に鑑みてなされたもので、排気筒から排出される排気の
排出量を阻害することなく、コーヒー豆の皮の燃えかす
を有効に除去して器内に落下させることにより、燃えか
すが器外に排出されることを防止した焙煎器を提供する

する排気筒と、該排気を排気筒へ導く為のファンとを備
えたコーヒー焙煎器において、 前記排気筒の排気口内に機外から着脱自在に逆錐状のカ
ス取り管を装着し、 該カス取り管の壁面には多数の穴を形成したことを特徴
とするコーヒー豆焙煎器。
1.
