Description
本考案は、オフセツト印刷機において湿し水を
付けるために使用されるブラシローラを洗浄する
ブラシローラ洗浄装置に関する。

説明する。
第1図は本考案によるブラシローラ洗浄装置の
正面図、第2図はその縦断左側面図、第3図は一
部切欠右側面図、第4図は配管系統図である。第
1図において、このブラシローラ洗浄装置は、フ
レーム1の水平な上部支持台2上に蓋板3によつ
て開閉できる洗浄室4を区画形成し、またこの上
部支持台2の下部支持台5との間の左側にモータ
室6、右側にポンプ室7を区画形成し、これらモ
ータ室6とポンプ室7との間をタンク出入空間8
としている。このタンク出入空間8には、キヤス
タ9を有する洗浄液タンク10が出入自在に配置
される。洗浄液タンク10には逆L字状の吸出し
管11が備えられている。該吸出し管11はゲー
トバルブ12を介してポンプ室7内のポンプ13
に連結する。このポンプ13はポンプ室7内のポ
ンプ駆動モータ14によつて駆動される。
一方、洗浄室4内にはその天井部に噴射管15
が水平に架設されている。この噴射管15には、
多数のノズル16が左右に一定の間隔をおきしか
も前後2列に下向きに突設されている。噴射管1
5の一端(右端)には洗浄液・水供給管17が接
続されている。この洗浄液・水供給管17はそれ
より分岐した給液管17を介してポンプ13に接
続されているとともに、同じく分岐した給水管1
9を介して既設の水道管(図示せず)に接続され
る。給液管18には手動ストツプバルブ20及び
給液用電磁弁21が設けられ、また給水管19は
給水用電磁弁22が設けられている。
また、洗浄室4内で上部支持台2の左右両端部
上には、左右のスライダ23,24がそれぞれレ
ール25に沿つて前後摺動自在に装着され、そし
てこれらスライダ23,24上に左右それぞれ一
対ずつの軸受台26,27がそれぞれ固着されて
いる。左右の軸受台26,27は2本のブラシロ
ーラ28,28を前後に並べて平行に軸受けでき
るように、ブラシローラ28,28の左右の軸部
29,29を着脱自在に保持するチヤツク(図示
せず)をそれぞれ装着している。左右の軸受台2
6,27に2本のブラシローラ28,28を軸受
けする場合には左右のスライダ23,24を手前
に引き出しておいて行い、洗浄時にはスライダ2
3,24を後退させる。その軸受けされた2本の
ブラシローラ28,28は第4図に示すように互
いのブラシを接触させる。左側の軸受台25の一
対のチヤツクは、スプロケツトホイール30及び
チエーン31を介してモータ室6内の減速機付き
モータ32に連結されており、該モータ29が駆
動すると2本のブラシローラ27,27は互いに
逆方向に回転される。モータ29は正逆反転可能
で、その正転・逆転は交互に行われる。
さらに、洗浄室4内で上部支持台2上には、左
右のスライダ23,24の間においてトレイ33
が設置されている。このトレイ33は、上記のよ
うに軸受けされる2本のブラシローラ28,28
の下方に位置し、その洗浄に供された洗浄液また
は水を回収するに十分な長さ及び幅員になつてい
る。トレイ33の底部にはトラツプ34が突設さ
れているとともに、排水管35が引き出されてい
る。トラツプ34には液回収用電磁弁36、排水
管35には排水用電磁弁37がそれぞれ設けられ
ている。
このブラシローラ洗浄装置における上記のよう
なモータや電磁弁はタイマを含むシーケンス回路
(図示せず)によつて自動的に制御される。その
動作は例えば次のように行われる。
2本のブラシローラ28,28を上記のように
軸受けし、ゲートバルブ12及び手動ストツプバ
ルブ20を開いた状態にして洗浄スイツチをオン
にすると、ポンプ13が駆動するとともに、給液
管18の電磁弁21がオンされて開く。これによ
つて洗浄液タンク10内の洗浄液が給液管18及
び洗浄液・水供給管17を介して噴射管15へ圧
送され、該噴射管15の2列のノズル16から洗
浄液が2本のブラシローラ28,28に向かつて
一斉に高圧で噴射される。この噴射中、モータ3
2がタイマの設定による一定時間だけ正転駆動さ
れて2本のブラシローラ28,28が一定時間だ
け第4図矢印A方向に回転された後、モータ32
が今度は一定時間だけ逆転駆動されて2本のブラ
シローラ28,28が一定時間だけ第4図矢印B
方向に回転される。この間、トラツプ34の電磁
弁36、給水管19の電磁弁22、排水管35の
電磁弁37はオフにされ、閉じている。
従つて、2本のブラシローラ28,28は、そ
れらのブラシ同士で互いに清掃をしながら回転
し、噴射される洗浄液自体の洗浄作用と高圧で噴
射される機械的な洗浄力とによつて効果的に洗浄
される。その洗浄に供された洗浄液はトレイ33
に貯溜される。
モータ32が上記のように一定時間だけ逆転し
て停止すると、ポンプ13も停止し、それとほぼ
同時にトラツプ34の電磁弁36がオンされて開
き、該トレイ33内の洗浄液が洗浄液タンク10
内に落流する。そして、給液管18の電磁弁21
がタイマの設定による一定時間後にオフされた
後、トラツプ34の電磁弁36がオフされること
によつて洗浄液による洗浄動作が終了する。
次に、水洗いスイツチをオンにすると、給水管
19の電磁弁22がオンされて開き、該給水管1
9を介して噴射管15に水道水が供給され、噴射
管15の2列のノズル16から水が2本のブラシ
ローラ28,28に向かつて一斉に撒水される。
この撒水中、2本のブラシローラ28,28の一
定時間だけの第4図矢印A方向の回転と、矢印B
方向の回転とが交互に行われ、ブラシローラ2
8,28が水洗いされる。この間、トラツプ34
の電磁弁36、給液管18の電磁弁20,排水管
35の電磁弁37はオフにされ、閉じている。給
水管19がタイマの設定による一定時間後にオフ
されて閉じると、排水管35の電磁弁37がオン
されて開き、トレイ33に貯溜された水が排水管
37を通じて排水され、水洗い動作が終了する。
