9 to an existing water pipe (not shown). The liquid supply pipe 18 is provided with a manual stop valve 20 and a liquid supply solenoid valve 21, and the water supply pipe 19 is provided with a water supply solenoid valve 22. Furthermore, left and right sliders 23 and 24 are mounted on both left and right ends of the upper support base 2 in the cleaning chamber 4 so as to be slidable back and forth along a rail 25, respectively. A pair of bearing stands 26, 27 are fixed to each other. The left and right bearing stands 26, 27 are chucks (not shown) that removably hold the left and right shaft parts 29, 29 of the brush rollers 28, 28 so that the two brush rollers 28, 28 can be arranged one behind the other and supported in parallel. ) are installed respectively. Left and right bearing stands 2
If two brush rollers 28, 28 are to be supported on the rollers 6, 27, pull out the left and right sliders 23, 24 toward you.
3 and 24 are moved back. The two bearing brush rollers 28, 28 bring their brushes into contact with each other as shown in FIG. A pair of chucks on the left bearing stand 25 are connected to a motor 32 with a reduction gear in the motor chamber 6 via a sprocket wheel 30 and a chain 31, and when the motor 29 is driven, the two brush rollers 27, 27 are rotated in opposite directions. The motor 29 is capable of forward and reverse rotation, and the forward and reverse rotations are performed alternately. Furthermore, a tray 33 is placed between the left and right sliders 23 and 24 on the upper support stand 2 in the cleaning chamber 4.
is installed. This tray 33 consists of two brush rollers 28, 28 which are supported by bearings as described above.
The length and width are sufficient to collect the cleaning liquid or water used for cleaning. A trap 34 is provided protruding from the bottom of the tray 33, and a drain pipe 35 is drawn out. The trap 34 is provided with a liquid recovery electromagnetic valve 36, and the drain pipe 35 is provided with a drainage electromagnetic valve 37, respectively. The above-mentioned motor and solenoid valve in this brush roller cleaning device are automatically controlled by a sequence circuit (not shown) including a timer. The operation is performed as follows, for example. When the two brush rollers 28, 28 are supported as described above, the gate valve 12 and the manual stop valve 20 are opened, and the cleaning switch is turned on, the pump 13 is driven and the solenoid valve of the liquid supply pipe 18 is turned on. 21 is turned on and opened. As a result, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 10 is force-fed to the injection pipe 15 via the liquid supply pipe 18 and the cleaning liquid/water supply pipe 17, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the two rows of nozzles 16 of the injection pipe 15 to the two brush rollers. 28, 28 are injected all at once at high pressure. During this injection, motor 3
After the motor 32 is rotated in the forward direction for a certain period of time according to the timer setting and the two brush rollers 28, 28 are rotated for a certain period of time in the direction of arrow A in FIG.
This time, the two brush rollers 28, 28 are driven in reverse for a certain period of time, and the two brush rollers 28, 28 move in the direction shown by arrow B in Fig. 4 for a certain period of time.
rotated in the direction During this time, the solenoid valve 36 of the trap 34, the solenoid valve 22 of the water supply pipe 19, and the solenoid valve 37 of the drain pipe 35 are turned off and closed. Therefore, the two brush rollers 28, 28 rotate while cleaning each other with their brushes, and are effective due to the cleaning action of the sprayed cleaning liquid itself and the mechanical cleaning power sprayed at high pressure. Washed properly. The cleaning liquid used for the cleaning is transferred to the tray 33.
is stored in When the motor 32 reverses for a certain period of time and stops as described above, the pump 13 also stops, and almost at the same time, the solenoid valve 36 of the trap 34 is turned on and opened, and the cleaning liquid in the tray 33 flows into the cleaning liquid tank 10.
Flowing inside. Then, the solenoid valve 21 of the liquid supply pipe 18
After the trap 34 is turned off after a certain period of time set by the timer, the solenoid valve 36 of the trap 34 is turned off, thereby completing the cleaning operation using the cleaning liquid. Next, when the flushing switch is turned on, the solenoid valve 22 of the water supply pipe 19 is turned on and opened, and the water supply pipe 19 is opened.
Tap water is supplied to the injection pipe 15 through the injection pipe 9, and water is sprayed all at once from the two rows of nozzles 16 of the injection pipe 15 toward the two brush rollers 28, 28.
During this water sprinkling, the two brush rollers 28, 28 rotate for a certain period of time in the direction of arrow A in FIG.
The rotation of the brush roller 2 is performed alternately.
8 and 28 are washed with water. During this time, trap 34
The solenoid valve 36, the solenoid valve 20 of the liquid supply pipe 18, and the solenoid valve 37 of the drain pipe 35 are turned off and closed. When the water supply pipe 19 is turned off and closed after a certain period of time set by the timer, the solenoid valve 37 of the drain pipe 35 is turned on and opened, the water stored in the tray 33 is drained through the drain pipe 37, and the washing operation is completed. .
