Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment not causing deformation to a main girder part and having sufficient mechanical strength. SOLUTION: It is constituted by injecting concrete 3 in an inside of a box type frame body 9 on a margin of a skin plate 1 of which a main girder plate 4 and a joint plate 5 are erected, and a reinforcing member 11 is provided between the main girder plates 4 facing against each other. This reinforcing member 11 is constituted of a pair of lateral plate 14 respectively making contact with inner surface sides of the main girder plates 4 facing against each other and a longitudinal plate member 13 connecting these lateral plate 14 to each other.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, when constructing a tunnel, an excavation hole is formed and a lining is provided to support a wall surface of the excavation hole. As this lining, a cylindrical wall body is used which is formed by connecting ring bodies, which are rectangular arc-shaped segments in plan view and are provided around the axis of the excavation hole, in a continuous manner in the axial direction of the excavation hole. In addition, when connecting the next ring body to the end surface of the existing tubular wall body, each segment that forms the end surface of the existing tubular wall body is pressed by the propulsion jack of the shield machine and moves in the excavating direction. Detachment is prevented.

An example of the above segment is shown in FIG. The segment 20 exemplified here is a synthetic segment composed of a steel plate and concrete, and the main girder plates 4 and 4 and the joint plates 5 and 5 are joined to the peripheral edge of the steel skin plate 1 by these. It is formed by filling concrete 3 inside the formed frame body 9. Further, a plurality of vertical ribs 7 are provided between the main girder plates 4 and 4 for increasing the mechanical strength of the segment. Both ends of the vertical rib 7 are joined to the inner surfaces of the main girder plates 4 and 4 by welding.

In the segment 20 constructed as described above, the vertical ribs 7 form the main girder plate 4.
By the heat applied to the main girder plate 4 when it is welded to
As shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. 10, the main girder plate 4 is deformed,
The so-called lean horse phenomenon may occur. Due to this lean horse phenomenon, a bulged portion 8 that is slightly bulged from other portions is formed on the outer surface side of the main girder plate 4. When a plurality of segments that have undergone such deformation are joined to construct a tubular wall body, the force applied to the main girder plate 4 by the shield machine is concentrated on the bulging portion 8, and the vicinity of the bulging portion 8 is thereby increased. There was a case where the concrete 3 of No. 3 was broken and cracks 10 were generated along the vertical ribs 7.

Subsequently, concrete is poured into the concrete filling space S1 in the frame body 9 and hardened to form the filling concrete 3. The segment is completed as described above. At this time, concrete is not placed around the bolt holes 4a and 5a of the main girder plate 4 and the joint plate 5, and the bolt box 6 is formed by this. In addition, at the time of placing the concrete, the bolt hole 4a
The horizontal plate member 14 of the reinforcing member 11 and the main girder plate 4 are joined by inserting a bolt into the hole 14a.

In the segment 30 as described above,
Since the reinforcement member 11 is not welded to the main girder plate 4,
The main girder plate 4 is not deformed. Therefore, when constructing a tubular wall body using this segment, these main girder plates 4,
Even when stress is applied to the drilling hole 4 in the axial direction of the drilling hole, this stress is dispersedly applied in the lengthwise direction of the main girder plate 4 and is not locally concentrated. Therefore, breakage of the filled concrete 3 is unlikely to occur.

Further, the reinforcing member 11 is replaced by a pair of vertical plate members 1.
3, 13 and a pair of horizontal plate members 14 provided between these vertical plate members at both ends of these vertical plate members 13, 13.
And the vertical plate members 13, 13 are arranged in the axial direction of the excavation hole, and the horizontal plate members 14, 14 are the main girder plates 4,
Since the main girder plates 4 and 4 are assembled so as to be in contact with the inner surface side of the drilling member 4, the segment having the reinforcing member 11 has a sufficient mechanical strength against the stress in the axial direction of the drill hole. May be included.

In the manufacturing process of the segment 30, the joining position of the horizontal plate member 14 to the vertical plate member 13 of the reinforcing member 11 can be adjusted according to the distance between the main girder plates 4, 4. Therefore, it is not necessary to strictly set the length of the vertical plate member 13, and the manufacturing thereof becomes easy.

The segment of the present invention is not limited to the above, but various modifications are possible. The reinforcing member 21 shown in FIG. 4 is largely different from that of the above-described embodiment in that the plate-shaped wall members 17, 17 made of steel are provided between the vertical plate members 13, 13 at intervals from the horizontal plate members 14, 14. The point is that the box-shaped spaces S2 and S2 are provided. The segment having the reinforcing member 21 having the above-described configuration can easily form a bolt box by using the box-shaped space S2 as the bolt box 18 communicating with the bolt hole 4a formed in the main girder plate 4. . At the same time, it also has an effect that the reinforcing member 21 has higher strength.

Further, the reinforcing member 31 shown in FIG. 5 and FIG.
Is composed of a horizontal plate member 14 that is in contact with the inner surface sides of the main girder plates 4 and 4, and a pair of steel vertical triangular plate members 33 that are joined to the horizontal plate member 14 by welding or the like. . In the reinforcing member 31, the lower edge portions of the vertical plate members 33, 33 are welded and joined to the skin plate 1. Since such a reinforcing member 31 has a simple structure and is small in size, when the segment 40 having the reinforcing member 31 is manufactured, it is easy to handle when disposing the reinforcing member 31 in the frame 9. . It is also advantageous in terms of material cost.

In the segment of the present invention, since the main girder plate is not welded, the main girder plate is not deformed. Therefore, even when stress is applied to these main girder plates in the axial direction of the excavation hole when constructing a tubular wall body using this segment, this stress does not locally concentrate. Breaking of stuffed concrete is less likely to occur. In addition, between the main girder plates facing each other, a pair of horizontal plate members respectively abutting on the inner surface side of these main girder plates, and these horizontal plate members are connected to each other, and the longitudinal plate arranged in the axial direction of the drilling hole. Further, by forming the reinforcing member into a rectangular shape in a plan view by a pair of vertical plate members and a pair of horizontal plate members, it is possible to obtain higher mechanical strength. Further, the bolt box can be easily formed by providing a plate-shaped wall member between the vertical plate members of the reinforcing member with a distance from the horizontal plate member to form a box-shaped space. At the same time, the reinforcing member can be made stronger.

Further, a reinforcing member composed of a horizontal plate member and a vertical plate member joined to the horizontal plate member is provided on the inner surface side of the main girder plate, and the vertical plate member is joined to the skin plate. This facilitates the production of the segment having the reinforcing member. It is also advantageous in terms of material cost.

Further, the reinforcing member is provided with a horizontal plate member which is in contact with the inner surface side of the main girder plate, a pair of rectangular vertical plate members which are joined to the horizontal plate member at intervals, and between these vertical plate members. The bolt box can be easily formed by providing the wall member with a space from the horizontal plate member to form the box-shaped space. At the same time, the reinforcing member can be made stronger.
