Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a wheelchair user easily to wash a wheel without depending upon a helper, by mounting a washing nozzle with brush between a support roller and a drive roller. SOLUTION: A support roller 5 and a drive roller 8 are provided under a floor plate 12 with drilled two holes by a width of a wheelchair. Between these support roller 5 and drive roller 8, a wash water nozzle 6 with brush is mounted and connected to a wash water pipe. A handle 1 is mounted in a position easily operated by a wheelchair user, a helper handle 2 is mounted for a helper, and connected to the drive roller 8 by a drive belt 3. Further, a wash water faucet 10 and a brake lever 4 are mounted in a position easily operated by the wheelchair user, and a case 14 with mud sump is mounted and connected to a drain pipe.
