Abstract

PURPOSE:To express a three-dimensional feeling and to enhance design effect, by forming a transparent composite film consisting of a surface layer composed of a heat-resistant elastic resin and a rear layer composed of a heat-softenable resin and embossing only the heat-softenable resin of said film to form an embossed surface having a specific depth and subsequently laminating a bright material to said embossed surface. CONSTITUTION:A composite film is constituted of a surface layer 1 and an internal layer 2 and other transparent material may be interposed between both layers 1, 2. An emboss plate, which has an emboss pattern formed thereto by carving or etching, held to temp. not melting the surface layer 1 and melting only the internal layer 2 is pressed to the surface of the internal layer 2 of the composite film to form an embossed part 3 only to the internal layer 3. The embossed part 3 controls the reflecting direction of light to form a visual pattern and the depth thereof is limited to an extremely low value of 0.1-20mum. A bright layer 4 for generating the reflection of light is obtained by printing using ink having a bright filler such as pearl pigment or metal powder internally added thereto.

Means for Solving the Problem> In order to solve this problem, the present invention has developed a transparent composite film in which the front surface is made of a heat-resistant elastic repellent resin and the back surface is a heat-softening resin. A method for producing a decorative sheet is provided, which comprises embossing irregularities with a diameter of 0.1 to 20 μm and then laminating a glittering material on the irregular surface.

According to the present invention, the surface layer of the decorative sheet is flat, and the glitter layer is provided along the uneven surface formed by embossing on the inner layer, so that reflection interference of light in the glitter layer causes A decorative sheet with an excellent design effect and a three-dimensional effect with gloss or differences in brightness and darkness can be obtained. Also, since the surface layer is flat, it has the effect of making it easier to sweep and remove dust and contaminants.

In the case of this embodiment, the composite film is composed of the surface layer 1 and the inner layer 2, but other transparent materials may be interposed therebetween. Further, the heat resistance of the surface layer 1 is related to the thermal softening property of the internal N2, and is good as long as the surface layer 1 is not embossed at the temperature and pressure when the inner layer 2 is embossed.

Manufacture of composite film uses film 1 as a support,
There is a method of extruding and casting the resin of No. 2 and solidifying it to form a film, and a method of bonding the films of No. 1 and 2 with an adhesive.

Next, from the 2 side of the composite film of 1 and 2, an embossed pattern is formed by engraving or etching at a temperature that does not melt the 1 film layer but only the 2 film layer. Using a printing plate, the uneven portions 3 are formed only on the second film layer. The uneven portion 3 forms a visual pattern by controlling the direction of light reflection, and the physical pattern of the uneven portion itself does not form the visual pattern.

It is desirable that the physical pattern of the uneven portion 3 is a combination of a plurality of parallel striped patterns with different striping directions.
This is because the interference of reflected light from the parallel striped patterns brings out differences in gloss or contrast, creating an interesting visual pattern.

Reference numeral 4 is a glitter layer for reflecting light, and is obtained by printing with ink containing a glitter filler such as pearl pigment or metal powder. For the ink, we selected a resin that has good adhesion to the 2nd film layer, and used pearl pigments, aluminum, etc.
It can be obtained by adding a fine powder of copper or the like or a colored pigment to it, but it is necessary that the diluting solvent does not strongly damage the surface of the film layer 2. Since the printing is formed in a layered manner along the uneven surface of the uneven portion 3, the reflected light will be interfered with.

In the case of heat-sealing laminate, a heat-adhesive resin having good heat-adhesive properties with the support 6 is formed as the adhesive layer 5, and 1.
They can be integrated by heating and pressing at a temperature that melts the support film 6 without melting the film layer 2.

<Test Example 1> As the surface transparent resin film layer 1, a transparent polyester film with a thickness of 25 μm that has been subjected to easy-adhesion treatment such as corona treatment on one side is used, and a thick polypropylene resin is applied on the corona treated surface using a T-die. It was extruded to a thickness of 20 μm, cooled and solidified to form an internal transparent resin film layer 2. At this time, when the polypropylene resin maintains a temperature of 140 to 180° C., a roll embossing plate having projections and depressions formed thereon is pressed and cooled. As a result, although the polyester film is flat, the polypropylene resin has irregularities 3 formed on its surface and becomes film-like. The uneven portion 3 was adjusted to have a depth of 0.1 to 3 μm. At the same time, using a gravure printing machine, a solid plate with a plate depth of 60μ was used on the uneven surface of the polypropylene film 2 of 0-order composite film 1.2, which had undergone corona treatment on the uneven surface of the polypropylene film.
A gray glitter layer 4 was formed by printing using an ink prepared by adding a var pigment, a black pigment, and a white pigment to a chlorinated polypropylene resin and diluting it with a solvent. At the same time, using a solid plate with a plate depth of 60 μm, a thermally adhesive resin of acrylic salt and vinyl acetate resin was printed to form an adhesive layer.
The surface temperature of a 20μ semi-rigid vinyl chloride film is 12
It was maintained at 0°C, adjusted so that the uneven plastic did not disappear, and heated and pressed with the composite films 1 to 5 above.
An integrated decorative sheet was obtained by heat-sealing lamination.

<Test Example 2> Using DX film 30μ manufactured by Denki Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd., which is a transparent film and a composite of polyvinylidene fluoride film and acrylic film, irregularities were formed on the acrylic film surface, that is, the intermediate transparent film layer 2. Embossing was performed while maintaining the surface temperature of the roll embossing plate at 130 to 150° C. and adjusting it to form the uneven portion 3 with a depth of 0.1 to 3I. As a result, the polyvinylidene fluoride film surface of the Ox film is flat, but the uneven portions 3 are formed only on the acrylic film surface.
A bright layer 4 was obtained by vapor depositing chromium to a thickness of 800 mm using a vacuum vapor deposition machine.

Next, a semi-rigid vinyl chloride film with a thickness of 100 μm was used as the support 6, and a two-component curing type urethane thread binding agent was applied to a thickness of 5 μm on the surface of the glitter layer 4 of the composite films 1 to 4. The adhesive layer 5 is formed by coating the support 6.
An integrated decorative sheet was obtained by laminating with.
