film surface and the polypropylene film surface facing each other, and the heat fusion was performed for 1K.
When performed at a pressure of g / cm 2 for 1 second, when the temperature is 140 ° C., the seal strength is about 1 Kg / 15 mm, which results in easy-open heat fusion, and at 200 ° C., the seal strength is about 3 Kg / 15 m.
It became a strong heat fusion bond of m. Therefore, the above composite film D
And the composite film E are overlapped so that the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film surface and the polypropylene film surface are opposed to each other, and first, the two opposite sides of the outer edge forming the bag body have a seal width of 10 mm × 1 Kg / cm 2 × 1 second × 200
Each side of the seal is linearly sealed under the condition of heat fusion at ℃ to form a strong seal portion by strong heat fusion to form an empty bag.
The central portion of the empty bag is sealed with a seal width of 5 mm × 1 kg / cm 2 ×
Under the heat-sealing condition of 1 second × 140 ° C., the seal is linearly sealed to form a seal portion corresponding to an easily-openable temporary adhesive portion that becomes the easily-openable heat-sealing, and two openings are formed. A bag body having two compartments was manufactured. Next, in each of the chambers of the bag body partitioned into two chambers having the two openings produced above, the main component of the epoxy-based two-component curable adhesive was introduced from one of the openings, and the other from the other opening. Equal weight of the adhesive curing agent is filled, and then the two openings of the bag are 10 mm × 1 Kg / cm.
The mixture was linearly sealed under the condition of 2 × 1 second × 200 ° C. to form a strong seal portion by strong heat fusion to produce a double bag for mixing. Here, the seal width of the outer peripheral end portion is set to 10 mm and the bag partition seal width is set to 5 mm, because the peeling distance of the bag partition is shortened by shortening the peeling distance of the bag partition, and at the time of use. This is to prevent the contents from jumping out even if some bite of the contents into the seal portion of the outer peripheral end occurs. When the adhesive filling part of the double bag for mixing produced above was strongly pressed by hand, it was peeled off at the part of the seal part which becomes the above-mentioned easy-to-open heat fusion, and the main ingredient packed and packaged. The curing agent and the curing agent were mixed in the bag body, and by further rubbing the bag body by hand, the main agent and the curing agent could be sufficiently mixed. During that time, the bag did not burst. After thoroughly mixing as described above, the corners of the bag body were cut off and the bag body was pressed by hand to take out the adhesive, and it was possible to use it.

Example 3 In Example 1 described above, the portion of the seal portion which is easily opened and heat-sealed is a straight line parallel to the contents filling opening in the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end of the bag body. Therefore, the force of the finger pressed by the hand and required for peeling has to be very large. In order to improve this, in place of the linear seal part of the seal part which is the easily openable heat-sealing of the above-mentioned Example 1, the seal has a V-shaped seal part shape. Then, a V-shaped seal portion corresponding to an easily-openable temporary adhesive portion which is an easily-openable heat-sealing portion is formed. Other than that, a mixing bag is prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 above. It was manufactured (see FIG. 7). With the above V-shaped seal portion, the partition could be peeled off with a lighter force. The sharper the V-shaped angle is, the easier it is for the partition to be peeled off. However, in some cases, the V-shaped angle may be easily peeled off due to some impact in the distribution process. It was necessary to set it considering the filling amount of the contents.

Example 7 In the above-mentioned Example 1, instead of having one portion of the seal portion which is easily opened and heat-sealed, one seal portion which is easily opened and heat-sealed is provided. A mixing bag capable of filling and packaging three kinds of substances by providing one strong seal part similar to the strong seal part which is a complete heat-sealing part constituting the peripheral part of the outer peripheral end The body was manufactured (see Figure 11). As the seal bar for forming the seal part which is easily opened and heat-sealed, a part of the solid seal bar in the above-mentioned Example 4 was cut into a V-shape, which was prepared. Was used to form the seal. The mixing bag produced as described above could be filled with two kinds of substances to be mixed and one kind of substance not to be mixed in one bag. Considering the heat-sealing method of the partition and the number and the positional relationship between the strong seal part which becomes the complete heat-sealing and the seal part which becomes the easily openable heat-sealing, a plurality of substances to be mixed are desired. It is possible to separate substances that you want to mix.

Embodiment 8 In Embodiments 3 and 4 above, the shape of the seal portion which is easily opened and heat-sealed requires the vertical and horizontal positioning of the partition seal, which is mechanically complicated. However, by making the shape of the seal part that is easily opened and heat-sealed into a zigzag shape, the positioning direction of the partition seal can be set to only one direction, vertical or horizontal, Manufacturing is greatly facilitated (see FIG. 12). By making the shape of the seal portion which is heat-sealed easily into a zigzag shape, the corner portion becomes the starting point of peeling of the seal portion, and the same effect as that of the above-mentioned embodiment was obtained.

Example 9 The composite films D used in Example 1 above were superposed with their ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin surfaces facing each other, and heat-sealed at a pressure of 1 kg / cm 2 for 1 second. When the temperature is 140 ° C, the seal strength is about 500.
The heat-sealing property was g / 15 mm and was easy to open. Therefore, the composite film D used in Example 1 above
The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin surfaces were overlapped with each other, and the outer edge of the bag was sealed with a seal width of 10 mm × 1 Kg / cm 2 × 1 second × 155 ° C. in the same manner as in Example 1 above.
Under heat-sealing conditions, each side is linearly sealed to form a strong seal portion by strong heat-sealing to form an empty bag, and further, a central portion of the empty bag. Seal width 5 mm x 1 kg / cm
Under the heat-sealing condition of 2 × 1 second × 140 ° C., a seal portion corresponding to the easily-openable temporary adhesive portion forming the partition portion is formed by linearly sealing to form an easily-openable heat-sealing material. Thus, a bag body divided into two chambers having two openings was manufactured. Next, in the same manner as in Example 1 above, the okonomiyaki powder was filled from one of the openings and an appropriate amount of water was filled from the other opening, and then the two openings of the bag body were filled with 10 mm × 1 Kg / cm. 2 x 1 second x
A double seal bag for mixing was manufactured by linearly sealing under a heat fusion condition of 155 ° C. to form a strong seal portion by complete heat fusion.
When the mixing test was carried out by strongly pressing the water-filled portion of the double-bag for mixing manufactured above by hand, the same effect as in Example 1 was obtained. In the above, since the difference in the seal strength between the strong seal portion at the peripheral portion of the outer peripheral end of the bag and the easy-open temporary adhesive portion is small, the easy-open temporary adhesive portion is peeled off. Although the phenomenon of peeling of the strong seal part was also seen before, as a result of repeatedly testing a large number of prototypes, the seal between the strong seal part in the peripheral part of the outer peripheral edge and the easy-open temporary adhesive part -The difference in the strength of the seal is limited to 500 g / 15 mm tested in this example, and if the difference in the above-mentioned seal is less than this, it is not suitable as a bag for mixing contents.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention focuses on the heat-sillable film on the innermost layer surface constituting the bag body, and peels off at least the heat-seal surface on the innermost layer. Layer and an easily openable co-extrusion film having two core layers, which are inner layers of the release layer, are used. By adjusting the heat seal conditions, the heat between release layers on the heat seal surface is controlled. -Easy adjustment of two types of sealing methods: easy-opening temporary adhesion by a toe seal and strong sealing between inner core layers of the release layer, so that each chamber is sufficiently filled at the time of distribution. It is possible to manufacture a multiple bag for mixing in which the temporary adhesion portion is peeled off during use and different kinds of contents can be mixed.
