Abstract

SOLUTION: A foreign matter entrance preventing means is fitted at the outer position than an air gap A which forms a magnetic circuit through a clearance B. ータ露出型スピンドルモータにせざるを得ない。このロ
ータ露出型モータとしては、図5に示すようなものが一
般的である。すなわち、軸受ホルダ66を一体化したブ
ラケット11に、所定の回路パターンを形成した回路基
板22を配し、この回路基板22に複数個の空心電機子
コイル3、3を固着し、界磁マグネットMMを一体化し
たヨークを兼ねるマグネットケースYを軸S、に圧入等
によって固着してなるロータRを空心電機子コイル33
に対し所定の空隙Aを介して前記軸受ホルダ66に配し
た軸受44に回転自在に支承させてなるものである。

部を降ろして磁気回路を構成する空隙を覆うようにして

置され、その端末は図示しないが、所定の回路パターン
に半田結線されるようになっている。前記支骨片1a‥
‥の内側には、中空軸受4が格納されて樹脂5によって
前記空心電機子3‥‥共に一体に軸受ホルダ部6として
設けられている。また同じ樹脂5によって最外側に本発
明の特徴である壁7が一体にリング状に立設されてい
る。このように一体成形すると、ステータ1に対する中
空軸受4の直角度は成形金型で極めて高精度に仕上げる
ことができる。このようなステータに組み合わせるロー
タRは、前記中空軸受4に回動自在に支承された軸8
と、この軸8に固着したヨークを兼ねるマグネットケー
ス9とこのマグネットケース9に固定され、前記空心電
機子コイルに所定の空隙Aを介して臨ませた界磁マグネ
ットMからなる。マグネットケース9の外周はステータ
側の壁7より内側となるように前記空隙Aより小となる
間隙Bを介して配されるようになっている。
