【発明の実施の形態】上述のダイヤフラム弁のダイヤフ
ラムにおいて、ビスは、ビス軸に外嵌して頭部との間で
ダイヤフラムを部分的に挟むワッシャをコンプレッサと
の間に介装するので、細いビスを使用してダイヤフラム
をコンプレッサに螺着させたときにも、ワッシャにより
コンプレッサの孔縁がビスのねじ条に噛み込まれること
が防止される。これにより、ダイヤフラムに軸径の細い
ビスの使用が可能になる。軸径の細いビス、より正確に
は頭部外径に対する軸外径比が小さいビスの使用が可能
になることにより、ビス頭部はダイヤフラム内に確実に
固定されて、ダイヤフラム弁が閉弁から開弁に移るとき
に、ビスがダイヤフラムから引き抜かれることが防止さ
れる。このビスの引き抜け防止は、一層以上の補強布を
含むダイヤフラムがビス頭部とワッシャとの間に部分的
に挟持されることにより、一層強化される。
