Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposed asphalt-based cap sheet for waterproofing without sand, which is excellent in weatherability and design, at low cost by laying out one after another a highly weatherable resin layer, a support member, an improved asphalt layer and a reinforcing material and so forth. SOLUTION: A highly weatherable resin layer, a PET film as a support member, a resin layer easily bondable to asphalt, polyester pan bond as a reinforcing material, a modified asphalt layer, an autohesion layer and a release sheet are provided one after another from above, thereby constituting an exposed waterproof asphalt-based sheet cap. A highly weatherable resin layer is provided on the cap sheet as a pigmented layer. More preferably, highly weatherable patterns may be provided thereon. ルウレタン系、ポリエステル系、アクリル系、ウレタン
系、ポリアミド系、塩化ビニル系等から選定できるが、
フッ素系はコストが高過ぎ、アクリルシリコン系は皮膜
がリジットなため数μしかコートできずねらいとする耐
候性が得られにくいので、上記樹脂のうち性能・コスト
面でバランスがとれているものはアクリル系、アクリル
ウレタン系のものである。また、塗膜の厚さは5〜50
μ、好ましくは10〜20μである。

ム厚さは8〜100μ、好ましくは12〜25μであ
る。塗膜とフィルムの複合化により、塗膜自体にも補強
効果が現れ、その結果塗膜単体の場合よりもより高い耐
候性・耐久性が得られる。
