The smoke extinguishing tube constituting the above-mentioned incinerator is composed of an outer wall made of a stainless steel plate and an inner wall made of heat-resistant cement, and is provided so that exhaust gas passes through the inside thereof. However, heat-resistant cement has good heat resistance but poor heat insulation. As a result, the outer wall has a high temperature rise value and is easily distorted, and a large amount of heat is dissipated through the outer wall, so that there is a first drawback that the exhaust gas in the smoke eliminator cannot be effectively used.

Further, when vibration is applied as in the case of installing the incinerator, there is a second drawback that the heat-resistant cement forming the smoke eliminator is likely to partly collapse. Therefore, in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present invention provides an incinerator capable of effectively utilizing exhaust gas and resistant to collapse of heat-resistant cement constituting a smoke eliminator.

In addition, a "high temperature refractory fiber material" made of fibrous alumina or silica may be used. In this way, the first inner wall 20 having a thickness of about 30 mm is fixed on the inner surface of the outer wall 9. The first inner wall 20 made of a refractory fiber material has excellent heat insulating properties, and has a first advantage that it is difficult to transfer heat. Further, it has a second advantage that it has excellent sound insulation and has a sound absorbing effect.

A second inner wall 21 made of heat-resistant cement having a thickness of about 70 mm is arranged on the outer surface of the first inner wall 20. The second inner wall 21 made of heat-resistant cement has excellent heat resistance, and has a first advantage that it does not deteriorate even if it is directly contacted with high-temperature exhaust gas at about 700 to 800 ° C. Further, even if the exhaust gas containing hydrogen chloride or sodium oxide is directly contacted, there is a second advantage that chemical deterioration is less likely (compared to the first inner wall 20). However, the second inner wall 21 is inferior in heat insulation and has a drawback that heat is easily transmitted.

Desirably, a support 22 made of, for example, a stainless steel rod is fixed to the inner surface of the outer wall 19 by welding or the like. The support 22 penetrates the first inner wall 20 and is arranged so as to extend into the second inner wall 21. A washer 23 made of, for example, a stainless plate is inserted from the tip of the support 22 and is in contact with the outer surface of the first inner wall 20. Then, a fixture 24 such as a nut made of stainless steel is fastened to a threaded portion near the tip of the support 22 and abuts and is fixed to the washer 23. The projecting tool 25 is made of, for example, a stainless steel rod and is formed in a substantially V shape, and the central portion thereof is fixed to the tip of the support tool 22 by welding or the like. A plurality of supports 26, each of which includes the support 22, the washer 23, the fixture 24, and the protrusion 25, are provided at appropriate positions on the smoke eliminator 14.

As described above, according to the present invention, the heat of the hot exhaust gas flowing in contact with the second inner wall is transferred to the first inner wall via the second inner wall. However, since the first inner wall is made of a refractory fiber material, it has good heat resistance and good heat insulation, so that heat transfer is poor, and the temperature rise value of the outer wall can be suppressed to a low value (for example, about 200 ° C.). As a result, there is no thermal distortion of the outer wall. Further, since the amount of heat released through the outer wall is reduced in this manner, the exhaust gas in the smoke eliminator can be effectively used to save energy. That is, the amount of fuel becomes smaller than that in the conventional case in order to allow the exhaust gas of a predetermined temperature and a predetermined amount to flow into the smoke eliminator.

Further, since the first inner wall does not come into direct contact with the exhaust gas, it does not deteriorate due to being attacked by hydrogen chloride or sodium oxide in the exhaust gas. Further, since the first inner wall made of the refractory fiber material has a sound insulating effect, noise caused by the flow of exhaust gas is reduced.

According to the present invention, preferably, the support is provided with a fixture, and the fixture supports the outer surface of the first inner wall, so that the first inner wall is firmly fixed to the outer wall. Further, a substantially V-shaped protrusion is provided at the substantially tip of the support, and the protrusion protrudes into the second inner wall. As a result, it is possible to prevent the second inner wall from partially collapsing due to vibration or the like due to the protrusion tool biting into the second inner wall.
