[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention uses an organic material such as wood flour or wood-based powder as the main raw material and integrally molds it with vinyl chloride resin to improve the characteristics of wood. In order to obtain a synthetic resin board containing a polyvinyl chloride resin, the particles of the synthetic resin board are heated and foamed to closely communicate with each other through a film of molded vinyl chloride resin, in order to strengthen the adhesion between the particles. The present invention relates to the disclosure of a wood-like foamed board whose properties in a molded board are as close as possible to those of pure wood by minimizing the amount of material necessary.

Hereinafter, a typical embodiment of the wood-like foam board according to the present invention will be described. 20 to 40 parts by weight, ideally 30 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, which is a resin material whose mechanical properties such as tensile strength are relatively unlikely to be damaged, 30 parts by weight of the solvent toluene, and the blowing agent azobisisobutyro. This is a wood-like foamed board obtained by mixing 5 to 10 parts by weight, ideally 8 parts by weight, of nitrile, thoroughly kneading the mixture, placing it in a mold, and foaming it at 95 to 100°C.

The characteristics of the wood-like foamed board formed through such heating and foaming differ depending on the blending ratio of vinyl chloride resin, and if the blending ratio of vinyl chloride resin exceeds 40 parts by weight, the impact resistance properties will change. However, it has a synthetic resin-like appearance and a poor surface finish as a wood-like molded product, and if the amount is less than 20 parts by weight, its impact resistance is poor and its hygroscopicity increases. "Roughness" was observed on the surface.

In the foamed structure of such a wood-like foam board, the particles 1 to 1 are completely connected with each other with a film 2, and the film 2 forms a honeycomb-like structure, and the board itself has a unique resistance. It provides impact properties and bending strength properties, and has good mechanical properties not seen in previous examples.

In addition, in the film structure of the particles 1, the wood powder is reliably blocked from the outside, thereby reliably preventing strength deterioration when it absorbs water, and making it a completely water-resistant structural board. It also has the characteristics of wood, that is, it can be cut, nailed, and patterned, and its feel is similar to that of wood.

Furthermore, the honeycomb-like structure has a heat insulating and sound insulating effect, and the use of powder particles causes significantly less distortion due to drying and wetting than the fibrous ones.
