よって1本づゝ搬送され、重畳している場合は、かき落
し手段でかき落され、また若し並列して搬送された場合
は、次段に設けた回転単品送り手段又は複数排除桟機能
単品送りシュータにより余分なものは排除されて1本づ
つ後続装置又はコンベヤに確実に供給することが出来る
ので、棒状物品供給の省力化に極めて有効な発明であ
る。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 間歇的に集積棒状物品を放出するホッパ
ー、適当な間隔で上面に送り桟を設け供給側を上にした
傾斜コンベヤ、送りシューター及び適宜間隔に単品受部
を設けた回転単品送り手段を順次配置すると共に、前記
傾斜コンベヤの排出側上方に重畳棒状物品のかき落し手
段を設け、先ずホッパーを間歇的に動作させてホッパー
内の集積棒状物品を傾斜コンベヤへ供給し、次に前記傾
斜コンベヤの送り桟で棒状物品を1本づゝ移送し、棒状
物品が重畳して移送された時は前記かき落し手段で余分
の棒状物品をかき落し、前記傾斜コンベヤによって移送
された棒状物品を前記送りシューターを介して前記回転
単品送り手段の単品受部に授受させ、次いで後続の装置
又はコンベヤに単品で供給することを特徴とする集積棒
状物品の分離供給方法。
