近では無人作業機材による薬剤散布作業の必要性
が注目され、例えば温室内の通路上にレールを敷
設し、そのレール上を自動薬剤散布装置が走行す
るようにしたもの、または温室の天井より自動薬
剤散布装置を吊り下げ、移動散布できるようにし
た自動薬剤散布装置等が開発されている。しかし
これらの手法ではすべての温室に薬剤散布装置に
加え、他の必要な諸設備を設置しなければなら
ず、多額の費用が必要となつてしまい、必要性は
認めるものの小規模農家においてはいまだ実用化
されていないのが現状である。またこの種の自動
薬剤散布装置が使用される場所に因みレール上に
耕土が付着したり、他の走行関連設備に薬剤がか
かつてしまつたりして、過剰に精密な装置では日
常的な雑な使用には耐えられず、この点でも必ず
しも最適なものはなかつた。

制させることにより、常に直進方向に走行するよ
うにしている。次にガイドローラ20を含め各部
の構成を具体的に説明する。まず機枠3はアング
ル材等により組み立てられた台部4及びこの台部
4を下方から支えるようにパイプ材等を曲げ加工
によつて形成した支持フレーム5より成るもので
あり、支持フレーム5の一方の端部は上方に立ち
上げられ、この立ち上げられた部分は把手6とし
て利用される。そして前記台部4の上面には薬剤
タンクTが搭載されるものであつて、この薬剤タ
ンクTの上部には薬剤Wの投入口を閉鎖する投入
蓋8、及びこの投入蓋8を上方より押さえ、保持
するクランプ9が設けられる。更にこの薬剤タン
クTの下方における支持フレーム5上にはポンプ
P及びこのポンプPを駆動するモータM並びにこ
のモータMに電圧を供給するバツテリ10が搭載
される。そして薬剤タンクTからはポンプPに対
し供給管11が接続され、更にこのポンプPから
は上方に向かつて圧送管12が立ち上げられるよ
うに接続される。この圧送管12の上端には圧力
計13が設けられるとともに中間部には圧送口1
4が噴霧管15の数に応じた数、設けられてい
る。そして更にこの圧送口14と噴霧管15は圧
送ホース16により接続されていて、垂直方向に
