2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a hologram pattern has been processed by engraving a pattern or pattern consisting of minute stripe-shaped irregularities of Å unit on the film surface, which is approximately the same as the wavelength of visible light, and causing it to diffusely reflect by applying light. , Various rainbow-colored patterns and three-dimensional images were highlighted. To process the hologram pattern, the film surface is processed with light having high coherence such as laser light. Therefore, the surface on which the hologram processing is performed needs to be smooth so that the stripe-shaped irregularities in the unit of Å are conspicuous.

Holographically processed transparent films, colored films, and gold vapor-deposited aluminum vapor-deposited films, etc., are beautifully diffusely reflected in a rainbow-colored pattern according to the engraved concave and convex pattern and used for various purposes. Has been done. When this hologram pattern is applied to artificial leather, woven cloth, non-woven cloth, leather, etc., the material can be given a high-class feel, and its application can be further expanded as stage costumes, wall decoration materials, etc. . Therefore, the present inventors have tried to provide a thin and smooth layer of polyurethane resin or the like on one surface of a cloth or the like and process a hologram pattern on this surface.

However, since the hologram pattern processing surface has fine irregularities, if this surface is exposed, the irregular surface will be formed due to slight friction or adhesion of moisture or oil such as sweat or hand marks. Smooths and the hologram pattern disappears. When a protective layer is provided in order to protect the hologram pattern, there is a problem that this layer itself or an adhesive for adhering the protective layer penetrates into the stripe-shaped irregularities of the hologram processing and the hologram pattern disappears. Therefore, the present inventors have studied a technique of processing a durable hologram pattern on various sheets which have some flexibility and whose material itself is not smooth.

[0007] A relatively low melting point thermoplastic resin or hot-melt adhesive for forming an adhesive layer by bringing the adhesive layer of the transfer film into contact with a transfer object such as cloth or artificial leather and heating and pressing from the base material surface. The agent melts and surely adheres to the transferred material. After adhering, the base material is peeled off. At this time, the engraved hologram processing is not damaged, and the adhesive layer surely melts and adheres to the transferred material. In the hologram pattern of the transferred object, the base material layer disappears, but since it is covered with a protective layer such as polyurethane, or with the protective layer and the transparent metal compound vapor deposition layer, sweat, oil or friction There is no risk of the pattern disappearing due to such reasons, and the durability of the pattern is secured. Furthermore, the presence of the vapor-deposited layer of the transparent metal compound improves the brightness of the hologram pattern and maintains the taste of the material to be transferred.

Since the transparent metal compound layer is a vapor deposition layer,
Unlike the layer obtained by the usual lamination method, the unevenness of hologram processing is vapor-deposited exactly, and there is no risk of disappearing the fine stripe-shaped unevenness shape of hologram processing. Further, the unevenness of the hologram pattern processed on the transparent metal compound vapor deposition surface may be filled with the adhesive layer, but the metal compound vapor deposition layer has a different refractive index of light even if it is filled. Since it is remarkably different from the layer (1), it does not adversely affect the brightness of the hologram pattern.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Holographic pattern processing in the present invention means an element used for holography, that is, a light wave (signal wave) diffracted by an object, and another light wave (reference wave) having interference with them. It is slightly different from the hologram in the original sense in which the interference fringes that have been generated and recorded on the photosensitive material are different from those in the original sense. It is a carved pattern or image. As a result, when a light beam hits the processed surface, the visible light is irregularly reflected by the unevenness and shines in a rainbow color, and the color tone changes depending on the angle. In order to make this effect more effective, two-dimensional or three-dimensional hologram processing is possible, and the fine irregularities can be expressed as a pattern or a three-dimensional shape.

FIG. 1 (a) shows a transfer target and a transfer film before transfer, and FIG. 1 (b) is an explanatory view showing a state after the transfer film is transferred onto the transfer target. The hologram pattern transfer film A first requires the substrate film 1. The base material film 1 may have both rigidity to protect the hologram pattern from being damaged and flexibility to transfer the hologram pattern until the hologram pattern is transferred to the transferred object 2. For example, polyester, oriented polypropylene,
A plastic film such as nylon is preferred, but paper,
Materials such as metal foil can also be used. The thickness of the base film is generally 12 to 50 μ, though it depends on the material. The release agent 3 is applied to one surface of the base film. A silicone resin or wax is generally used as the release agent 3, and a sheet already coated with the release agent may be used.

