Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely rescue a passenger shut up in a car in a short time by judging the signification level of rescue from the content of abnormalities to be detected by an abnormality detecting device, and selecting whether the rescue operation is performed or not. SOLUTION: When a safety device is operated during the traveling operation of an elevator, an abnormality detecting device 20 gives an emergency stop command to an elevator controller 11 and emergency-stops an elevator. The abnormal detecting device 20 reads the operating state of a contact of the safety device in the elevator controller 11 and judges whether the rescue operation is needed or not, or possible or not. A door closing command is output to a door driving device 6 so that a door may not be opened in the operable time, and a car is moved to the nearest stage. In a case where the rescue operation is impossible, for example, when an over-speed switch of a speed governor is operated, the operation is notified to a monitor center 30 through a notifying device 21. The content of abnormalities is confirmed by a watchman in the monitor center 30, and rescue is performed by a professional engineer.

In the above prior art, when an abnormality occurs in the elevator and passengers are trapped in the car, the car door is controlled to a predetermined size by remote control from a monitoring center installed in a remote place. It is designed to open and close to recover and rescue a trapping failure that occurs when foreign matter is caught in the door. When performing remote control, it informs passengers that it is dangerous via a telephone. The passengers are not always able to respond, and there is a risk of unexpected and extremely dangerous situations such as reaching for the car door to open and close, or touching the switch on the landing door when the car door opens. there were.

When the contact point of the safety device operates while the elevator is traveling, the abnormality detection device 20 which detects the contact point gives an emergency stop command to the elevator control device 11 to stop the elevator in an emergency. At this time, if the stop position of the car 1 is outside the door open zone, the door 1a does not open, and if there are passengers in the car, the inter-floor confinement failure state shown in step 100 of FIG. First, in the determination processing of step 101, it is determined whether or not the cause of the emergency stop of the elevator is the door closing detection switch 8 of the car 1 being opened. As a result, when the cause of the emergency stop is not due to the opening of the door close detection switch 8, that is, when the contact point of the safety device that is determined to be unable to travel, for example, the overspeed switch of the governor is operating, Since the rescue operation is impossible, the abnormality detection device 20 moves the process to step 201. In this case, the abnormality detection device 20 notifies the content of the abnormal state to the monitoring center 30 via the notification device 21, and after the monitoring center staff member confirms the content of the abnormal state on the display device 35, dispatches a specialist engineer to the site. On the other hand, in the determination processing of step 101, when the cause of the emergency stop of the elevator is only because the door closing detection switch 8 of the car 1 is opened, the abnormality detection device proceeds to the processing of step 102. Here, since the car stops outside the door zone and the door close detection switch 8 is opened, the elevator control device 11 outputs a door close command to the door drive device 6 so as not to open the door 1a. In step 102, a door stop command is output to cancel the door close command for a predetermined time and stop the door 1a. Generally, the reason why the door 1a is opened and stopped while the elevator is traveling is that the contact pressure of the door closing detection switch contact is reduced by pinching clothes or an umbrella tip on the door 1a at the time of departure, and the contact is caused by traveling vibration. Is a circuit, so that the passengers can use the door 1
The possibility of removing the obstacle sandwiched by a increases. Here, the predetermined time is a time for easily pulling out the obstacle sandwiched by the door 1a, for example, about 1 to 2 seconds. Next, at step 103, the abnormality detection device 20 outputs a door closing command again to the elevator control device 11 to output the door 1a.

Next, in step 104, the abnormality detection device
The opening dimension of the door 1a is measured from the signal from the door position detection device 7, and it is determined whether the measured value is less than or equal to a predetermined value. Here, the predetermined value is a range where the passengers are not in danger of falling into the hoistway while performing rescue operation at low speed, that is, a range where a part of their body such as hands cannot be taken out of the car. . If the measured value exceeds the predetermined value, it is determined that the risk of rescue operation is high, and the process proceeds to step 201, and the abnormality detection device 20 monitors the content of the abnormal state via the notification device 21 to the monitoring center 30. To the monitoring center personnel after confirming the contents of the abnormal state on the display device 35,
A specialist engineer is dispatched to the site to rescue passengers in the car 1. Alternatively, at this time, by using the communication device 9 in the car 1 and the communication device of the monitoring center, the staff of the monitoring center
It is also possible to request the rescue operation command from the operation unit 36 in the monitoring center 30 by remote control after requesting the passengers for the status of the inner door 1a and eliminating the factor that obstructs the closing of the door.

When the measured value is less than or equal to the predetermined value, it is determined that the risk of rescue operation is small, and the process proceeds to step 105, where the abnormality detection device 20 performs the door closing operation to the elevator control device 11. A command is output to perform a rescue operation at low speed, the electric motor control device 10 is controlled to a low speed operation, and the door drive device 6 is operated to perform a rescue operation to the nearest floor.

During this rescue operation, the abnormality detecting device 20 continues to measure the opening dimension of the door 1a (step 105).
a) When the opening size of the door 1a becomes equal to or smaller than a predetermined value, the abnormality detection device 20 gives an emergency stop command to the elevator control device 11 to stop the elevator in an emergency, and returns to step 100 again to determine whether the rescue operation is possible. After arriving at the nearest floor by the rescue operation (step 106), the door 1a is opened to rescue the passengers and the car 1 (not shown) is turned off and the car 1 is temporarily stopped (step 106a). Next, in step 107, the door driving device 6 is operated to output a door closing command, and then step 10
At 8, the abnormality detection device 20 tests whether the door close detection switch 8 is closed. As a result, if the door closing detection switch 8 cannot be closed again, it is difficult to continue the normal operation. Therefore, the process shifts to step 201, the abnormality is notified to the monitoring center, and thereafter the failure is dealt with in the monitoring center. . On the other hand, when the door close detection switch 8 can be closed, it is stored that there is a history of the abnormality of the door close switch 8 in the abnormality detection device 20 (step 109), and the normal operation is restored (step 110). . The history of the abnormality of the door closing switch 8 is the abnormality detection device 20 at regular intervals.
Is transmitted from the monitoring center 30 to the monitoring center 30, and a specialist engineer will perform a precise inspection at the time of the subsequent periodic inspection.

As described above, the elevator rescue operation device of this embodiment is provided with the elevator operation control device 11 for controlling the elevation of the car 1, the abnormality detection device 20 for detecting an abnormality of the elevator, and the communication line 22. While transmitting the abnormality occurrence information detected by the abnormality detecting device 20 to the monitoring center 30 which remotely monitors the abnormality of a plurality of elevators,
Abnormality detection in an elevator rescue operation device including a communication device 9 provided in the car 1 and an elevator operation control device 11 that rescues passengers trapped in the car 1 due to a failure from the monitoring center 30 to the elevator operation control device 11. The degree of rescue risk is judged from the abnormality detected by the device 20, and when the rescue risk is high, the monitoring center 30 is notified, and when the rescue risk is low, the rescue operation device is activated. However, the rescue operation of the car 1 is performed.
