Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate an execution of works and maintenance with cost reduced by stretching ceiling members made out of flexible sheets by the use of fasteners, etc., set between ceiling back-up members adjacent with one another. CONSTITUTION:Exterior balconies 3 in a T-shape cross section are interposed at the both sides of multiple facility lines 2 in which floodlights, sprinklers, etc., are packaged, via suspension bolts 9, and a circular balcony 5 is concurrently installed onto a wall 4. In the second place. ceiling members 7 made of flexible sheets are provided, which are composed of cloth, vinyl cloth, etc., with desired properties such as transparency, flame resistance, ventilation, etc. Then, the ceiling members 7 are stretched by the use of open fasteners 11, etc., in places among the exterior balconies 3 and the circular balcony 5, and in spaces between the respective exterior balconies 3. In addition, maintenance accesses are provided, or an angle type ceiling is formed if required. This constitution permits joint sections to be reduced in number, and also permits the ceiling members to be mounted/demounted with ease, thereby making it possible to enhance an execution of works and maintenability with cost reduced.

It is known to have a . A typical means of attaching the board ceiling material (07) to the ceiling base (A) is to attach the ceiling board (07) to the bottom of the roof edge (3) using screws (20), as shown in Figure 13. As shown in Fig. 14, the ceiling material (07) is arranged so as to extend between adjacent field edges (3) by using a T-bar with a T-shaped cross section for the roof edge (3). There is a means for placing both ends of the material (07) on the verge (3).

The ceiling material is made of board, and even if it is made of lightweight material, it is quite heavy and can be dangerous if it falls unexpectedly.
The installation of ceiling materials to the ceiling base requires the utmost care. As a result, for fixed-type ceilings that are attached to ceiling materials and roof edges using screws, the number of screws is increased and the screws are evenly distributed to reduce and equalize the load borne by one screw. Therefore, in order to ensure perfect installation,
A narrow field edge interval is required, which increases the number of field edges used. On the other hand, in the case of a hanging type ceiling in which the ceiling material is mounted on the roof edge, if the width of the ceiling material in the direction in which the roof edge is juxtaposed is large, the ceiling material will bend greatly due to its own weight, and both ends of the ceiling material will be attached to the roof edge. Since the ceiling material separates from the ceiling material, the width of the ceiling material, that is, the spacing between the roof edges, cannot be made very large, and the number of roof edges used increases as described above. The use of such a large number of fences leads to a decrease in workability and an increase in costs.

As a result, a large number of ceiling materials are arranged vertically and horizontally in a plan view to form the ceiling surface, and in the case of a fixed-type ceiling, as shown in Figure 13, the joint part of the ceiling shrine is a joint part of the ceiling. The joint part (Ja) in the vertical position and the joint part (Jb) in the vertical direction are both visible from below. As such, the joint portion (Jb) in a posture along the field edge juxtaposition direction is shaped so as to be visible from below. If the widths and orientations of these joints are uneven, the appearance will be very poor, especially for joints that are oriented along the direction of juxtaposition of field edges without a field border at the top, as shown in Figure 15. A joint fitting (21) is interposed between the ends of the ceiling material (07) adjacent to each other, or the first
As shown in Figure 6, it was necessary to prevent gaps from forming by, for example, forming uneven fitting portions (22) that fit into each other at the ends of adjacent ceiling materials (07). Therefore, carefulness and means are required to ensure the precision with which the ceiling material is installed, resulting in poor workability and high costs due to the use of joint metal fittings and uneven shapes.

In short, ceilings are rarely subjected to external forces such as people hitting them, so there is no need for strength or rigidity to resist such external forces, and the original function of ceilings is to support superstructures such as ceiling slabs and roofs. Its purpose is to hide the underside of objects. However, in the past, ceilings were treated in the same way as walls and floors, where external forces act, and boards with strength and rigidity were used as ceiling materials, resulting in low construction efficiency and high costs.

本発明の目的は、上記不都合を解消する点にある。An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages.

The functions originally required of ceiling materials, such as concealing the underside of the superstructure, can be achieved without using rigid boards.

Based on this point, the ceiling material was constructed from a flexible sheet. Flexible sheets are lightweight and not rigid, so even if they accidentally fall, the flexible sheets will not cause damage to people or other objects in the future, so the board can be used as a ceiling material. Compared to the case where the ceiling base material supporting the ceiling base material is arranged side by side, the spacing between the ceiling base materials supporting the ceiling base material can be increased. In addition, flexible sheets can be made small and compact by being rolled up or folded like a cloth, making them easy to transport and handle, while also allowing them to be placed side by side at large intervals as described above. It can be manufactured in a size that can span between the ceiling base materials, and as a result, by making the ceiling material with a width corresponding to the spacing between the ceiling base materials and a length corresponding to the length of the ceiling base materials, the ceiling base material can be No joints are formed along the direction in which the materials are juxtaposed.

In particular, when attaching a ceiling material to a ceiling base material with a fastener, not only can the attachment be performed with good workability, but also the removal of the ceiling material for maintenance of the attic space, replacement of the ceiling material, etc. can be performed with good workability.

In summary, according to the present invention, the number of ceiling base materials used can be reduced, and joints that need to be sealed can be eliminated, thereby greatly improving workability and reducing costs. Ta. especially,
By doing as described in claim 2, not only can the workability be further improved, but also maintenance for the ceiling material such as maintenance of the attic space that is required after construction and replacement of the ceiling material for redecoration is possible. can be done advantageously.