A protective layer 4 is provided on the release agent 3. The protective layer 4 protects the hologram pattern processed surface and also has a function as a layer for directly processing the hologram pattern. Polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, etc. are used as the material to be used, and the hologram pattern processing is easily performed and sufficient smoothness is maintained, and the film is transferred to the transfer target by a heating process at about 80 to 150 ° C. It is a plastic that does not soften. . The thickness of the protective layer 4 is 2 to 12 μ,
If it is less than 2 μm, the protective effect cannot be exhibited, and if it exceeds 12 μm, it is difficult to apply it smoothly and it is technically difficult.

In the hologram pattern processing, an arbitrary hologram pattern is applied to the protective layer 4 or the vapor deposition layer 5 using a commercially available machine. When performing a hologram pattern processing on the protective layer, the processed surface is directly covered with the transparent metal compound vapor deposition layer,
The fine uneven surface is not damaged at all and shows gorgeous diffuse reflection.

On the other hand, when a hologram pattern is processed on the metal vapor deposition layer 5, the hologram pattern processing surface of the transparent metal compound vapor deposition layer is covered with an adhesive layer, so that the unevenness of the hologram pattern is impaired in this step. Since the material is different from that of other plastic layers and the refractive index of light is remarkably different, the brightness of hologram processing is not significantly lowered. Rather, it shows a modest diffuse reflection, is not extremely fluffy when used as a garment, and is rather preferable for some applications.

The adhesive layer 6 is preferably made of a material that softens at a temperature below the temperature at which the protective layer 4 softens. Since the temperature to which the material to be transferred is subsequently exposed is generally lower than the softening temperature of the protective layer material, there is almost no problem. Generally, it is 80 to 150 ° C. As the adhesive, a usual acrylic adhesive, vinyl chloride adhesive, hot melt adhesive or the like is used, and the thickness thereof is about 2 to 5 μ, as long as it is firmly adhered to the transferred material. .

EXAMPLES Example 1 As shown in FIG. 1A, a release agent 3 made of a silicone resin was applied to one surface of a film 1 made of polyester and having a thickness of 15 μm. On the release agent 3, a protective layer 4 made of polyurethane was coated smoothly to a thickness of about 6 μm. K.LA, Taiwan, outsources the processing of hologram patterns to the coated surface of the protective layer 4 using a machine made by DIMENTIONAL ARTS of the United States.
The hologram pattern was processed by SER Inc., and SiO n with n of about 2.5 was vapor-deposited on the hologram pattern processed surface 7 to a thickness of about 500Å. In the drawing, the processed surface of the hologram pattern is expressed by a particularly thick line. An acrylic adhesive was applied to the obtained vapor-deposited layer 5 to a thickness of about 3 μm to form an adhesive layer 6, and a hologram pattern transfer film A of the present invention was obtained.

Example 3 The hologram pattern transfer film A obtained in Example 1 was transferred as a transferred object 2 to a black, unpatterned artificial leather made of polyurethane having a thickness of about 1 mm at a temperature of about 120 ° C., and then transferred. The base film 1 was peeled off. Due to the presence of the release agent 3, the base film 1 was easily peeled off, and the artificial leather showed a beautiful hologram pattern having a rainbow-like luster and a ground pattern on the surface. This pattern was robust because it was covered with the protective layer 4, and was preferable as a material for handbags, belts, wallets, outerwear of sandals, outerwear of chairs, and the like.

Example 4 Film A for hologram pattern transfer obtained in Example 2
Was transferred to a gray woven fabric having a thickness of about 0.4 mm as a transfer target 2 at a temperature of about 110 ° C., and the base film 1 was peeled off.
A gorgeous rainbow color and a ground pattern were obtained on a relatively plain gray.
The brightness of the hologram pattern was slightly inferior to that of Example 3, but the modest brightness gave the fabric an elegant glitz, and was a preferable material for high-grade clothes.
