Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the way to press a seal sheet into contact with a face to be stamped with a perpendicular and uniform pressing force by interposing a fluid deformable pad body in which a fluid is packed between the contact faces of the seal sheet and a pressing support. SOLUTION: A stamp 10 is equipped with a pressing support 20, a pad body 30 and a seal sheet 40, and the pressing support 20 is, for example, of a cubic form using a synthetic resin with the seal sheet 40 stuck to the lower end face of the support 20 through the pad body 30. The pad body 30 consists of a fluid 32 packed in a bag 31 and is fluid deformable so that the seal sheet 40 can be brought into close contact with a face A to be stamped. Thus it is possible to bring the seal sheet 40 into close contact with the face A to be stamped uniformly so that the seal sheet 40 is set in parallel with the face A to be stamped, if a stamper does not necessarily apply a pressing force perpendicularly to the flat face A when he presses the pressing support 20.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional stamp of this type is mainly of a manual type in which a rubber stamp sheet is directly attached to a lower end pressing surface of a hard pressing support made of wood or synthetic resin. In such a stamp, unless the person to be stamped presses the pressing support accurately perpendicularly to the surface to be stamped, only a non-uniform stamping such as partial chipping can be obtained, and the surface to be stamped has irregularities. In that case, it was possible to obtain only a non-uniform imprint even if pressed vertically correctly.

In order to eliminate such a drawback, a bendable hinge has been provided between the handle portion forming the pressing support and the pressing portion to which the seal sheet is attached. Or, there was a stamp such that the stamp sheet could be displaced so as to be perpendicular to the surface to be stamped such as paper by providing a ball joint structure or the like. Kai 62-1
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3665, there is also proposed a stamp in which a cushion layer made of an elastic material such as soft polyurethane foam is interposed between a pressing support and a stamp sheet.

However, in the stamp having the hinge and the ball joint provided on the way as described above, the imprintable surface of the stamp sheet is the surface to be imprinted because the direction and range in which refraction is possible are limited. The directionality that can be followed so as to contact in parallel is narrow, and the imprint surface of the seal sheet itself is supported and fixed to a flat surface, so if the imprinted surface has irregularities, a clear imprint can be obtained. There was a problem that it did not exist.

Further, in the stamp provided with the cushion layer disclosed in each publication, as shown in FIG. 6, when there is a fine projection-like convex portion on the surface to be imprinted, an elastic material such as soft polyurethane foam is used. Due to the nature of elastic deformation in the above, the pressing force applied to the stamp sheet via the elastic material at the time of printing is likely to be uneven, and the printing density may be uneven as it is.

Furthermore, with the elastic material, it is difficult to make a fine elastic deformation such that the protruding convex portion is in close contact with the periphery of the apex, and as shown in FIG. There was also the problem that only unclear seals could be obtained.

Further, the pad body (30) filled with the fluid (32) in the back (31) has the characteristic feature even when the surface to be printed (A, B) has unevenness with a considerable height difference. Unlike elastic deformation of a simple elastic material such as urethane, local and fine flow deformation is sufficiently possible, so that it follows the unevenness of the surface to be imprinted (A, B) in close contact and evenly presses it. The pressure can be obtained.

Next, the operation will be described. According to the stamp 10 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the direction in which the stamper applies a force when pushing the pressing support 20 is not necessarily perpendicular to the flat surface to be stamped A. Also, the pad body 30 between the pressing support 20 and the stamp sheet 40 is flow-deformed into an optimum shape. Therefore, the stamp sheet 40 can be uniformly brought into close contact with the surface A to be stamped so as to be parallel to it, and a clear stamp with no difference in density or missing can be obtained.

As shown in FIG. 4, even if the surface B to be printed is not a flat surface but a curved surface, the pad body 30 is appropriately flow-deformed so that the stamp sheet 40 follows the curved surface of the surface B to be printed. Due to such a high degree of freedom of flow deformation of the pad body 30, it is possible to apply a vertical and uniform pressure to any position on the printed surface B where the stamp sheet 40 is in close contact.

As described above, in the pad body 30 in which the fluid 32 is filled in the back 31, due to its characteristic, local and fine flow deformation is sufficiently possible, unlike elastic deformation of simple elastic material such as urethane. Becomes Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, even when there are irregularities having a considerable height difference, for example, protrusions C, on the plane-shaped or curved surface to be stamped A, B, the stamp sheet 40 is locally fine on the pad body 30. Along with such a flow deformation, it is possible to obtain a uniform pressing force by closely following irregularities such as the periphery of the protrusion C on the surfaces A and B to be imprinted.

Further, when the pad body 30 is formed by filling the sheet-like back 31 made of polyethylene with water as the fluid 32 as described above, it can be manufactured at a very low cost and the cost can be suppressed. Also, it is excellent in terms of safety for the human body. However, the pad body 30 is not limited to the one described above, and the fluid 32 may be, for example, an aggregate of gel particles instead of water. When the bag is filled with a polymer absorber or the like as gel-like particles, a certain amount of resilience based on the physical properties can be obtained, and the cushioning property can be improved.

Further, the fluid 32 may be a mixture of liquid (eg water) and gas (eg air). In such a case, when a strong pressure is applied to the pad body 30, a gas having a large contraction rate is used as a buffer material. As a result, it is possible to prevent the back 31 from bursting as much as possible. According to the stamp of the present invention, since a pad body having a back filled with a fluid is interposed between the stamp sheet and the pressing support, the pad body is locally and finely divided. As the flow sheet deforms, the stamp sheet also follows the surface to be printed, the curved surface, or the uneven details so that it can be pressed uniformly and perpendicularly to the surface to be printed. You can get a clear seal without any difference or omission.
