Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a device shown in FIG. 3 is known as a device for automatically selecting chips in which aluminum chips and steel chips are mixed. In the above device, the magnet 101 is arranged in the right half inside the fixed cylindrical body 100, and the same magnetic pole is formed toward the outer peripheral direction. Reference numeral 102 denotes a non-magnetic sleeve rotatably arranged around the fixed magnetic pole. Reference numeral 103 denotes a chute that is disposed from above the sleeve 102 toward the upper part of the magnet 101 and drops a chip 104 in which aluminum chips and steel chips are mixed.
Next, the operation will be described. An aluminum scrap storage chamber 106 and a steel scrap storage chamber 105 are arranged below the sleeve. Of the chips 104 that have fallen to the upper right side of the sleeve 102 that rotates counterclockwise from the chute 103, the steel chips 107 are attracted to the magnet 101, are attracted to the sleeve and rotate counterclockwise, and the attraction force of the magnet 101 is exerted. Falls to the storage chamber 105 on the left side where no longer acts. On the other hand, since the aluminum scrap 108 is not attracted to the magnet 101, the sleeve 1
02 and descends into the aluminum waste storage chamber 106.

Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to surely select.

Reference numeral 1 is a fixed drum, and a plurality of magnets 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e are arranged in the right half so that the magnetic poles alternate with each other toward the outer periphery.
The lowermost magnet 2e has the same pole as the immediately preceding magnet 2d and is demagnetized from other magnets. A non-magnetic sleeve 3 is rotatably arranged on the outer circumference of the fixed drum 1 so as to rotate clockwise. Numeral 5 is a chute arranged above the sleeve and arranged so that chips containing a mixture of aluminum chips and steel chips fall toward the upper magnet. 10 and 11 are a pair of cutters arranged above the chute 5. Below the sleeve 3, an aluminum scrap storage box 6 is arranged on the right side and a steel scrap storage box 7 is arranged on the left side.
A mountain-shaped chip separation plate 12 is arranged in the upper middle part between the aluminum waste storage box 6 and the steel waste storage box 7.

Since it is not adsorbed by 2b, 2c, 2d and 2e, the sleeve 3
Slide down and fall into the aluminum scrap storage box 6 on the right side.
On the other hand, the steel scrap 9 is strongly adsorbed along the peripheral surface of the sleeve 3 having the N pole and the S pole at the dropping point, rotates clockwise, and descends. At this time, the steel scrap 9 dropped by the separate rod 4 is prevented from falling and is sequentially attracted to the sleeve 3. Since the magnetic poles are alternating, there is a momentary desorption effect, cutting is performed, and the entanglement of the chips becomes loose, and it descends. Since the magnet at the bottom is demagnetized by the same pole as the previous magnet, the attraction force becomes weaker and the steel scraps adsorbed along the sleeve 3 stand in the radial direction without frightening and pass directly below. It becomes easy to separate, and when the magnet 2 at the bottom is rotated when passing through directly below and rotating upward.
Steel scraps sucked by e and floating on the sleeve 3 are separated by being separated by the separating rod 4, and surely fall into the steel scrap storage box 7. Instead of the separate rod 4, a scraping plate may be arranged close to the outer circumference of the sleeve, and the separate rod is not always necessary. In the embodiment, the magnet is 5
However, increase or decrease depending on the outer shape of the sleeve and the size of the chips.

もよい。FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the sleeve rotates in the opposite direction to the first embodiment, and the operation is the same as that of the first embodiment. An endless belt may be used instead of the cylindrical sleeve, and the magnet may be an electromagnet instead of the permanent magnet.

Rotatably attached, a cutting dust dropping chute with aluminum dust and steel dust mixed is arranged toward the upper magnet part of the drum, an aluminum waste storage part is located below one half of the drum, and a steel scrap is located below the other half. Since the waste storage section is arranged and the sleeve is rotated, it is surely adsorbed onto the sleeve, loosened from the entanglement and lowered, and at the lowermost part floats from the sleeve to ensure reliable separation. it can.
