Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a temporary roof or the like and dissemble the roof or convey the raw materials easily by connecting removably the parts of a sheet core rod of tow sheet members to both sides of a sheet connecting material and making movable wheels provided on both sides of the sheet connecting material guided on two rails. SOLUTION: A sheet core rod 2b formed linearly with a long metal rod is inserted into a hole sewn by bending the end of a sheet 2. The opening of a rail 1 is laid out upward so that it may be supported with a suspension bolt or a post. The areas of the sheet core rod 2b of two sheet members 2 are inserted into an engagement hole 3a on both sides of a sheet connecting material 3. Wheels 8 are mounted on both ends of the sheet connecting material 3 in the longitudinal direction by way of a bracket 7. The wheels 8 are arranged to be movable under the guide of a rail 1.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there have been an increasing number of cases where a building under construction can be temporarily covered with a roof to perform all-weather work for the purpose of improving work efficiency and working environment at a construction site. These temporary roofs are often made of a single pipe or a simple truss steel, and are often covered with canvas to form a roof. In addition, as a recent example, there is a temporary roof using an automated building construction method, and in many cases, the temporary roof is assembled at a predetermined position of the building with a frame and plate materials, and the temporary roof is combined with a lifting machine as the building construction progresses. It is raised according to the work process.

Among the conventional temporary roofs using a single pipe and canvas, the temporary roof must be moved upward as the construction process progresses, and therefore, the temporary roof is assembled. , It was necessary to repeat disassembly. In addition, when using the lifting machine, the temporary roof may interfere with the movement of the material to the required position. In that case, it is necessary to move the material separately and the workability is poor. there were.

Further, the automated construction method is a construction method in which the temporary roof is lifted together with a lifting machine and the like, so it can be said that it is suitable for construction of high-rise buildings, but in the case of construction of low-mid-rise buildings Requires equipment for raising the temporary roof, which is not economical, and also requires man-hours for arranging and removing the raising equipment, resulting in a problem in work efficiency. Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to easily construct a temporary roof and partition that prevent wind and rain and solar radiation with a sheet for a work site and a material storage area under construction, and to open and close the roof and partition made of a sheet to move materials. If the roof is in the way, the purpose is to move the sheets that make up the roof so that it does not get in the way.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a temporary outer shell structure that achieves the above-mentioned object. It is provided with two rails in parallel at appropriate places of a structure and the seats are guided by the rails. I was able to move. The temporary outer structure has a long linear shape having a sheet member having long sheet core rods attached along opposite end sides of a rectangular sheet, and long engaging holes for fitting the sheet core rod portion of the sheet member on both sides. The seat connecting member and wheels mounted on both ends of the seat connecting member in the longitudinal direction and guided by the rails. Attach a long reinforcing steel material to the seat connecting material,
A luminaire can be mounted under the seat connection.
When the sheet member is arranged like a roof, the rail is formed in a U-shaped cross section and the opening is arranged upward.

Although the wheels are provided at both ends of the seat connecting member in the above, the wheels may not be provided. In this case, the temporary outer shell structure is formed by connecting sheet connecting members that are linearly long and have long engaging holes on both sides at appropriate intervals between two parallel beam members so that rectangular sheets face each other. Seat cores are attached to both ends to form seat members,
It is characterized in that the sheet core rod portions at both ends of the sheet member are engaged with the respective engaging holes of the adjacent sheet connecting members so that the sheet can be stretched in a planar shape. In this case, a hanging bolt is attached to the sheet connecting member, and the seat core rod portion attached to the end portion of the sheet member is engaged with the sheet engaging hole outside the sheet connecting member located at the end portions of the two beam members. The sheets can be brought together and lowered to form a wall. Further, by providing a curtain rail on the lower surface of the beam member, it is possible to suspend a sheet or curtain under the beam member.

In the above-described temporary outer shell structure, the two sheets are connected by fitting the sheet core rod portions provided on the end sides of the two sheet members into the engaging holes on both sides of the sheet connecting member, Moreover, since the sheet has long sheet core rods attached to its edges, the sheet can be held in a roof shape or a wall or partition shape without being bent by pulling both ends of the sheet. Also, at both ends of the sheet connecting material,
As the wheels are attached and they are guided on rails,
You can easily move the sheet. The entire surface of the roof can be covered by tensioning all the sheets.
Further, the sheets can be double folded by bringing the sheets close to each other until the sheet core rods at both ends come into contact with each other, and the roof and the like can be opened by double folding all the sheets. In addition, when wheels are not provided at both ends of the sheet connecting member, the sheet connecting members are connected at appropriate intervals between two parallel beam members, and the sheet core rod portions at both ends of the sheet member are adjacent to each other. The seat can be stretched in a flat shape by engaging with the respective engaging holes of the connecting member, and the seat member can be removed by releasing the engagement.
