The air circulation holes formed at the four corners of the outer peripheral wall of the juice receiving groove are formed by wrapping the opening edge thereof, so that the boiling liquid can be cooked during cooking by the outer peripheral wall of the juice receiving groove of the mat. 【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 中央部にバーナヘッド露出用円形孔を設
けていると共に該円形孔の周囲にガスコンロの受皿に敷
設する汁受溝部を設け且つこの汁受溝部の外周壁部の上
端に五徳載置面を有する水平フランジ部を設けてなるア
ルミシート製マットにおいて、上記汁受溝部の外周壁部
の四隅部にガスコンロの受皿の外周フランジ部に開設し
ている空気取入孔に連通する空気流通孔を穿設している
ことを特徴とするガスコンロ用マット。
