Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain drain water from waving for prevention of drain water from scattering in a cabin by preventing the flow of wind passing through the inside of a case from coming into direct contact with the drain water. SOLUTION: On the upstream side of the internal air flow in a drain pan 109, an introduced air guide 110 is formed integrally. The wind X from an air blower 102 is directed to the water level of drain water 200 along the introduced air guide 110. Even if the drain water 200 gathers on the drain pan 109, it is possible to restrain the water level of the drain water from waving effectively, and prevent a part of drain water from scattering to a blowing-off opening 108 side as a result of waving.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional automobile air conditioner, a structure in which an evaporator is arranged on a ceiling portion of a vehicle compartment is described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-64012. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in this conventional device, a case 100 is arranged on the ceiling of a vehicle compartment, and an evaporator 101 and a blower 102 are housed in the case 100. And blower 1
After sucking the air in the room by 02, the air is introduced into the evaporator 101, and after cooling by the evaporator 101, the cool air is blown out again into the vehicle interior.

In such an automobile air conditioner,
It is known that as a result of the air being cooled by the evaporator 101, the water content in the air is condensed on the surface of the evaporator 101 and becomes drain water and drops. Therefore, in the conventional one, this drain water is allowed to escape to the outside of the vehicle through the drain pipes 103 and 104.

However, according to the study by the present inventors, even with the drain pipes 103 and 104 thus provided, the drainage cannot be performed well, and the drain water is generated together with the wind generated by the blower 102 in the vehicle compartment. It was confirmed to be scattered to. The present inventors further examined the cause of this drain water splashing into the vehicle compartment, and as shown in FIG. 4, the drain port 105 was formed on one side of the case 100 in the vehicle traveling direction. In that case, for example, when the vehicle is inclined and stopped, the drain water 200 cannot be satisfactorily discharged from the drain port 105. Then, in that state, when the wind from the blower 102 hits the drain water 200, the water surface of the drain water 200 swells, and as a result of the swelling, it is recognized that part of the drain water scatters and jumps out into the vehicle interior.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been devised in view of the above points. Even if drain water may touch the case, the flow of wind passing through the case is By not directly touching the drain water, it is intended to suppress the ripple of the drain water and prevent the drain water from splashing into the passenger compartment.

Therefore, in the present invention, an air flow guide is provided on the upstream side of the air flow of the drain port in the case where the drain water collects. That is, the wind guide deflects the flow of wind toward the drain pan, making it difficult for the wind to hit the drain water surface.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The arrangement position of the automobile air conditioner of the present invention is the same as that in FIGS. 2 and 3 described above, and is provided on the ceiling portion of the automobile compartment. FIG. 1 is a view of the case 100 as seen from above, and as shown in the figure, the blowers 102 are arranged symmetrically in the case 100. The blower 102 is the motor 10
It rotates by 6 and sucks the air in the passenger compartment from the air suction port 107 (shown in FIG. 2). The air blown from the blower 102 flows along the case 100 toward the evaporator 101 side, and is cooled when passing through the evaporator 101. Then, the cooled air is blown out into the vehicle compartment from the air outlet 108.

At this time, the water content in the air is changed by the evaporator 10.
It is cooled by 1 and condensed on the outer surface of the evaporator 101. The condensed drain water is stored in a drain pan 109 formed below the inner evaporator 101 of the case 100 as shown in FIG. A drain port 105 is opened below the drain pan, and drainage pipes 103 and 104 are connected to this drain port.

FIG. 5 is a front view showing only the right half of FIG. 1, but as shown in FIG. 5, an air guide 110 is integrally formed on the upstream side of the internal air flow of the drain pan 109. Has been done. The arrows indicated by X in FIGS. 1 and 5 indicate the air flow in the case 100. As described above, the drain water 200 may collect in the case 100 even if the drain port 105 is formed. Here, in the case where the air guide 110 is not formed, as shown in FIG.
The wind X from 02 directly contacts the surface of the drain water 200. As a result, the water surface of the drain water 200 may swell, and a part of the drain water 200 may scatter and jump out of the air outlet 108 into the passenger compartment.

On the other hand, according to the present invention, since the air guide 110 is formed as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the wind X from the blower 102 is on the surface of the drain water 200 along the air guide. Will be headed for. That is, even if the drain water 200 collects on the drain pan 109,
Rippling of the liquid surface of the drain water is effectively suppressed, and it is possible to prevent a situation where a part of the drain water scatters toward the outlet 108 side.

In the above example, the air guide 110 is formed integrally with the case 100. However, in the case where the insulator is interposed between the case 100 and the evaporator 101, the air guide 110 is used as the insulator. You may form. Further, in the above-mentioned example, the wind guide 110 has a continuous slope shape, that is, a substantially triangular cross section, so that the wind does not face the liquid surface of the drain water 200. However, the shape of the wind guide is not necessarily this triangular shape. The guide is not limited to this, and a screen-shaped guide may be formed upright so that the wind from the blower does not directly face the liquid surface of the drain water 200.
