Abstract

PURPOSE: To carry out the sterilization work harmful to human body in horticultural facilities in unmanned state by using a ceiling-traveling sterilizing apparatus and moving the apparatus through the whole passage. CONSTITUTION: When a main body (parent machine) is moved on the rail on a main path and stopped at the sterilization starting position, the mobile spraying apparatus (child machine) is transferred to the rail on a child path and the sterilization work is started while automatically traveling on the child path by trailing a sterilization hose. The spraying work is automatically stopped at an end of a ridge and the child machine is retreated and again connected to the main body. The rail on the main path is moved to the next sterilization starting position. The above operations are repeated to sterilize the whole horticultural facility. Since the sterilization is carried out automatically, there is no harm to the human body, the sterilizing agent is constantly and uniformly applied without causing the loss of the agent and the work is completed while the worker is engaged in the other work out of the facility and, accordingly, the total operation time can be shortened.

【発明の詳細な説明】 (A)産業上の利用分野 この発明は、施設園芸の各通路を無人で移動しながら噴
霧消毒する装置に関するものである。 (B)従来の技術 従来の消毒方法は、殺虫剤、殺菌剤を使用する為、目に
はゴーグルを、鼻には防塵マスクを、身体も消毒薬をあ
びないよう保護し、1反当り1時間前後も労力を必要と
する。施設園芸農家にとって消毒作業は、4日〜7日に
1回する為、身体に良くないし、まことにわずらわしい
作業であった。 (C)発明が解決しようとする問題点 現在各メーカーから通路を走りながら消毒する走行型が
出されているが、この機械は一つの通路を前後するだけ
で、となりの通路へは人の手により移動してやらなけれ
ばならないつまり作業者が消毒の現場で見ていなければ
ならない、このように大変作業能率の悪い機械である。 本発明は、このような欠点をなくした「らくらく農作業
機器」である。したがって、本発明は消毒液が身体にか
かる心配もなく、労力を必要とせず、他の作業をしてい
る間に消毒がすむ、このように施設園芸農家にとって
は、まちにまった発明である。 (D)問題を解決するための手段 いまその構成を説明すると 1)園芸施設の子通路上のハリ(20)の下にレールつ
り(7)により固定レール(22)を設ける。 2)主通路上の桁(21)の下に横移動用レール(8)

この駆動用ローラ(10)は空転しないよう、引バネ

より横移動用レール(8)を移動する。噴霧装置(第4

ターと、リレーボードからなっている。 (E)発明の使用法 本発明の使用法を述べると 1)消毒液を動力噴霧機で送り、横移動装置(第3図)
の主電源スイッチONで最初の固定レールまで移動しマ
イクロスイッチ(1)と、ソレノイド(17)でストッ
パー(5)により位置停止、 2)ギヤ付モーター(18)により結合棒(23)を突
出し固定レール(22)と確実に結合しマイクロスイッ
チ(2)で位置停止 3)噴霧装置(第4図)は、電滋弁(9)の開で噴霧パ
イプ(15)より噴霧しながら前進する。 4)固定レール(22)の先端まで移動した噴霧装置
(第4図)はマイクロスイッチ(3)により一時停止、
