Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain sufficient anticorrosion effect by easy work so as to improve the appearance after the construction work is completed. CONSTITUTION: First, a frame 5 is installed to form a wall face 5a. Next, a joint member 10 having a fitting groove 11 which is continuous in the longitudinal direction on a side face of a long body is fixed in such a manner that the fitting groove 11 faces the wall face 5a for a corner part of the wall face 5a. Then, a plurality of lining plates 1 like flat plate strip having many rib pieces 2 which are provided in parallel and across an equal interval mutually on one face in the direction of width and are continuous in the longitudinal direction are fixed in such a manner that a joint member 10 is provided between ends in the longitudinal direction while the other face is along the wall face 5a. Next, after concrete 8 is placed and cured on a rib piece 2 side of the lining plate 1, the frame 5 is removed. Then, a hiding member 13B having a fitting piece 15 of which cross section is formed into substantially L shape by a hiding piece 14 like a long flat plate and which is integrally provided along the longitudinal direction is bonded through a bonding means in such a manner that a joint part 7 between the lining plate 1 and the joint member 10 is covered with the hiding piece 14 by fitting the fitting piece 15 into the fitting groove 11 for the joint member 10.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, structures such as sewage treatment tanks and septic tanks of sewage facilities are concrete structures. However, the inner wall surface of this type of concrete structure is corroded by the influence of gas generated from flowing material flowing through the structure, sewage and bacteria in sewage sludge. Therefore,
A lining formed of a synthetic resin such as hard vinyl chloride is additionally provided on the inner wall surface of the concrete structure to protect the concrete surface against corrosion.

[0006] When the lining having such a structure is constructed, as shown in Fig. 12, a formwork 5 made of wood or the like is provided to provide a predetermined wall surface 5a when the lining plate 1 is attached to concrete. Is installed, and a plurality of lining plates 1 having the above-described configuration are connected to the form 5 and attached. After the lining plate 1 is attached so that the other flat surface is attached to the wall surface 5a of the formwork 5, the nail 6 is attached from one surface side on which the rib pieces 2 are provided. It is performed by driving.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional lining structure, there is no structure at the longitudinal end of the lining plate 1 for connecting to another lining plate 1 and preventing corrosion of the portion. When the lining plate 1 is made continuous with the other lining plate 1 in the longitudinal direction, the ends are abutted, and a filler made of a soft synthetic resin or the like is embedded in the joint portion 7 to perform anticorrosion processing. In the continuous configuration by such abutting and the anticorrosion processing by the filler, there is a problem that the filler cannot be appropriately embedded and a sufficient anticorrosion effect cannot be obtained.

In addition, in the conventional lining construction, joints 7 generated by connecting the lining plates 1 in the longitudinal direction are often generated particularly at the corners inside and outside the corners formed by walls, ceilings, floors and beams. However, the work of embedding the filler in such a place cannot be easily performed, and there is a problem that a construction time is required.

The same applies to the nailed portion where the nail 6 is driven. In addition, a sufficient anticorrosion effect cannot be obtained by the anticorrosion process using the filler, and the work cannot be easily performed. Since the part can be seen from the lining surface after construction, there is a problem that the appearance is poor. Furthermore, the appearance of the nail 6 after the construction is poor, so that the number of nails 6 to be driven is limited, thereby causing a problem that the lining plate 1 may not be sufficiently fixed to the formwork 5.

First, when lining is performed on a flat surface such as a wall, a ceiling, a floor, etc., as shown in FIG. 5 (a), in order to provide a predetermined wall surface 5a when the lining plate 1 is attached to concrete. A mold 5 made of wood or the like is installed. Then, the joining member 10 is attached to the wall surface 5a of the formwork 5 along a boundary serving as a connection portion between the ends of the lining plates 1 and 1 in the longitudinal direction.

A joining member that is made of a resin and is elongated, has a fitting groove that is continuous in the longitudinal direction on a predetermined side surface, and is interposed between a plurality of the lining plates that are continuous in the longitudinal direction. A concealing piece that is formed on the lining plate and covers the joint between the lining plate and the joining member, and a fitting piece that is integrally provided along the longitudinal direction of the concealing piece and that can fit into the fitting groove of the joining member. A lining structure comprising: a concealing member having:

2. A joint member having a predetermined wall surface for positioning the inner wall surface of a concrete structure and having a long side continuous fitting groove formed on a predetermined side surface with respect to a predetermined position of the wall surface. Fixing so that the fitting groove faces the wall surface side, a plurality of rib pieces formed in the shape of a strip plate and having a plurality of rib pieces that are parallel to each other in the width direction at equal intervals and continuous in the longitudinal direction Of the lining plate with respect to the wall surface so that the other surface is along the wall surface, and end portions in the longitudinal direction are abutted and fixed to the width direction side surfaces of the joining member, and the lining plate is attached to one side of the rib. The wall surface is removed after the concrete is cast and cured, and the concealing member having the oblong plate-shaped concealing piece and the fitting piece integrally provided along the longitudinal direction of the concealing piece is used as the joining member. The fitting piece to the fitting groove Causes fitted, the construction method of lining structure, which comprises bonding the joint portion between the lining plate and the joint member through a bonding means to cover at the hidden piece.
