Moreover, there is a problem that the price is very high. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a cork tile having the same appearance as a conventional cork tile and further improved in elasticity and feel.

The described cork tile is formed into a plate shape by mixing crushed cork chips with an elastic synthetic resin or rubber. The cork tile according to claim 2 is the cork tile according to claim 1, in which a coloring agent having a cork color or another color is added to the synthetic resin or rubber. And
The cork tile according to claim 3 is the cork tile according to claim 2, wherein wood powder is used as the coloring agent. The synthetic resin having elasticity is, for example, vinyl chloride, but other resin may be used as long as it has appropriate elasticity, and the elastic modulus is 400 kg / mm 2 (more preferably 100 kg / mm 2 ). The following thermoplastic resins are preferably used. The rubber may be either natural rubber or synthetic rubber, but it is preferable to use inexpensive SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) or the like, and it is preferable to color it like the synthetic resin.

Therefore, the cork chip itself has sufficient elasticity, and since the synthetic resin or rubber also has elasticity, the molded plate-shaped object also has sufficient elasticity. If a synthetic resin material is selected (for example, vinyl chloride resin), it can be manufactured at low cost. The cork tile may be used as a base as it is, but can be laminated and adhered to a substrate such as plywood to be used as a floor board material or a wall board material. Especially,
In the cork tile according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the coloring agent of cork color or other colors is mixed in the synthetic resin or rubber, the cork tile of any color can be manufactured. And
In the cork tile according to the third aspect, since the wood powder is used as the coloring agent, the resin becomes inconspicuous, and further, the wood powder and the resin are mixed to give a feeling closer to cork.

Become. Therefore, when touched by a person, the touch feeling becomes closer to that of cork, the degree of injury is reduced even if the person falls down, and the sound insulation and sound insulation are also improved. Especially,
Since the cork tile according to the second aspect can be colored in various colors, decorativeness is improved. When the coil color is used, the resin does not need to be noticeable. In the cork tile according to the third aspect, since the wood powder is added, the resin or rubber portion becomes inconspicuous, and a cork tile closer to cork can be provided.

This vinyl chloride resin is kept in a liquid state at a constant temperature. The weight of the cork chip and the vinyl chloride resin is preferably about 1: 0.5 to 1.0. Then, this mixture is put in a mold and cooled to obtain a cork tile 10 as shown in FIG. In the figure, 11 is a cork chip and 12 is a vinyl chloride resin. Here, assuming that the vinyl chloride resin 12 is colorless, the cork chip 1 contained therein
The pattern of 1 can be seen and the appearance is improved.
