Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the ventilating hole structure of a car body by which the improvement of a door open/close property can be compatible with the improvement of an air conditioning efficiency. SOLUTION: A lid member 7 made of resin for opening/closing while interlocking with a half door detection means is installed for ventilating holes for communicating with the inside/outside of a car room through a door inside ventilating hole 2, a door hollow part 4 and a door outside ventilating hole 3. The one end of the lid member 7 is supported by a hinge 8 swingably and a metal piece 9 and a permanent magnet 10 with the same polarity as a first electro-magnet 11 are stuck on its other end. When a door 1 is opened, as the first and second electro-magnets 11, 13 are electrified, the permanet magnet 10 receives the repulsion of the first electro-magnet 11 and the metal piece 9 is attracted to the second electro-magnet 13. Consequently, the lid member 7 is opened and the draught hole becomes in a communication state.

By the way, the opening area of the vent hole may be made as large as possible if the door opening / closing property and the function as the ventilation exhaust port, which are the purpose of installing the vent hole, are merely improved. However, the above-described conventional ventilation hole is always open, and therefore, there is a disadvantage that the efficiency of the air conditioner is deteriorated when the opening area is increased, and traveling noise and engine noise are more likely to enter the vehicle interior. For this reason, it is necessary to consider conflicting circumstances when determining the opening area of the ventilation hole, and as a result it is not possible to secure a sufficient size to achieve good door opening / closing performance. .

In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the lid member 7 is attached to the door outside vent hole 3 among the vent holes made up of the door inside vent hole 2 and the door outside vent hole 3 provided in the door 1. is there. The lid member 7 is a resin plate material, and one end of the lid member 7 is swingably attached to a door component member via a hinge 8. At the other end of the lid member 7, a metal piece 9 attracted by the magnet is fixed to the upper surface side, and a permanent magnet 10 is further fixed to the lower surface side. On the other hand, a first electromagnet 11 is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the door outer vent hole 3 at a position where it comes into contact with the permanent magnet 10 at the fully closed position, and further, to a resin bracket 12 projectingly provided in the door hollow portion 4. Is a metal piece 9 in the fully open position.
The second electromagnet 13 for adsorbing is attached. In this case, the polarities of the contact surfaces of the permanent magnet 10 and the electromagnets 11 and 13 should be set such that the permanent magnet 10 and the first electromagnet 11 repel each other and the second electromagnet 13 attracts the metal piece 9 when energized. Good. For example, if the permanent magnet 10 is set to the N pole, the first electromagnet 11 when energized also becomes the N pole, and the second electromagnet 13 may be set to the S pole. The position of the second electromagnet 13 may be set so that the angle at which the lid member 7 swings and falls due to its own weight when the energization is released and the attraction force is lost is the fully open position. Reference numeral 14 in FIG. 1 indicates a seal member.

An example of an electric circuit for the above-mentioned electromagnets 11 and 13 will be described with reference to FIG. 2. Reference numeral 15 is a power source, 16 is a half-door warning switch attached to the door 1 as a half-door detecting means, and 17 is a A half-door warning light that informs an occupant in the passenger compartment of the opening / closing state of the door, 18 is a manual switch that allows the occupant to manually open and close the lid member 7, 19 is the half-door warning switch 16 or the manual switch 18 is OFF. )
Electromagnets 11, 1 until a predetermined time has passed since
3 is a delay circuit that keeps the power supplied to 3. In this circuit, the manual switch 18 is normally in the off position, and the half-door warning switch 16 is turned on when the half-door and the door are opened to turn on the half-door warning lamp 17. Further, when the half-door warning switch 16 is turned on, the electromagnets 11 and 13 are also brought into conduction with the power supply 15. As a result, the first electromagnet 11 exhibits the polarity of the N pole and repulsively pushes up the permanent magnet 10 of the N pole as well, and at the same time, exhibits the polarity of the S pole.
Since the metal piece 3 attracts the metal piece 9, the lid member 7 is
0 and the first electromagnet 11 come into contact with each other to swing from the fully closed state in which the door outer vent 2 is closed to the fully opened state in which the second electromagnet 13 adsorbs the metal piece 9. In this state, the inside of the vehicle compartment and the outside of the vehicle compartment communicate with each other through the door inner air vent 2, the door hollow portion 4, and the door outer air vent 3 as flow paths.

When the door 1 is closed while the lid member 7 is fully opened, the half-door warning switch 16 is turned off and the half-door warning lamp 17 is turned off immediately before the door 1 is fully closed. Then, after a predetermined delay time (about 1 second) has passed since the half-door warning switch 16 was turned off, the energization of the electromagnets 11 and 13 is stopped and the polarity is lost, so that the lid member 7 is fully loaded by its own weight. Swing to the closed position and fall. Then, the air in the passenger compartment whose air pressure is increased by closing the door 1 is smoothly discharged to the outside of the passenger compartment through the door outside air vent 3 which is maintained in the fully opened state even during the delay time, so that the door 1 is closed. In that case, the resistance can be reduced. Further, when the door 1 is closed, the door outside vent hole 3 is also in the fully closed position, so that the air in the air-conditioned interior of the vehicle can be prevented from flowing out of the vehicle. Further, since the door outside vent hole 3 can be fully opened by operating the manual switch 18 even when the door is closed, the vent hole can be positively used as a ventilation exhaust port according to the occupant's preference.

According to the present invention described above, since the lid member that opens and closes in conjunction with the half-door detecting means is provided in the vent hole for communicating the inside and outside of the vehicle compartment, the vent hole is automatically opened by the lid member when the door is closed. Therefore, the opening area of the ventilation hole can be set large without considering deterioration of efficiency of the air conditioner. Further, since this cover member automatically opens the ventilation hole when the door is opened, the air compressed in the vehicle interior by the operation of closing the door is discharged to the outside of the vehicle through the ventilation hole having a sufficient opening area, and therefore the smoothness is ensured. You can open and close the door easily.
