Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate public trash contamination by waste tires by a method wherein a combustion starts from the uppermost waste tire being housed in a combustion chamber by being stacked, and the combustion is transferred to tires at lower positions in order, and an incomplete combustion gas which is a generation element of smoke at the time of combustion, is burnt in a secondary combustion cylinder, and discharged to the outside. SOLUTION: Waste tires T in a combustion chamber 11 start burning from the uppermost tire T in order. By this combustion, smoke (almost all of it is an incomplete combustion gas) generates, but this smoke gas is joined with air from an air ascending cylinder 2, and is introduced into a secondary combustion cylinder 32 by detouring a detour leading path 43 as shown by arrow 44, and the incomplete combustion gas in the smoke is secondarily burnt by the combustion heat of the tire T, and is discharged to the outside from an air outlet 35 at the upper end through a chimney 36. After the uppermost tire T is burnt, the combustion is transferred to the tire T at the next position, and the tire T starts burning. Thus, the combustion is performed by transferring in order from the uppermost tire T to the tires at lower positions, and by the combustion heat, the surrounding is heated.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years of the automobile era, the amount of waste tires such as old tires and tires that cannot be restored due to flat tires is extremely large. Of these waste tires, some are recycled or used as fuel in cement factories, etc., but the demand for these is extremely small compared to the total amount of waste tires, and most waste tires are industrial. Abandoned as waste.

By the way, since a tire of a car generally contains a metal such as a bead ring (wire), incinerating it with a metal causes problems such as damage to the furnace. Therefore, they are usually transported as non-combustible waste to a predetermined waste disposal site for disposal. However, since the amount of these tires used is extremely large, the garbage disposal site becomes full in a short period of time, and it is difficult to secure the disposal site. Also,
When disposing of waste tires, we usually ask a recovery company to do so, but the recovery fee is about 200 yen per tire.

In order to solve the above problems, development of an incinerator for exclusive use of waste tires has been attempted, but the conventional incinerator is constructed mainly for the purpose of efficiently incinerating tires, and the device is large. As the scale becomes larger, the smoke emission prevention device becomes larger, and as a result, there is a problem that the production cost becomes higher. For this reason, the incinerators for waste tires described above have rarely spread, and many waste tires are still disposed of as non-combustible waste (waste), which is one of the causes of waste pollution. It has become.

[Operation] While adjusting the opening of the air intake of the combustion cylinder,
Remove the upper lid component from the combustion cylinder, stack a predetermined number of waste tires in a horizontal position and store them in the combustion chamber, and place an igniter such as a rag or newspaper on the top waste tire to ignite (at this time, If necessary, an appropriate amount of kerosene or the like may be added to the ignited object), and then the upper lid constituent member is fitted to the upper end of the opening of the combustion cylinder. As a result, the air from the air intake is introduced to the upper end of the combustion chamber, and the waste tire in the combustion chamber first starts to burn gradually from the uppermost tire. This combustion produces smoke (most of which is incompletely burned gas),
This smoke gas merges with the air from the air rising cylinder, bypasses the bypass detour path, and is introduced into the chamber of the secondary combustion cylinder, in which the incomplete combustion gas in the smoke is secondarily combusted and exhausted at the upper end. It is discharged from the mouth to the outside. Then, after the uppermost waste tire burns, it burns to the next waste tire, and this tire begins to burn.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the uppermost waste tires stacked and accommodated in the combustion chamber start to burn and then sequentially shift to the lower tires, the amount of smoke generated during combustion is essentially small. At the same time, since the incomplete combustion gas, which is the element for generating the smoke, is burned in the secondary combustion cylinder and discharged to the outside, the amount of smoke in the exhaust gas decreases.

From the above, the external air from the air intake 16 is introduced into the upper end of the combustion chamber 11 through the rising cylinder 2,
First, the tire T in the chamber 11 gradually starts to burn from the uppermost tire T. Smoke (most of which is incompletely burned gas) is generated by this combustion, and this smoke gas merges with the air from the air rising tube 2 and, as shown by an arrow 44 in FIGS. 43 is bypassed and introduced into the chamber of the secondary combustion cylinder 32, in which the incomplete combustion gas in the smoke is secondarily burned by the combustion heat of the tire T, and passes through the chimney 36 from the exhaust port 35 at the upper end. Is discharged to the outside. After the uppermost tire T burns, it burns to the next tire T, and this tire begins to burn. Thus, the top tire T
The lower tires T are burned and burned in order. Then, during the combustion of the tire T, the combustion heat becomes heating energy to heat the surroundings. In the experiment, it took about 8 hours until the three waste tires T were burned.

1. A stove that uses waste tires as a fuel, wherein a bottom plate is provided at the lower end of a cylindrical body portion having a combustion chamber of a size capable of accommodating a plurality of (tires) waste tires in a horizontal orientation. It is composed of a combustion cylinder that is closed and has an upper end opened, and a cylindrical body that has upper and lower ends opened and has a diameter that can be inserted into a circular hole of a waste tire, and is fixed on the bottom plate and stands in the center of the combustion chamber. An air rising cylinder provided, an upper lid constituent member attached to the upper end of the combustion cylinder, and a detour dielectric member horizontally attached to the lower portion of the upper lid constituent member so as to be positioned above the air rising cylinder. The bottom plate is provided with an air inlet whose opening can be adjusted by being located at the lower end of the air rising cylinder, and the upper lid constituent member is removably fitted to the upper opening of the cylindrical body. It is composed of a lid body to be worn and a tubular body having an open lower end, In the center of the lid, there is provided a secondary combustion cylinder projecting upward, and an exhaust port provided at the upper end of the secondary combustion cylinder, wherein the bypass derivative is a cylinder of the air rising cylinder. It is composed of a plate-shaped body with a diameter larger than that of the body,
By this bypass detouring, a waste gas detouring path is formed at the upper end of the combustion chamber to communicate by bypassing the upper opening end of the air rising cylinder and the lower opening end of the secondary combustion cylinder. Stove.
