〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、木粉又は木質系粉末等の有機質系
材料を主原料とし、塩化ビニル樹脂をもつて一体
的に成形して木の特性を有する合成樹脂板を得る
際に、加熱発泡させてこの合成樹脂板の組成粒子
相互を成形塩化ビニル樹脂の皮膜をもつて緊密に
連絡し、粒子相互間における止着力の強化を期す
と同時に使用樹脂素材量を必要最小限のものとし
て成形板における特性を純粋な木材に極力近づけ

することを目的として木粉又は木質系粉末100重
量部に対し、塩化ビニル20〜40重量部、トルエン
30重量部、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル5〜10重
量部を配合し、練り込みをなした後、型に入れ95
℃〜100℃で発泡してなる木質様発泡板を提供す
る。

こみをなした後、型に入れて95〜100℃で発泡せ
しめて得た木質様発泡板である。
