Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembly, reduce machining cost, make precision and absorb thermal expansion simply, in the revolution mechanism of the pin crank of a scroll type fluid machine. SOLUTION: An O ring grooge is machined on the shaft part of a pin tank 8 and the O ring 13 is inserted and a pin crank shaft diameter is inserted with a clearance to a bearing inner race and thereby, the size change of a thermal expansion is absorbed by the elastic force of the O ring 13. Therefore, as the O ring is inserted on the pin crank shaft part and a groove size is machined on the shaft, the machining can be performed precisely at a low cost and a power excess by the unstability of a size maintenance by an inner diameter machining, the increase and generation of an operation sound can be prevented.

を嵌入されていた。

軸受を嵌合する孔を嵌孔せねばならない構成の上に、更
に該孔内径へ前記せるOリングの嵌込み溝をこれも、高
精度に加工せねばならない。このOリング嵌込み溝は外
部から寸法確認の困難な位置にあると共に、溝寸法も測
定し難い小径寸法が多く、この為に必要公差寸法に加工
できずに取付不良が起り、取付にかゝわる異常動力が発
生し、又振動、騒音の原因になっている。

ゴム製のOリングを介在させているので、4旋回スクロ
ールが前述せる諸原因で所定量以上の偏心を起しても、
偏心移動を許容し、8ピンクランクと9軸受は平行移動
で傾きをせず、13Oリングは偏心許容と合せて衝撃も
吸収し、又摩擦力によってクリープ現象も防止し得る。
以上の説明は図2の実例説明であるが、図3に示す第2
の実施例の如く固定スクロール、若しくは2ケーシング
固定部の8ピンクランクに13Oリングを嵌入し、すき
ま嵌めを実施しても、図2の実施例で示した作用と同等
の作動となり、充分に機能を発揮するものである。

支承して、ピンクランクの垂直を保持し、旋回スクロー
ル側軸受の軸嵌合孔と、ピンクランクとの嵌め合いは隙
間の大きい、すきま嵌めの嵌合とすると共に、該ピンク
ランクと旋回スクロール軸受の軸嵌合孔との間には、ゴ
ム等の摩擦力の大きい弾性体を介在させ支承することを
特徴とするスクロール形流体機械。

ることを特徴とするスクロール形流体機械。
